I had the pleasure of choosing Flagship as the place to go for my first tattoo about a year ago, and with the experience I have had since then, I cant imagine going anywhere else. Since my first time, I have been consistently going for much more work, to include my sleeve that has been a work in progress. Separate to the great prices and amazing tattoo work done by all of the team members, the Flagship team does an amazing job with making your time there very inviting and welcoming for anyone. Whether it be for your first tattoo experience, or even just to have more work done, they are very open to ideas, and are also very professional and creative when providing suggestions and alternatives to what is presented. The shop is kept very clean, and the team maintains a clean workspace as well. Overall, it is a very great experience to be apart of.I now live in Seattle, but I have been committed to the point of flying back specifically so I can come to this shop to continue getting my sleeve done by Cam Medford (extremely talented guy, and extremely personable!). Cam has done every tattoo I have (my entire left arm and 2 right arm tattoos), and I will continue to go to him as long as travel allows me. You will find that all of the artists are extremely talented, and overall great people to work with. I would absolutely recommend going here!

Ive only had 1 of 3 sessions with Ralph on my half sleeve/cover up and his professionalism, kindness and talent put me at ease when I was super nervous about this tattoo. Super clean, professional, top notch talented artists here. They want to make your vision a reality and are enthusiastic about their work. And you get to look at Ralphs gorgeous paintings on the walls while youre getting your work done100% happy I found this place.

This shop is AMAZING!! Ralph Royals has developed a shop unlike any other. He is the owner and has done numerous tattoos on me. The artistic ability he has is unbelievable and stunning and I trust him completely with design and color! His staff, Cam, Keri Ann, and Brandon, are young, but all have a fascinating ability when it comes to color and design! Cam and Keri Ann have done many tattoos on my daughter, so I trust them as well. Brandon is the newest to this shop and his artwork is just as amazing! Remember, the more freedom you give Ralph and his crew, the better your art will be!!! They are also very reasonably priced. I REFUSE to go anywhere else!!!

Simply put, I wish I found Ralph Royals and his shop long ago. I havent seen better work than from Ralph and his team. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The shop is immaculate and is a great place to hangout for a couple hours to get tattooed. I always feel the biggest thing missed by small business owners is their customer service, but not with Ralph. He makes sure all your questions are answered, that you are okay every step of the way, but most importantly, he strives to give you the best experience possible and that is what makes his shop so great. Honestly, 5 stars isnt enough. Ralph did an amazing portrait on my arm and I am blown away by how accurate it looks. I will be back in a month to get the second portrait done and am so stoked for it to be completed. I am so happy I went to him. He is THE best portrait artist.

Yesterday I got my first tattoo here, my artist was Kerry Ann and the two other guys who were there were so friendly, welcoming, and talented. Me and my friend were a walk-in and they were very enthusiastic about their work, and are so good at making you feel comfortable. I hope to get many more tattoos here.

I got my first tattoo by Kerri Ann yesterday. The experience was wonderful. The shop was very clean and well organised, and the whole staff was professional and friendly and helped calm my nervous first time jitters. Kerri Anns precision and craftsmanship of the tattoo blew my expectations out of the water. I am beyond thrilled with how the tattoo turned out, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been in many shops over the years, but this is by far the best tattoo shop in Florida. All of the artists care about their clients and making them happy. Ive been in shops where the artists have bad attitudes and it makes it hard to want to spend hours with them even if they are good at what they do. Not here. Everyone is friendly, caring, and proud of the amazing work they put out. I will never go anywhere else for my work.

The best tattoo studio in Jacksonville! Ive had three tattoos from Cam now and will be getting my first from Ralph in a couple of weeks. Every time I give them an idea they turn it into something way beyond what I had envisioned!The studio is also a great place to be, with everyone being very friendly and welcoming. After one or two tattoos there it feels less like visiting a tattoo studio and more like going to hang out with some mates. Cant recommend it enough!

I was extremely pleased with my experience. My sister and I went to see Cam for matching tattoos and they both turned out amazing! Recently got a piece by Kerri Ann and Im still blown away! She listened to my ideas and made it a million times better! Her tiny line-work, shading and overall composition are superb! She was very concerned with my comfort and took breaks when my skin was becoming irritated to ensure I was okay. If you want an awesome custom piece, go have a chat with her.

All the artists are great and have their own style, so no matter what design you want there is an artist there that can draw and tattoo it. Flagship Tattoo Gallery is AMAZING! My sleeve tattoo is so beautiful and I am very grateful to Ralph Royals for creating it! He literally saved my arm. A few years ago I had a partial sleeve done elsewhere and it was supposed to be very special (it was for my parents) and it did not come out well at all. It was extremely frustrating to have to look at my arm like that, especially when the design was supposed to be for my parents. I ended up having to get 10 laser removal sessions to attempt to lighten the whole forearm piece. When I went to Ralph Royals to repair my arm, I was so afraid he was going to say that I needed more laser treatments, or that it couldn’t be fixed at all. Instead, he told me I could stop all the laser treatments and that my arm was ready to have my full sleeve created! He re-created a whole new piece for my parents AND added to it, to make it a FULL sleeve. He incorporated family aspects that were truly important to me and also designed new tattoos that are just too stunning for words! My whole arm is covered in bright, exquisite pieces depicting important events in my life, and my parents’. People are shocked when we tell them that my whole forearm is a cover-up! I now have a GORGEOUS full sleeve thanks to him! I constantly get stopped on the street or in stores by people complimenting me on it. Even my stepdad’s 80 year old parents love it! The colors are stunning and the work is impeccable. I am beyond grateful to Ralph Royals for giving me such a spectacular full sleeve and making me proud to rock tank tops again! Flagship Tattoo Gallery is extremely clean, neat, well-organized, and depicts beautiful artwork created by all the artists that work there. I would HIGHLY recommend Ralph, and of course his associates Cam and Kerry Ann, to anyone!
