Great place, clean, staff inside could smile more but front desk girl was great and well trained. Somewhat pricey but no more than any other place with trampolines yet WAYYY much more to offer!! Really enjoyed it even with my 2 & 4 yr old! Glad we went!!

By far one of the coolest family places around. First they offer an adult discounted price so you can play along with the kids without going broke. So much to do here, from go karts and bumper cars, to rock climbing and bowling. This is NOT your average trampoline park. Its so much more. So much fun, a must stop place to take the family for a day of fun.

Huge!! So many things for kids to do. Theres food not too pricey. Workers are friendly. They do birthday parties. There race car track and bowling. Theres different trampolines and rock climbing. Theres a huge arcade and much more. Very family friendly.

I just had my sons 5th birthday party here yesterday at the place in Orange and we had a great time!! Everything was perfect thanks to our host, Briana! She was so sweet and nice and she was on point with everything! Thanks to her, the party was stress free and we actually got to enjoy ourselves and have fun with my son and the guests instead of running around crazy like we usually have to! I would definitely recommend having a kids party here.

Tons of fun for adults and kids! However I came here the other day and witnessed customers arguing but the managers didn’t do much, Except for the LEAD the short one. She was very understanding and handled the situation instantly! I was surprised at how young she was in addition I come here constantly and she’s always socializing with the customers and managing the employees she definitely deserves a raise !

Tons of fun for adults and kids. Lots to do. Gets really packed on the weekends. Young crowds tweens come in and test your patience. If you have kids under 13 definitely go early.

I attended a birthday party here. Its a fun place with multiple activities. The employees are absolutely wonderful. I was amazed at the patience, respect and attention to safety these youth worker displayed. Its not easy dealing with people and children running around not always following rules but the handled it well. I only saw one employee that had a bit of a funky attitude. I hope they can continue to hire respectful mature youth.

My kids had a great time. As for me not so much. Nowhere comfortable to sit unless you want to pay extra ( i tried to sit in one of the massage chairs and it alarms if you dont pay to sit in it ). They dont have coffee or tea, only water and soda.

Absolutely loved it! Only thing I would change is letting the younger ones participate a little more, but the staff were as accommodating as possible. Clean and great activities!

I wanted to express how helpful a woman, Tianna was for me. She walked me through every membership possibility and gave me a tour of the facility. She answered many great questions. She was phenomenal and is the reason I am going to bring my family to this great place!! I also met a Michell at the rock climbing course who was very very helpful.

A fun place indoors for kids to jump, do mazes, bumper cars, etc. Quite clean and organized. A little pricey but not too bad. Usually there are no lines to get into the rides, but once in a while you have to wait. They even have a mini bowling area which is interesting; laser tag as well which is fun for groups. We have gone here many times with our kids. The adults also enjoy themselves: the laser tag is fun as well as the VR (which is pricey however).

This place is expensive as hell but we had so much fun I can honestly say I went broke but it was worth it! I wish they would have slightly cheaper prices. That would be fabulous. The cost to get in was in sane and that’s why we’ve only went there once. If they could lower their price is somewhat I would love to bring my kids back there more often. The kids were in heaven while they were there.Even as an adult I found myself having loads of fun.

We would have saved a whole lot of money if the staff member would have told us about the special that was running. We didnt know about it until we saw a flyer after we got inside. This was our first time going but my niece and nephew had a great time.

We had an awesome time at the Urban air. It’s a friendly family fun filled environment. We took a group of students to complete a project. The staff were very accommodating. Excellent customer service. The facility is clean. The food was good. I really enjoyed myself. Definitely returning.

I attended urban air on August 16th for my daughters birthday and while I didnt reserve a party, I was treated with great service. I went in for my kids to have fun and ended up having a great time ourselves. The manager who helped us Sebastian was very attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place and will be signing up for the future

Urban Air is the perfect place for a night of fun on a Friday/ Saturday night! My boys love it here and are entertained for HOURS! They are small and even then can enjoy so much of what Urban Air has to offer... The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and the memberships make it super affordable to enjoy! 1st time here at Urban air Orange CT we had a great time. The food was great meatballs and chicken wings were great. The party was fort daughters classmate Treyvon. Loved the party room and the attention they gave the children!!!

My family and I went to urban air to enjoy out time since we had heard good things about this place. However, we were disappointed when we got there. This place is way overpriced and there’s nothing to really do there. There’s an age, height, and weight limit for everything. If you’re over 5 feet then you’re in for a huge disappointment. We had to ask for a refund and luckily we were fortunate enough to get the refund.

My son had his 6th birthday party here. He is autistic and can be a handful in overly stimulating places. The employees were very accommodating. Specifically, manager Valerie. She went above and beyond my expectations. I will surely recommend family and friends to this establishment.

I came to Urban air a couple days ago and Trevant was the most helpful in the park. He answered all questions I had. He was very energetic and happy to help. Overall my experience at urban was great and I can’t wait to come again.

The place was very entertaining but the staff was very rude to my grandson and friends. Rushing 9 year old kids seriously. The staff needs more training in how to polite to others. I’m glad I wasn’t there, I would’ve made management to reimburse their money. Let’s see how the one in Manchester turns our to me

Slightly disappointed. Brought a couple kids here to wrap up summer. They’re closing early for a private event which was known to us before we arrived. No problem. But Sky Rider is also closed ... which is fine, but would’ve been nice for them to post that as well. They’re also short staffed - granted, towards the end of summer and not too busy ... but more annoying than anything to have to keep flagging down staff to ‘open’ stations. The same employee was manning the ropes course, virtual reality, and the spin zone ... so close the ropes course to open spin zone for those kids waiting. Then close spin zone cause there are kids waiting for virtual reality. Just poorly executed. Arcade cards can only be purchased on credit cards and a handful of games are down. The kids had a blast, but for the cost ... as a parent, I am a bit disappointed.

Winter, the kids are all indoor, Urban Air is a great place to let them, run, bounce, jump, etc., to help them get rid of some of the energy.Great place for the kiddos!

Kids had a blast! Catered food for the parents was very generous touch and the food was excellent! We will definitely return.

The place is beautiful but it’s no clean enough for kids, there is no hand sanitizer anywhere

Place is great for children 7 and up nothing much for children under 6 the manger tray is not accommodating i have witness staff put children on activities under height it could be dangerous becareful and read waiver carefully. i think some staff should be evaluated especially the manner tray he not great on handling tough situations i give staff a zero especially the weekend manager!

This place is so much fun! I went with a group of my friends to celebrate my wedding. Dawn, the manager, was amazing and so accommodating! The go karts are so much fun!

Great place! So many activities to choose from. The only thing we didnt like was the ropes course. The harness cable does not move very well and was getting stuck for most of the kids. Other than that, we will be back, and we will probably buy a membership.

My family and I had so much fun here!! Urban Air is well staffed, clean, safe and friendly. It seems like staff actually want to work with kids and that is refreshing to a mom like me =).

Staff lied about membership. Actually told me to ignore what the Platinum membership had in print. She said it was full free play. Plus you get a pizza sliced and soda with your visit. I picked up my son after 3 hours. First thing he said was”they lied” no one was even in the place and they did NOT let me go-kart more then 1time. No soda with pizza. When I bought this to the staffs attention. “Mind you, same people “. They pointed to the print of membership. I can’t keep writing the ridiculous way the company handled it.... RUDE!!!!! As if you were a child. I have much more to say but I will not. Bottom line my son still goes there because he enjoys himself. Otherwise I would never let him go back. I would even think of picketing outside

Had my daughters 8th birthday party their today! Our host was a great guy he kept the kids together and escorted them from each activity ( we had the platinum package with private room) the kids had a blast. A bit pricey/ my 2 year old had nothing to do there so I don’t believe there should be a charge for 5 and under it was 13$ for him and all he had to do was go down 1 slide and way too many older kids in the area too so he was pushed down accidentally quite a lot.My daughter and her friends had a blast I don’t regret the package definitely cool for older children. But like I said- maybe not charge for toddlers.... oh and the pizza wasn’t good either. That’s my only complaint about the actual party. Abates is right up the road maybe they should do delivery pizza for parties. Otherwise kids had a blast and can’t stop talking about it! Cool place and she received a platinum pass to go back which is 47$ worth. So she’s happy

I booked my daughters party here. The whole party felt rushed. The girl at the front counter was too busy texting and ignored us until she was done. I also overhead their staff talking bad about my family and making rude gestures towards them. Great way to treat your customers spending 600 bucks! I did not like how my kid could go up the obstacle course and end up on the other side of it by the front door all alone and I had to run around to grab her before someone else did, not safe in my opinion or well thought out. The location was clean and my kid had fun but I would not book another party here or return. The owner needs to hire a more mature staff and stop letting kids run their business.

Went to see about having my kids’ birthday party there. My kids are almost 4 and 11 months. There is nothing for a baby/toddler to do here yet they made me pay for admittance for the baby anyway. Much more expensive than other jumping places. We went on a Sunday morning and very few of the attractions were open. Prob wouldn’t come back until kids are older.

Went to Urban Air Friday And the children and myself had tons of fun. No complaints. The manager on staff that day Sebastian was also very helpful.

My boys had a blast . They love it her . I wanted to order food, but was discouraged due to the uncleaniness of the bathrooms. We will come back, but well eat elsewhere.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. There are a large amount of activities for kids of all age groups and parents can enjoy too. They accomadate large groups and small groups without any issue.

This is a great place for children just as much as for adults. There is definitely something for everyone. Who knew laser tag could be so much fun!! And, I cannot forget go karts. The squeals of my child confirmed how much fun she had. The staff is friendly, polite and greatly accommodating. We went on a weekday. It almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

This place is OFF THE HOOK!!! My son had his 7th Birthday Party there. The place has so much to do. We had 24 kids!!! What a grand time we had. Thanks a MILLION to the Cafe Manager Dawn. What a superb job with the food!! The pizzas and other stuff were devoured by kids and adults alike. Great thanks to Valerie, the coordinator, and Sai and Bri, who decorated, hosted and cleaned up. I just showed up and it was all done by the wonderful staff at Urban Air Adventure Park in Orange. Try it, and believe me, you will not be disappointed.

One and done.. Too expensive for the area and only let you do one of each without charging more. My kids will stick with Bounce Town USA down the street. Better value and much better employees.

I would love to give this place 5 stars HOWEVER, I spent $700 on my son’s birthday party here last night, he had a ball BUT as a parent this place is VERY unorganized. The staff are all young and angry, they continuously argued with one another in front of the children. They allow way too many Platinum Parties on one night it was so chaotic. Nobody knew what party was supposed to be where at what times. My children went to Laser Tag with my party host and we were kicked out by a very rude party host name Leondra. She argued with my party host even though my host asked her to calm down and tried coming up with solutions. It was very unprofessional, this was my first time here and I will not be booking another party here. They should tell us to arrive at least a half hour early to print every single waiver and go over the layout of the party. It was very time consuming to print waivers, gather children for each activity, take your shoes off, go get shoes on. Overall of course my children enjoyed themselves but as a parent it’s so much that needs to be worked on. I really wish I could teach them a thing or two on customer service and organization. Also to pay $15 for toddlers under 5, that were only able to jump on trampolines, to have my 2 year old daughter knocked down by a male employee who I’m sure was NOT suppose to be jumping. He DID NOT apologize and acted like nothing even happened. I don’t mind paying what I paid I just wish it was a lot more organized.

My sons Apple Watch fell off in the foam pit. I called up four separate days, and every time I spoke to an employee they said, if I come we can look for it in the pit and they’re planning on emptying out the pit in a day or two since a lot of people lost things, an iPhone etc.. I go there, traveled two hours each way, and then the manager wouldn’t let us look in the pit. He said he can’t let us in because they cant close the pit during hours, even for five minutes! This is after asking four separate times and traveling hours.The manager said again he’s going to empty out the pit in a day or two. I called up to follow up, but a different manager was on a conference call and was supposed to call me back. He never did.It’s a fun place, but never lose anything there! They will not help you and they will give you the run around.All the employees are young kids, not very responsible or capable.I’m wondering if they just keep everything for themselves...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! My brother was in the zip line thing and his harness almost broke off near the end of the ride. And I was watching him and we decided to go to the basketball court and just for doing little dunks my arm is covered with cuts and bruises. And when we were sitting down we looked over to see a little girl bleeding idk what it could of been but it was a huge cute I think a broken arm idk cause she couldn’t move it and that was just one visit. And on parents night you brink your kids here and they watch them and my little brother got lost cause the group didn’t watch him and never called his name. Idk how this place is still open. I think that you shouldn’t go here for your safety and well-being

Me, my cousins, my sister and my friends went here it was pretty fun until one of the lady’s told us we needed to put on a helmet to fight on the balance beam. They hardly ever clean that helmet and we we’re not going to have to go through lice treatments because who knows who’s head it went on?

Pros: lots of fun activities, staff was friendly and helpful, despite being busy the waits for activities werent that bad, the activities were challenging and safe for young kids. Cons: 15 minute ticket times for nuggets and fries? You can take a little kid on the bumper cars, but they put the kid in this tiny metal add-on seat that sticks out the front and is far more dangerous than putting the kid in your lap. If you get rear ended, the kid will smash their head on the seat. Dont bother with it.

I give 3 stars only because the kids had fun for 3 hours( they got bored after that). The place is way expensive for what it has to offer. There were 4 kids X $48.99=195.96!!! We took the Ultimate Pack so that they could go ONCE on go karts, VR, Spin Zone and Lazer tag. It’s good we came earlier and the kids didn’t have to wait in line for these for 30 min each. The employees are all teens or young adults who really don’t care to be there(I get it). Will we be back? If it was for me- never and the kids have fun in any park, so, probably I would combine couple different places for that same price.

Overall the facility is a lot of fun for all age groups. Birthday pricing is pricey and arrival greeting is disorganized. Get ready to have your parents and grandparents have to deal with the famous “insurance waiver” on the computer even though they have no intention of “jumping”. It will delay your party that you spent hard earned $$$$ for. The manager would not even let our 75+ year old parents in the facility on a chilly Saturday morning at 9:50am(they open at 10). Her reply “insurance wise we cannot let anyone in without a certain # of staff on site” .NONE of these other similar facilities require 75 and 80 year old non jumpers to deal with the “insurance waiver”. We were not offered any organized jumping activities like a dodge ball game like other similar facilities. Stick with Rockin Jump. Better value and more organized for the money. We would NOT recommend the Orange facility for a Birthday party. Many other more cost savings options are available elsewhere.
