This is a great theater. I dont know why some people have said service was bad. Maybe they are hard to please people. Ive been coming to this theater since it was built and always have had a great experience. The employees are great, attentive and the seating is comfy (oh, and popcorn is good!). Cant ask for more! We need our theater re opened!!!!!!!!!!

Just went today to see Yesterday at this theater. Love the seating with the great reclining seats. The place is a bit smaller than La Verne but it is just as good. We had a wonderful time. The food is pretty expensive, but all movie theater popcorn and drinks are expensive. I highly recommend this theater.

One of the best places to go see a movie with the family. Can not wait for them to open again.

Just had the best experience watching the movie here. Clean facility and their bathroom was well maintained. They have good sound systems and comfy seats. Staffs were super friendly and they seemed to love their job.

We saw Pitch Perfect 3 on Christmas. Almost 20 bucks for 2 for a matene. Ouch! Pretty pricey. It wasnt too busy when we arrived. We got there at 2:20. We had to pick our seats ahead of time, which I also found odd. When we left, it wad crazy busy.For 2 ice creams and a large soda, it was 15 bucks. The seats are super awesome! They have a button to recline the seats, and put a foot stool thing up. So comfortable! I hate going to the movies because I get super uncomfortable. But these were so nice, I could watch a movie every day.It was clean inside. I didnt see any trash, and the floors were decent. They have some arcade games in the lobby, and candy machines. The bathroom was fairly clean, but smelly.The best part was, there is like a privacy wall between rows. Spaced out nicely, so you dont have people kicking your seat, or talking, ect. You cant see the people behind, or in front of you. LOVE!!!It seems pricier than most, but the comfort is well worth it!

I brought my niece here to watch her all time favorite frozen 2. Staffs were nice and seemed to liked their service. Comfy seats and good sound systems. The bathroom was clean too.

This is the main movie theater that we come to. Most of the time the ticket takers are extremely nice. Definitely going to be coming back here

Excellent movie! Not very crowded, wonderful padded seats for people to watch the movie without being disturbed from other people nearby. Informative commercials to let you know whats happening in the future, good choices to come, thank you! Extra laughter from the audience tells me they liked it just as much as I did!!

I like the upgrade on the seating here but the food service was horrible. They popcorn was popped fresh but it didnt taste fresh. Im not sure how they managed to do that. The girl selling the tickets wasnt friendly I wouldve understood if they had a long line behind us but they didnt. Food service lady was friendly but again food was horrible. The theater was clean. Thats why they got 3 stars.

I give it a five because we came in there with a the flamingo gift card not knowing nothing about the card the manager took out the time and showed us how to go on line with the card we had she was so nice and so sweet I even told her she was the bomb it was very comfortable and the theater the staff was just wonderful and amazing very nice sweet pleasant it was very clean in that theater I will go back and I will recommend others to go there

This theatre located on Mountain Ave in Ontario was my go to place every weekend with my best friends during my high school days. It was definitely popular back then and after my recent visit I see that it still has its popularity. Mostly for the younger generations but is of course very family friendly as well. Basically it was great back then and still is now. It is very presentable and clean on the outside and even more so inside. It is no major two level theatre like some others in nearby areas, but still has some great amenities such as electronic reclining seats and more leg room. More importantly it is very clean, well maintained, well managed, and is operated by friendly and helpful staff. This review is based solely on my personal experiences and opinions, but Im sure a lot of other movies goers can and will agree if not add more to what Ive shared. If youre a local here and wanna have a great movie night with your family, I do recommend visiting this location if you havent dont so already.

The theater was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and kind. The screen I was on when had the nice recliners, the ones that open up lime youre laying down. Definitely would come again in the future.

I live in Orange CountyWent here with friends who live in Upland.I love the Recliners and the wide rows.This is my new spot for going to the show.And the parking is good.Area where show is is calm and peaceful.Easy to get too.They have a Coldstone and a ThaiRestaurant.Best Experience Ive ever had at a Theater.

I have satisfaction with this theater. It is located right underneath the freeway. The exit is 300 meters from the parking garage. It is visible from the freeway and it is not to difficult to enter traffic when you leave to your place from this theater. This spot shows all current releases from their first two weeks. Showtimes are closely ranged and timed reasonably from 10 or 11 in the morning and 10:00 p.m. at evenings. The best accommodation at this theater are recliner seats and cleanliness. All staff persons are friendly, nice and very helpful. I really enjoy watching movies here. I gladly recommend watching movies in this theater.

This place was great, my wife, nephews and I went and it was great. The air-conditioning was on full blast so I didnt feel hot. The line ques were fast and friendly so we didnt take long getting to our seats. We had a great time.

This movie theater is the best! Reclining seats, always clean and lines for snacks isnt ever very long. This is always the first choice when looks to see a movie for us!

The theater cleanliness and the reclining seats....5 stars. However, customer service at the concession stand....0 stars. Not just one person, All 5 people working it. We come here often and the bad customer service is the norm. Regal.....train your staff! Ill give AMC and Terra Vista 6 my biz from now on. Anna at the ticket window rocked! Maybe she can train the others.

The movie was good and the picture and sound quality was just great, but the cleanliness was overlooked. The seats we purchased were packed with dirty napkins from prior guests in the creases of both sides and the cupholders had food bits and papers stuffed in them and checking seats to either side, it wasnt just our two seats. This wasnt the first time this theater failed to keep up with cleaning. The theater screens, picture and sound quality keep me from bringing my rating below two stars. If Edwards theaters reads this, please step up your standards on cleanliness between screenings. If you are understaffed, please consider adding or rerouting alternate and available staff to fill in the gaps. I love your theater, but there are other cinemas with sharper eyes.

First time here. Great experience at this location. Its very clean, chairs are so comfy. Loud clear speakers. Cold A/C. Might want to bring a blanket. 10/10 thx(:

JUST GO THERE & Youll know WhY we this theatre...we wont even go to any other...my Husband & I have missed a movie or two we wanted to see because it wasnt playing at this location!!! The staff & especially the GREAT MANAGEMENT ..not to mention the comfty seating keeps us going there

I really like this movie theater. Love the reclining seat. Movie quality is pretty good.

Good overall, still not as clean as other theaters I have been too. My wife was also concerned about a group of girls hanging out in the womans bathroom. They seemed to be checking people out to see what the could possibly take from them. Plenty of security outside in the parking structure driving around in their golf carts. I would like to see security or staff near the bathrooms just to disperse people who are there hanging out in there.

Friendly service for a place that gets really crowded. Make sure that if you order the snack pack which is an awesome deal that they put a plastic container before they put in the popcorn or you will have butter all over the place!

Right off the fwy. Parking garage parking. Recliner seats. Customer service is eh. Clean ish restrooms. Needs walls for the mens urinals. Also restroom needs a mirror or two, I gotta check my hair teeth and clothes...

Very clean and nice theater. However we should not have to wait in line for over 10 min to buy tickets for a matinee because you didnt have a separate line for ticket sales.

This place needs a facelift! Been coming here my whole life and it has barely changed. Nostalgia is one thing but Im pretty sure thats the same carpet from when I was 5. Get with the times or lose your customers. Not to mention the new AMC opening soon at the Montclair place. Tick tock!

The seats are amazing in majority of the theaters, however if you go to a 10PM screening, there will not be in attendance to refill your soda or popcorn. so I had to hop over the counter and get it myself.

3 stars for comfort, but also 3 stars for service. My boyfriend and I visit this location maybe once a month. Its very rare the workers at the concession are polite and helpful. Although the ticket staff, manager and ticket checker are always professional and courteous to us....the concession employees need some enthusiasm. They arent that helpful and tend to carry careless attidudes; especially with eachother.

Customer service was exceptional this evening.Still having issues with my Regal membership.

My daughters favorite movie theater and that’s because of the reclining seats which is a plus. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because the times that we been there the screen looks dim and not as bright as it should look, but other than that everything else is ok the theatre and restrooms are clean all the time.

Ever since they changed to assigned seating and such comfortable recliners this has been my theater of choice. Only problem is the line for snacks there can be a rush and all of a sudden theres huge lines. Other than that its a good theater they really stepped up their game

Wow! This theatre was so comfortable. I have been to other regals before and have sat in the recliner chairs, but man these chairs made me start to fall asleep in my seat they were so comfortable. Parking was great, they have a whole lot. Altogether a great theatre.

Nice place to see a movie, but the hike up to row K, felt like we needed pitons a base camp at a lower altitude.

Tonight I was extremely disappointed! I took my kids and husband to see Instant Family Movie #5 (10:30 pm)! Towards the most important and most touching part of the movie it just completely stopped playing and the lights turned on. Another couple stormed out equally upset. The movie was almost over. Management was made aware. The manager said she was going to promptly starting the movie. The movie started but the first part of it had no volume. Over all disappointing. Wish I could have asked to get a refund or get new tickets to come back and see it at another time.

I saw a movie at the Edwards Ontario Mountain Village 14 for the first time in several years with my family on Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the staff handled the crowds, although it wasn’t miserably crowded. The place is clean and all options ran well. We have no complaints about our visit here. I would highly recommend this theater for a good family experience.

Love the new recliner assigned seating, so comfortable and plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy the show. Dont have to retract recline position for people to pass by either, love it, great thought put into the design of the remodel. This is usually my go to theater. Took 2 stars off because some staff can be rude at times (not everyone and not at every visit). They appear to be annoyed if asked for assistance. The lady scanning/checking tickets today rolled her eyes at us because we took too long getting our tickets ready (there was no one behind us either). Then there was some confusion if wed get a ticket stub (we had QR scan tickets), and she repeated herself Youre fine with an attitude. This is only one example of some staff members that are either having a bad day and dont have patience for people or didnt want to be at work. There has been some really nice staff members, friendly, polite, and willing to help ya if needed. My overall experience has been good at this venue. However, dealing with poochie face making people can be annoying in general.

What a great place to watch a movie. This theater has assigned seats, so you get recliners and a less crowded experience. This place has all the box office hits and prices are cheaper than other theaters nearby.Parking is easy to find and can be empty if you go during the week. Location is close to freeways and there are some good places to eat nearby as well.

Its closer to the freeway, have a couple of little restaurants near by. The parking structure isnt too bad. Nice staff but I feel it can take too long to order food

One of my favorite theaters to go to. Still affordable, assigned adjustable seats and they always have the good movies. Thank God its not one of those over crowded places

Hoooooot! Went there.to fet.out.of th 100 degree.heat.and watch the lion king and it was just as hot in the theater . The lobby felt wonderful but not the actual theater. I stood up and my pants and shirt stuck to me. The movie was great though! Go see the lion king! Super cute!

Dont pick seats in the front row!! They really shouldnt sell tickets for them at all, but they were the only ones available on a summer weekday evening. (Theyre like literally 5 feet from the screen.) Make reservations for seats farther back. (I hate the new recliners, even though theyre comfy. They fill up fast and reserving for them is a bit of a hassle!) >;p Its a nice movie theatre anyways.

Also, beer and wine will be sold.***************************Convenient location off the I-10 fwy. Plenty of parking in the structure, but youll have to walk.Standard multi-plex theater setup with theaters to the left and right of the snack bar/entrance. Offers 3D and 2D performances.They keep the theaters clean, and the seats are comfortable in stadium seating arrangement.

Recently saw IT, butvhave been a life long movie goer here, the renovation were awesome, and the general theater itself is just awesome
