The kids always love the displays. Great time with the family. Everytime weve gone, weve had an amazing experience.

I want to say, I love coming here. Every time a new movie comes out, me and my boyfriend always come here. I debated writing this review because I’ve had nothing but good experiences but I may not come back.We came to watch onward. Right away I could tell there was something wrong with the projector. A Coca Cola ad, which should have been red, was a dingy orange color. My boyfriend let a staff member know and said the projectionist would be notified. We waited throughout all the trailers, and all of them were this strong yellow-green color with strong blues and purples. The projector wasn’t showing any reds. The projectionist was on the concession floor and I let him know and apparently no one had notified him.We sat through half of the movie and it was still a dingy yellow and strong blue colors. I went out to ask if there was any progress to an employee. He was curt with his response and said he didn’t know.I figured there would be no use in asking anymore so I sat through the movie looking off.After the movie, My boyfriend told that the first employee he talked to said the projector had looked like that for a while. That’s what bothered me the most. That the theater purposefully sold tickets knowing the projector wasn’t working correctly. I know a business is built to make money, but it rubbed me the wrong way.Maybe it’s because I work with color all the time editing photos, but I couldn’t enjoy the movie without constantly thinking about it.After the movie I debated speaking to the manager but I didn’t want it seem like I wanted free stuff. I decided to write this review because I did feel cheated out of a movie experience I paid for.If anyone buys tickets to a movie and gets theater 15, be warned.

Regal Edwards Ontario Palace IMAX and RPX is a movie theater in Ontario, California. This theatre is known for presenting 3D films on a giant screen, including blockbusters. We visited this place a couple of times. Edwards theatre is usually less crowded than AMC DINE-IN. The ticket price of Edwards is also less expensive than AMC DINE-IN (most of the time). They have Standard, Real 3D, RPX and IMAX Cinema theatres. My only complaint is their seating which is very uncomfortable and squished together.

Impressive complex with good snacks and streamlined ticketing. Lose one star because it was too expensive imho - $20/ticket is a ton of money for IMAX even. Esp when the theatre was empty - maybe if they were more affordable, they would have had more in the room for a 7pm showing of Frozen II.Popcorn wasn’t warm either. Nice quantity for $10 - they will give you the refill up front too which is novel :)Will go back when we can save up enough $$ lol

I love movies and purchased the regal membership to save money. I was terribly disappointed that the theater had a horrible smell like the carpets and seats were not cleaned. Please make sure that the theaters are clean to make the viewing experience a pleasure and not to wait for the movie to be over as soon as possible so that we can get out of the place as fast as possible. Sorry for the review but this was my experience, please do something about it.

This huge Cinema was clean and very quite. It was very surprising that the seats didnt recline which was disappointing.the manager helpful and understanding with resolving an issue with a refund. The decor through was very modern with a friends and family fun loving atmosphere.

Had a wonderful time with family. The quality of the screen and surround sound was phenomenal. Opening nights for films are even better because, the whole theater interacts together to make a very surprisingly fun evening. For the horror films at least, lol

Some theater rooms had updated seating some did not. The ones that did not were very uncomfortable and broken down. We saw two movies in two different seating rooms. First was very comfortable but seconded was awful.

I really like the decor of this place. It makes for great photos. The movies are pretty good, and the sound is nice and clear

What a beautiful theater and the only nearby theater I know of that has true IMAX. The lighting inside is superb as well as the color scheme they used. First time I came here was to see The Dark Knight Rises in IMAX and O was blown away by the size of the screen and the audio quality. The last time I was here was to go see Joker in RPX. I was in absolute awe at how stunning the image quality was; I couldnt take my eyes off the screen. I dont think Ive ever seen a theater room as big as that one and the seats are far from the worst. This is definitely my go to spot for movies I HAVE to experience in IMAX.

Love this place. Much more friendly to fanclubs then Harkins. Just wish the seats were a little wider.

Great people, nice, and quick. It was my first time going and it was really cool and fun. I watched jumanji 2. I wish they had it in 3D. I would definitely go back to this movie theatre

Excellent theater. Always clean and right across from the shoppes/mall. Super busy during weekends but service is still great! Love the sparkly floors before the entrance. This is my go to theater as it always holds GKIDS screenings and Ghibli film festival movies here every month

I like this theater. They do not have the oversized comfortable seats AMC has, but I still enjoy watching movies here. You have to select your seats when purchasing tickets, which is pretty common now. The IMAX screen is remarkable.

Saw Gosnell movie tonight. And one of the main actors was there and got to meet him. So cool!The theater was clean, spacious, appropiate decor, they dont bombard you with advertisement and lights. Available self serve ticket booths.Large main concessions stand and two smaller ones on each wing. I want to see healthier food options at these standsFirst time to notice a large candy supply right outside of one of the theaters if you really need to reload your sugar rush. It has several theaters with multiple choices of movie genres.Staff was attentive throughout.

Love how this place tells you about how some of their rooms have better sitting than others, I would say dont listen to them and just go with the normal theater. They sold me tickets saying that the were more comfortable that their cheaper rooms. Checked both and they are the same, then they say the sound is better not really all it is they just make it laughter. Gave you guys a change and failed to deliver.

Absolutely amazing. Every time I went to see a movie I had no problems. The service was incredible and I cant wait to go again.

The audio and video quality were great. We watched on the RPX screen, so that is expected. We did not expect the long concession lines or the empty theater. The empty theater was A SHOCK, because we bought tickets online and online it showed FULL. So we bought tickets ahead of time, yet sat on the SIDE, because they reserve seats for box office sales. VERY disappointed.

Theater was filthy. There was still half full popcorn containers and other trash all over the place. The arm rest was broken off of one of our seats and the people behind us kept kicking our seats. We chose Edwards because weve enjoyed the mountain Ave location. This one was far worse. Go across the parking lot to amc. At least they clean their theaters between showings.

Went to see Joker.. We got a combo of Nachos and cheese, large popcorn and large drink for $20, felt it was reasonable for the price. Place was clean at 11am. Bathroom were very, very clean. Staff were respectful and greeted us nicely.

Love coming here for IMAX! You can reserve seating online and no waiting in line. Clean theatre and friendly employees.

Watched Avengers End Game on RPX reserved seating. There is a long line at the concessions which is like a Norm at this place. They should open more concessions to serve patrons like this event. Seats are not reclining like AMC.

I love the seats! Great surround sound. Get there early so you can watch the trailers and the message that says.... Dont talk during the movie!!!

This is a nice theater. However every time I go to put butter on my popcorn the butter machine is out of butter. I wish they would fix their equipment or refill it. This is one of the reasons I prefer going to other theaters.

Friendly employees. Always showing all the new movies and the theatre seating is comfortable. Theres always a good seat no matter where you sit.

Tons of parking. Next to outlets and plenty of movie choices

I love Edwards movie house. Its huge and it has a bar and the employees are always nice and friendly.

My favorite theater in the inland empire. They have security and that is important to me. I also love how they treat their ADA customers.

If you are trying to use your phone to show your Regal Unlimited purchased show tickets...GOOD LUCK getting ANY wifi in their lobby areas. Youd THINK theyd have wifi available considering all the computers used there to sell tickets and stuff! Thats just really dumb. So yeah, stop somewhere else to get your wifi to show your phone Tix.

Clean bathrooms, concession wait usually not too bad. I agree with what another reviewer recently said, that this place is starting to show some signs of age especially with regards to projector and screen quality. Aladdin on screen 3 had a blue line (albeit pretty faint) going up and down one side of the screen, likely a projector issue. Lion king on screen 7 had such a worn projector screen that it was somewhat distracting as well as some visual artifact in the bottom right areaI may be being picky but this just makes it seem more like the quality of a budget theater when it comes to picture quality on some of their screens, based on my recent experiencesI also hope they do some renovation which covers screens and projectors, because its a nice theater otherwise

This is the first time Ive been to this theater I went to the IMAX. Whatever movie that you see at this theater is good at the IMAX the screen is huge plenty of seating the whole Auditorium huge had a good time

Good seats, good prices, friendly helpful staff. And the large drinks or large popcorn get free refills and you dont have to stand in a regular long line to get them. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked even though it was a Friday night and busy. They also had Dole whip in 4 flavors and Cheetos popcorn along with all the other movie treats.

The chairs were so comfortable and the huge screen made it so easy that I could probably still watch the movie and know what happens even if I had my glasses off!!️️️

Been going to Edwards since it opened. Great popcorn. Have good customer service. Seats are great. Reserve your seats best way to watch movies

Favorite theatre around for miles

Helpful employees, lots of choices, has a bar and clean restrooms. I love that it is not attached to the mall so rodents didnt seem to be an issue here. I loved that when we saw Bohemian Rhapsody the volume was reasonable instead of the usual make your ears bleed, that is why this is my go to location.The four stars is because of the filthy state the patrons left the theater, I wanted to cry, how can my Raza be so nasty? The employees were quick in starting the cleaning after the movie was done. Great selection and convenient times.

The theater is pretty nice. Room for improvement but definitely worth the trip to the movies.

Fun place. Ticket prices can be high. Popcorn seems stale. Candy is and concessions are expensive.

It would have been nice if they turned the lights off!!! I never watched a movie with the lights on throughout the whole movie. I wanted to let the staff know, but I didnt want to ruin my movie. Besides that I enjoyed the experience.

The seats were a little uncomfortable. Popcorn smelled good. They had a lot of seating that everywhere looked like a good spot.

The popcorn is always fresh as are the drinks. The food is usually tasty too especially considering its theater food. I just really hate the preferred seating. Call me old fashion but I like the idea of first come first serve

4.5 . Only reason Ive deducted a half star is that the movie wasnt output in the very best IMAX quality Ive heard in previous movies. But the movie itself (Lion King) was superb and masterfully made. Only reality tops out the incredible realism in which it was produced.

It was very exquisite. If you want to watch a movie in a different language then this is the perfect place. It has a second floor in which you can go up. Amazing would go again

The seats are super uncomfortable and smushed together. The theater/auditorium was a mess with popcorn all over the seats, napkins stuffed in the chairs and cup holders and overflowing trash cans. With the amount they charge, even for matinee, I really dont feel like theyre with it.

My daughter and I love seeing big movies in the IMAX theater and always have a great time. The employees are all very nice and only complaint yesterday was the hotdog that must have been in the warmer too long the bun was hard as a rock. I went back to the concession counter and they were nice and apologized and have me a fresher one to replace it cant wait to come back for Godzilla.

Love going to movies and this place is awesome the people are great there and helpful

Bad Boys 4 Life!!!! Fun movie....my only gripe is the single file lines...it was backed up to the entrance...i think people should line up to whatever register is open...its just more room for people coming in...sorry...but in all its a good experience...

The customer service was great. Its clean and my 3D experience was great. My husband and I went for Valentines Day date night. You get one free refill when you buy the large popcorn and soda. Its perfect. Im gonna take my kids here when we go watch a kids movie.

Long lines. 50 minutes in concession line and missed part of movie. Tried to talk to guest services and they shrugged us off. Told us to find a manager. No managers around. Go somewhere else. Lack of customer service.

The theatres are pleasantly cool. Very comfortable to enjoy a movie. They have kiosks now instead of a ticket counter. So if you dont have a credit card; kids; you cant go to the movies, I guess.

From the start the handicap accessible door wasnt working, then when we got in the IMAX theater the floor on our row (i) was extremely sticky, my boots were stuck to the floor, and when the movie was over the lights turned on but the light covering was falling off slightly and so the bulb was visible and much brighter than intended. Normally this wouldnt be a problem but we stayed in the theater for the mid-credits and after-credits scenes of Captain Marvel so the lights should have stayed off and without a covering on the bulb the room wasnt dark enough for the screen.

The theater is nice, its huge! The movie we saw was funny and worth seeing. We enjoy watching Tyler Perry. Only complaint was when we ordered hot dogs, pop corn drinks from concessions, the employee said there was only one hltdig ready and they rest will be ready in a few minutes. So we bought the one hot dog. Well, sitting down in our seats and taking the hot dog out of the package, NO HOT DOG just the bun!! So hubby goes back and gets the hot dog inside the bun. Next time clarify if the hot dog is in the bun!

Great IMAX theater. Seats are close together but worth it. True IMAX screen and size. Plenty of parking available. Concession staff was friendly and helpful even when busy. Great theater, Ill be back for more IMAX movies

One of my favorite local movie theaters where I have gone countless times with family and friends. A wide selection of movies can normally be found and even though the concession lines are normally slightly long if you arrive early enough you can still get your favourite snack and beverage prior to the picture getting started. my children and I have enjoyed quite a few movies at this Cineplex and it seems to be very well taken care of periodically remodeled and updated and very family-friendly.

Great place to see a movie with recliner seats, but if you want to sit close to someone special it will not be here.

Not necessarily the fault of the theater, but I cant stand some of the people who have no movie etiquette. Talking during a movie is very rude. Concession snacks were good.

Worst Snack Bar ..l Bought popcorn sodas, in the middle of the movie my daughter wanted to use the restroom so i said well ill get a soda & popcorn refills.. my surprisewas wen the lady told me i Had to wait in line for a Fill!! And just ignore me completely after waiting on the side for a whileworse movie theater snack Bar stand Never have I had to make line to get a fill, specially on the middle of the movie .. on the other Note .. Spider movie was Great

My favourite movie theatre. Easy parking. 22 screens and a nice comfortable feeling. Much better than AMC.

If you want a great experience, you cant beat IMAX. I remember watching Gravity in IMAX at this location, and I was blown away by the visuals and the size of the screen. Not to bag on the movie, but I was carried away seeing the surroundings and space as a whole. Aside from that movie, its a nice big location, and you can bet that youll have a good experience here.

My favorite local theater has so many great theaters to pick from but I do have to say the RPX is my favorite

Only complaint is that there was a square looking mark on the white screen that bugged me, it was more noticable with the lighter colored scenes like when the sky is shown. This was in auditorium 21.

Its an okay theatre, nothing special. However, they do have a true IMAX screen. You wont be disappointed if you watch great action movies there.

Decent Screens. Food is good. They have Unlimited Movies/Person/Month for some $22..

I love this theater!!!! Its always nice and clean and the employees are super friendly as well. Plus they have the IMAX theater as well. You cant miss this place if youre at Ontario Mills mall. Its right off of the major road in Ontario.

Well the Imax show was a treat to myself for my birthday. Ive never been to IMAX before, so I wasnt sure what to expect, it was $19.00 and some change and they dont even have recliner seating, the popcorn combination I got, which was a large popcorn and a large drink was $16 and change, the popcorn was old and wasnt fresh, it wasnt even warm so for close to $40 for one person, I think they can do a whole lot better at what they offered people who come to see the show at their establishment, the movie that I watch was excellent by the way, Fast and Furious Hobbs and Shaw!

Hadnt been to the Regal theater in a while, had a nice time. The Regal on Mountain has been updated nicely. The Regal theater in Ontario Mills needs updating.

All was nice, need time and date of event put on digital ticket sent in the email. As there is no reminder to identify when ur schedule /paid event will happen. The experience way awesome once we got in, easy to find seating. The RPX was not anywhere near the IMAX experience. Fix the time and date of event on all tickets and we will continue to return.

I really ca.nt rate as of yet cause Ive never been there. But i have a question. Do they have recliner seats like the reagle on mountain?

A nice place to watch a movie. They have all movie formats playing here for thr big films. IMAX screen is also here. Food prices are comparable to the other theatres.

Drinks were great, staff very friendly and the IMAX movie itself was great. Seating was a bit cramped and started getting a little restless and uncomfortable by the end of the movie.

This theater was my favorite by far a few years ago, I even racked up 230,000 points in their loyalty app. But compared to todays movie theater standards and the price they charge here it falls short.First is the seats, most theaters in the area now offer recliners for the same price as regular seats here in Edwards. Except for the RPX and the Chinese Hollywood theaters, which recline slightly, the seats are fixed in one position, dirty, and old. If they charged less it would be worth it, (like their regal San Bernardino location which is great for the price).Second is the screens. I watched a few movies in their smaller screens and there was debris on the screen, looked like vomit. (theater 12).The sound is also off in some screens. Overall, looked at AMC and what they did with their crappy theater, they remodeled it and now its my favorite, which sucks, since I live the crown rewards program and feels like Im cheating by going there, but its hard to stay committed when Im paying the same price for superior service.
