The racing itself was ok. We went with a group of children ages 10-12 for a birthday party. The package was for 3 races. There wasnt anything to do for the kids in between races while the cars were being charged. We werent allowed to bring in any food or drinks and food wasnt sold here. The children were hungry. My biggest disappointment was that even though the website stated the cars and equipment were constantly cleaned, that was not the case. The helmets were reused by different people and not once sanitized. Not once were the cars wiped down even though different people used them. I was going to bring my daughter here to have her party but now I think I will try another venue.

My kids really enjoys this place. We’ve gone to different K1 speed locations in the past and this place is in Ontario is one of the top ones.Hardly any wait time, specially during the week. Customer service is been great and the place always looks neat and clean. I recommend it.

I got nothing better to do so the wait time doesnt bother me but this is one of the best go-kart places you can go to Ive tried other places but their rules arent enforced in like they are at K1 other places you would have people pushing you into the wall hitting you in the back and break checking you K1 will not allow people to do that to you. It may not be based on people come in first on the track but speed-wise is still fun Im a very aggressive racer but I keep it safe on the track for others Im going to the track today around 4 if anyone wants to go and meet up (the date: 9/16/20 time: 3:24pm). I love racing at K1 and Im glad you guys are open during covid-19, you guys are great with cleaning your helmets and carts. Its a 5 star from me. Thank you for existing and thank you for helping me out with my boring life

Racing fun! Best anyone can do on a budget. Real racing takes real amounts of $$$.Always a good time here. Lots of fun each time I come here. Coming here with a group is even better.

Speer fun little electric cars that go 45 mph. Tires huge the track like glue, go as fast as you can around the turns and hang on. I got forearm pump from turning at high speeds. Raced my friend Jon for the fastest lap time. I guess they have drift night where you can drift the carts. That would be fun. All around its a good time racing.

Overall it was a neat experience. The people there were friendly and willing to answer any questions. I like the fact that the karts are electric so theres no funky smell. Wish the temperature in the building was a little cooler, but its no big deal because they have a specific room with AC. I will definitely come again soon. Again, overall, me and my family enjoyed it.

Hi bought extra races for myself and I wanted to give them to my babysitter so that he could take the kids racing and I couldnt do that they wouldnt let me transfer which is totally asinine. You cant reserve a spot in the races because they want you to show up and wait at least an hour so that you buy their food and drinks. You go down there to race and have to end up sitting down waiting for an hour or more. Basically they hold you hostage and make you eat their food that isnt that good and their beers Are way too expensive

ME AND MY SONS DAY! FRIENDLY STAFF, JUST NEED TO CONTROL THE WRECKLESS DRIVERS BETTER. SOME GIRL COULDNT CONTROL HER CAR, AND HER CAR WENT ALL ONTO MY SON. HIS LEG WAS SKINNED AND HIS IPHONE (IN HIS POCKET) WAS CRACKED AND WARPED. THE CARS TIRE WAS IN HIS FACE PRACTICALLY! Hes a football player, si he didnt want to seem not tough enough, so he took 1 for the team. But I wish hed let me address it. But we enjoyed ourselves.

This shop is very good. It closes at 11 oclock on Saturday, and the door says 12 oclock. There is no one in front of the service desk. Someone is opening inside. Could it be that the staff is playing and the boss agrees? It was the same last week.

The place was not super busy when we arrived but we had to wait an hour and a half to get our first race in. Others went multiple times during this time (including people who came in after us) When I asked they said we were scheduled to go 5 minutes from when I asked... This was a lie... it took another 30 minutes from that time. There was out of control bumping the first race even though I was not going slow at all, and we were shorted 2 laps each race... One of my daughters was shorted 3 laps yet ranked in the middle. The staff was friendly enough. The prices were as advertised Plus membership (not optional). They cleaned the helmets but no one cleaned or sanitized any of the sitting area furniture. I have been to other cart racing (Pole Position)and have NEVER had to wait so long to even get one race in or have been so shamelessly shorted on laps.

The wait time was pretty long (bummer)So arrive early and pay so you can be on the wait list (First time customers have to sign up and then pay a heads up) the best deal is 3 races plus the 7 dollar membership fee.But it was an awsome experience for me and my sister first time worth the wait you get that rush once in the kart it truly is family fun

I was first in the morning to arrive. We only paid for one junior race. After 30 minutes of waiting, still no race. They catered to the adults racing first. I complained to them about the wait. They responded they were short staffed. This is an inadequate excuse because two workers were hanging out, eating their snacks.This place does charge a premium for their races and dont mind paying it for my kids. But with this incident, I will not be returning any time soon.

Honestly, this place is super overpriced. Its $22 for a child for only a 10 minute ride. Plus, if they dont have a membership, its $7 on top of it. Theres no air conditioner inside, so its super hot. Its fun but the pricing doesnt make since

Really nice and huge track! There are two tracks! One for the regular people and one for the more professionals and drive go-karts on the daily. The photo and video shown is on the regular track and the carts go up to 45 MPH and there are a lot of turns and tight corners which adds to fun experience. Overall great place and amazing staff and very nice. They also let you pick the color of your headgear you put on before the helmet for sanitary reasons! The colors vary from black,blue,red,and pink along with other colors!

Need for speed? MY GOD ITS FUN FUN FUN. Even if youre the slightest bit competitive this is the spot to be. Great fun for kids, (48 or taller), and adults alike. Cant wait until our next visit, this time with a group of gear heads that want to get out of town and have some fun. Reasonably priced, photo op, printed race results for bragging rights; AWESOME!

Its alot of fun for the family. I gave it 2 bc they do a good job wiping down the Go-Karts after each use. Actually they dont do it at out.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday, he always has a need for speed and this place was perfect. He couldn’t stop smiling! Pricing was fair, facility is clean and the workers were very helpful. We loved it!

My son was there with a few of his friends 7/31/20. My son happen to get a kart where the breaks didnt work. There was a huge accident with him and another kid. What made me mad was that the employers who where there at the moment it happened did not seem to care too much about my son.. im very upset. There were 2 karts that were malfunctioning and my sons helmet was not in good shape either. I am very dissapointed with this place. Not ever coming back to this place

Fun for all ages, wish the front desk had been little more friendly. Probably would of spent more money if the service had been better. Came in the summer so its a little hot and stuffy inside but overall fun.

Had a lot of fun, the steering is so stiff on these karts, or at least the one I drove. Either go at night or when they first open, afternoon time or at least summer afternoon time your going to be in that place sweating like two fat kids fighting over cake

This place is pretty cool. The staff are really friendly, helpful and nice. Besides being pricey its a fairly fun activity. The cars and helmets were in good condition and clean. One thing to make sure to grab before you go is the free print out of your racing stats!

Wait time on a Saturday was unrealistic. However, we waited. Despite the 4 hour wait, it was fun.

The racing is so fun, and the little games off to the side and the air-conditioned lounge with the big screen TV were great touches. Also pretty neat that they print out the results after every race at the snack bar. I did find it odd that they had big banners reading dont drink and drive while selling beer to people driving on a race track! The only complaint, and this is not K1s fault, is the other drivers! Youre just trying to get a better time and some of these people are so competitive that they will cut you off and not let you pass! Definitely recommend this place though, its a blast.

If you’re a petrol head and love speed, this is the place for you! My girlfriend surprised me and took me here for my birthday and it was amazing. It is not the cheapest thing but it is decently priced to where you can have fun for a short time but it’ll be worth it. The go carts are electric at this location and are very easy to handle.

The racing was fun but the customer service not so much. No water no food and they dont seem to clean the inside of the helmets.

We came to Ontario to get out off LA and this was the greatest find!!!! Super worth it and will definitely come back!

Oh my gosh!! So much fun!! Chose this place for my own birthday fun! Invited a few friend and viola: instant fun!! You can do two laps easily! If driving fast is your jam, I recommend you go at least one more!! Staff is friendly. Venue is a little tough to find, but we did fine. Highly recommend!!

It was fun place for my dautgher to race

First time here and was a lot of fun. Everything was very clean and the staff member Bishop was super cool. He offered to take pictures of my girlfriend and me, gave us tips on how to get a faster lap time, and overall made this experience great.

This location and the experience was phenomenal. Ive never done anything like this and we did their grand prix package as it was a bachelor party weekend (exotic cars and go kart racing, lots of fun).First, we had three very experienced drivers in our group and I was not one of them. Ive never even been in a kart of any sort. From my inexperience to current dirt track racing and kart racing drivers we all felt there was zero wed change and we thought all of the employees were great. Also, of the group, four have been in other street kart indoor racing facilities and they all said this was the best track and the most fun theyd had.Well done k1.

Terrible customer service. Came in yesterday Friday 6/19 to setup a time to bring in the grandkids. Purchased one package for buy two get one free, came in today 6/20 to be told that wasn’t a valid promo and it didn’t start until tomorrow. So one of our grandkids got to race several races and the others only one. The girl who processed payment wasn’t very helpful and then once we entered were told we had to wait for three races to occur before the smaller track for young kids could race.

Great place. Always a bright idea to call ahead and ask how busy they are. Sometimes they can have parties going on or just be absolutely slammed. Super fun spot. Theres food and drinks that can be bought and alcoholic beverages too but word to the wise if u drink they wont let u drive on the track so save that for after. Otherwise super fun spot, they change up the tracks every now and then and theres usually two different tracks to choose from

I love racing here. Great track, sometimes the karts have their issues but they’re happy to fix them if you tell them what you’re feeling that’s off. One star taken away because no matter how much quicker I am than the racer hogging the track in front of me I can never get a blue flag.

Its a great place for kids and adults. Friendly and fun, clean and efficient, courteous and well trained personnel. There were 8 of us, 2 adults and 1 child on big track. We enjoyed participating as well as watching.

Fun times but most importantly, safe times. You get to feel like youre racing, but as soon as someone has an issue with the kart, the cars stop and theres an employee helping them out.

Very Awsome time now on all my visits to Ca I will stop!

Pros: Customer Services is decent, it’s nice and clean.Cons: and I know this for a fact my brother worked for K1 in Anaheim. he would see it happen all the time, never believed him. But unless you know someone who works at K1 speed you will get priority. our party waited 3 plus hours and at the end of the day, we had to ask for a refund because we still had 3 races in front of us.. oh and by the way the 44.00 dollars have not been refund to my account...I really wish I could give K1 speed another try but Time will tell...

This was a fun little track me in the family have a lot of fun its a little expensive but its a good time all around specially if your familys all competitive like mine is I would recommend for anybody want to race family members possibly drive off the track

What a blast and adrenaline coming here . My 9 yr old loves to come and race most of the time, he just cant get enough of this mini go karts. The closes theyll ever get to driving a real vehicle.

The K1 Speed crew: Specially Darius were kind and very helpful. It was me and my sons first indoor Go Karts racing. I highly recommend this place.

Had so much fun celebrating my nephews bday. I was surprised at how fast the carts actually go. Only downfall, no a/c!! It was pretty warm in there.

If you have the need for speed and want to spend time racing your friends. This is the place to go. With a decent amount of track and speed go up to 45mph, k1 is def a recommendation.

This place is fun, its a little pricey for a race that lasts only a few minutes, but its worth it. They do have a bar inside but you cant drink before racing (obviously).They also make you pay 6 dollars to join their membership, so include that into any price of a single race. It only has to be paid once. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Some of their karts need some major maintenance. I have been to this location 8 times now, and I have never been on such a a wide range of karts. None of them are equal. They need someone to go in, and maintenance them all equally. I am not talking myself up, but I show up to karting locations, and put down consistent times, typically on the fastest of the week list, but at this location, it’s hard. You can have a good kart one day, and then a terrible kart the next day. Almost every time I go to this location, the guys have to stop the track, and swap out a kart, because the one running is having an issue. This has happened to me twice of the 8 times I’ve been here... Customer service isn’t the best either. The girls up at the front check in counter are ok, but the course workers, act like they’d rather be elsewhere... I didn’t realize it until I went to the Anaheim location, that this location was so awful... I think from now on, I’ll drive the extra 20 mins to the other one....

Took my son here with a couple friends from school. They all had a great time. Pain $56 for 3 races seems a little high to me but my son and his friends had A-blast. Food and drinks are fairly priced staff is very friendly. Will look for some type of coupon prior to visiting this location in an effort to save some funds.

There are better indoor karting locations out there. Terrible cramped, non-adjustable karts (unlike other, cheaper options). Apathetic employees that didn’t really care about your race experience or your questions, they just looked bored. Not a premium company, like the price implied.Upside, it has a huge but poorly designed track.

The staff is horrible. We went to race and for some reason decided to say we were checked in and ready to race, so we waited in line for the cars and when it was our turn said theyhad no information on us even though we signed waivers and went through the whole process. They then told us to go back up to the desk. When we went back up there they acted in like they had never seen us before. They then told us it would be over an hour wait for the next race because of a private party.

My son had a awesome birthday weekend here. Try the party pack. But make sure everyone is over 48 for track #2 ...

Passing through Ontario and this is a must go place to experience grippy, fast, go carts.Totally worth every penny for 3 round and a couple hours of a blast! Thanks everyone!

Attendants ruined my raceOverall, I love racing and k1 is a good place for it. However, during about half my visits, attendant over-intervention killed the fun. I always follow track rules and drive safely, yet on multiple occasions the same track attendant forced me to let other racers pass. The fact that I was not endangering myself or other racers makes this particularly frustrating. This behavior extinguishes the fun and thrill of racing. Furthermore the reflection of this handicap in my lap times and placement is discouraging and does not entice me to make return visits.
