This is the ideal place for the kids to play because the playroom was harmless and they have a lot of toys to play. They also have educational books to read and coloring material for the kids who love doing art or painting. Even myself I enjoyed the place watching my kids playing. Thank you so much for inventing this kind of playroom.

My kids love comming here. $12 gets you unlimited play in the play area. You can go have lunch and come back again for more fun at one price!

The toys that were displayed were clean and safe to play with. Besides, the staff that entertained and guides my kids were helpful, nice, and patient. Honestly, my kids truly enjoyed while playing, I could say it in their faces. Next time, we will come back. Thank you for the experience!

We went on a Sunday and it was not a busy day, which was great for my little daughter who I let run free around the space. Everything was very neat. I saw the staff cleaning and sanitizing the toys, which is a plus. I was surprised at how the staff entertained my little one. My daughter even wanted to stay there for a longer hour if we would let him. We will definitely be back again! Thank you, guys!

Great place for kids. If they can walk, they pay to play in the ball-room, but parents are free.

Excellent entertainment! The best option for children! Anna and Leo were the two staff members who were very friendly to us. A respectful staff liked them was perfect to deal with. We are very happy and relax throughout the day we did spend in this playroom. A five-stars satisfaction rating for their staff. Awe-inspiring!

The owner also is a very lovely lovely and really cares about the playroom and the kids. Wonderful place for kids!

Oh I loved it. Being a 13 year old playing with a bunch of kids with soft balls were the best. But mostly I love the slides!!!

Funky little place that is good to spend some time rather than just walk around the block spending money a little awkward with the cards you have to buy more than one and I feel like they could do a better job keeping it wipe down but all in all twenty bucks for like an hour worth of focus energy is okay

Ugh if only this place was around when I was younger because it looks so awesome! My little sister is having her birthday party here and I’m definitely joining in on the fun! There is a mechanical bull and obstacles and so much cool stuff! I worked with Rodney booking the party room for my sister and he was so polite and nice and made my experience there so easy. Cant wait to surprise my sister now!

When walking by I was so excited to visit and went in and just looked so good then all went down hill when I walked up to the 9 billion year old kiosk and was so hard to use. I just wanted to play the claw machines but when I swipe my card it take about 2 minutes to do something then when I play it takes my money and does nothing I go up to one that says winner evey time and I play and don’t win all I want is you guys to know if u want to have fun do not come here and to thrill it I would like my money back

This place was a nice surprise. Its got a little bit of everything that helps kids be active without being stuck to a screen (obviously they do have a couple video games). But a cool ball pit, laser tag, ropes course and great service made it a really fun party for the kids!

This is one of the most disappointing place I have ever attended. When I walked into the place with my family we weren’t greeted nor welcomed. Although a holiday night (Halloween) which means it wouldn’t be busy we did not receive the same welcome as the typical guest would. The only reason why I entered was for the mechanical bull ride. I asked an employee that I had wish to ride the bull to which he responded it cost $7 and pointed towards the back of the room. I was confused as I walked towards the back of the room. I asked the same employee that if this is where I purchase the ride at the same time pointing to some ATM looking machine. The employee responded yes. I went ahead and purchased my ticket only to realize the machine does not give change. I then looked to the employee behind a stand which she was on her phone. Two other employees were playing air hockey. To the employee that helped me he was just talking to the one behind the stand. I walked over there and stated that I had paid with a $20 bill and hat if they can help me. The same employee that thinks has helped has been the most useless employee to provide customer service. If I wanted him to tell me that the machine does not give change I could have asked him that but because I was a first time customer not knowing a single thing about this place I paid with a larger bill. To top it off the bull ride sucked. The same employee was in charge of that bull ride and all he had the machine do was spin around. I am truly disappointed in this place and I walked away with some dumb store credit which I live 40 minutes away so it isn’t a place I can come and check out on a regular basis. It isn’t even worth my gas. Little did they know I am public speaker in Orange County and how much damage from my review could do.

When I went here it was fun.I dont think it is like any other play place out there. The only bad thing about it was they have no food. They only have a vending machine. Well this place has a reason why it has no food. Its because the place is already packed with fun things to do.(SPOILER ALERT) It has a rock climbing,bull ride,play place,the balance thing or whatever its called,and a laser tag. (Not really laser tag,its just a laser shooting game.This might be unnecessary or pointless but the cool thing about it is that its near a dave n busters.DUN.

$50 2 kids, ball pit all day pass, laser tag 1 game each, ride the bull 3 chances each .. this place looks fun but its boring for the adults theres nothing to do good luck getting a seat and its just dirty sticky .. plus the slide took a chunk off his elbow sliding down.. its just to small and gets crowded fast. The employees were very helpful the kids had fun . We spent about 2 hrs it was sooo boring. A tv monitoring maybe the inside of the ball pit so we could see what going on or massage chairs would be nice ..

So the workers and managers are aware that the games are not working regularly & refuse to put an out of order sign on the games while allowing people to buy cards that they will not refund the cash after.

Really cool place to play, expensive though.

The place sucked they should have put a sign saying you have to pay to get in my sister walked in the play house (thinking it was free) and went outside to tell us to come with her but the people stopped her and occused here she went on it (witch she only went in and walked out ) and made us pay 12 bucks for her. TRASH!!!

Well its in the block which is pretty cool,the first time I went was cool but there customer service isnt the best.They need to smile and be more happier :) the ball pit is fun and the laser tag is to but something is kind of wrong with the guns but please go and have fun
