4 stars. Would be 5 but there are some pretty steep variances in pricing for certain items compared to competitors. Sometimes it works in your favor though sometimes not. Case and point, Old Time carries a variety of night stands ranging from $129.99 to $249.99. There are very similar, if not the exact same products on sale at other retailers and online for $69.99 to $189.99. Shop savvy - otherwise, this is a great place to pick up a bunch of stuff you didnt know you needed.

This is my new favorite store. Its an absolute must for plant people as the planters are not only beautiful but reasonably priced. Also their Halloween decor is the best Ive seen anywhere in the greater Jacksonville area.

Everything you could possibly want is here in this store. Very clean and the cashiers and staff are very warm and welcoming.. Im in love with this store and i will be going back very soon. Anything for your home decor you will find it here.. A couple of years ago i bought a 3ft chef for $100.00 and hes worth every penny.. Please visit this store i promise you want be disappointed. It would be much more pleasant if it werent so hot and humid in there. Now with the masks needed the A/C really need a to be functioning adequately. I dont know who controls it, but you are missing out on a lot of sales because people cut their visit short due to the uncomfortable temperature in the store.

Bought a halloween decoration here. It lasted all of three days before breaking. Went to return it, had to argue with staff about their return policy (no returns after 30 days, which is probably why they sell all their holiday decorations well in advance) to get a refund, which took 3 employees to figure out how to do on the computer. Then when they finally issue the refund, it was only for half of what the item costs originally. Terrible outlet home store..

The girl running the register with her attitude today 7/18/20 should not be in customer service, when i took a pillow back to exchange she tried to tell me they are the same pillows, i told her they are not the designs are defferent she got a attitude and threw the other one in the basket no thank you come again or nothing, ill shop else where.

Wow, the size and selection of this store is incredible. So many different decor pieces, furniture, wall decor, patio decor and furniture, floral arrangements and vases. I couldn’t believe some of the prices! My husband and I were driving by and decided to stop since we hadn’t heard much about this place and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good selection of goods and the store is huge. Guarantee you won’t leave without finding at least one thing you “need” ;) Highly recommend!

People are cool, the place is magical, and enjoyed strolling through the store. You can get lost staring at everything.

The selection was good. Overall. The prices are fair and the location is large enough to not feel cramped. However there are a lot of misleading signs as to whats on sale or clearance and whats not. Also all clearance is non returnable if it has a yellow tag. Heard a cashier explain that to a customer in front of me.

A product that no was wraped in the original package and have any irregularities have the price plus that one in the original package

I went to Old Time Pottery last week and found a gazing ball 1/2 price. Got it home and put it out in my flowers and really pretty. I went back today and got another one. The people there are very pleasant and helpful. Im looking forward to shopping there again soon.

Very disappointing that this company quit giving military/veterans discounts. We have always dropped here and enjoyed the products. However, we will not be back now they we have found out they have discontinued honoring the military. Very sad

Terrible :( They had great stuff and found tons we wanted then get up to check out and they had 1 person working a HUGE line. Waited 20 minutes and she was still working on the same customer and just standing there talking about BS instead of working. Left our cart with probably over $150 worth of things and left. 2 people behind us did the same thing. What a WASTE OF TIME :(

They have a huge variety of products from decor to bedding to chairs to silk flowers and blenders. This definitely is s place to check out if you need anything for your home.

Employees are nice, prices are really good on some things and not as low as youd think on others, they have half off sales which are really great and the store is organized very well.

You can spend a lot of time here. I cant say my visit was mind blowing. It was as much fun as going to any store. What I can say is that everything was clean, organized, and easy to find. The lines at the registers moved right along, even with the holiday flow. These are things I appreciate at a store.

I use to really like this store,but have changed my opinion as of today. An elderly veteran was checking out and showed his military ID for the discount and was told they no longer give the discount! The cashier wasnt even nice about it either. Just very arrogantly said the company had removed that discount! How sad and SHAMEFUL to not honor our military!

This place reminds me of Garden Ridge. I love this place! Great home decor. Reasonable prices. A whole lot of chachis!! The place is clean and well organized. Yes-You can spend a lot of time there just looking at the various ‘stuff’. I wish they had another location on the south side. The only reason I go here is because I work around this area. Please consider building one on the south side!

Old Time Pottery had EVERYTHING for the home. All you need for the kitchen, linens, pets, furniture, rugs, patio and walls is in there. And its reasonably priced. Nice variety. They need a (Michaels or JoAnns type of) app with coupons tho.

This place is amazing! Its a primarily flower craft superstore, dishes, furniture, you name it! The icing on the cake is the prices. You can get some great buys. Have fun shopping ladies.

Orange Park doesnt have very many home decor places so its great to have this store. Its conveniently located, clean, has a good selection of everything, and the prices are reasonable. One complaint is that the lines are long. But not that big of an issue.

Super friendly staff. They have so many gadgets that make organizing a breeze. They also have alot of floral to choose from at excellent prices. Definitely check it out if you havent done it. :)

Employees need to be better informed on the sales around the store. Purchased some items on a Tuesday and received 40% off because of the floral and bush sale. Its for decor for my wedding so I only purchased a few to make sure it would work with what I was doing. Went back on Friday to purchase 27 more thinking they were still 40% off because the sales associate said the sale went until Sunday. Well needless to say they werent 40% off and when I tried questioning why I received the discount just a few days ago, all the employee could say was sorry, theyre not on sale; theres nothing I can do.

I am fairly new to Jax and this is my new favorite store!! They have EVERYTHING!!! And for awesome prices which is even better. Only thing Ive ever not been able to find here were cushions for my patio furniture. Now thats not because they dont have them (they do, and a huge selection too!) but because I have patio furniture with odd dimensions.

Ive only seen one store ever that had zero items out of place. Seriously. This store was entirely in place. The shelves sparkled, it was so clean. The even have staff around. Nice, pleasant staff who communicates clearly! I bought a bag on wheels that folds up for $20. I want to buy a house after shopping in this store!

The best part about Old Time Pottery is that when I see the price on a product, I can google it and NEVER find it for less online. Old TIme Pottery in Orange Park is the best store for Christmas. Everything from pet toys, furniture, creative gifts, entire kitchen collections and half the store is Christmas, Kwanzaa and Hanukkah related. Truly, Old Time Pottery has that something for everyone. :D

Everything you need for Christmas and more. I really enjoyed visiting this place. They have everything you need to decorate you home. It reminds me of Home Goods but cheaper and bigger.

I went here just to see what they have, its like a home goods or tjmaxx home section, big lotshome section & the sort. They have a variety of home decor, cute stuff, fun stuff, a toy section for kids.

The name is misleading, it is a lot more than pottery. And prices are very reasonable.

This gem is a crafters paradise! Floral supplies, silk flowers, floral foam, Christmas and holiday decor. Garden decorations: flags, birdfeeders, chimes--all the way to small appliances, area rugs/runners, furniture, China, glassware, bakeware, pillows, comforters towels....they have it ALL! They offer a great military discount and this is one of my FAVORITE PLACES TO SPEND THE AFTERNOON!

Seems like I spend hours in there when I go in there with my friend a large selection of stuff surprisingly very cheap friendly people who actually take you to the item youre looking for and we were able to check out very quickly all that adds up for a great shopping experience I highly recommend you at least take a look once you might be surprised at what they have I know I was the first time
