Great fun! But... To be honest.. there was absolutely no form of physical distancing. I was appalled. We asked if we could be separated as much as possible and they put us in a room with someone not wearing a mask, in the same tube as people not wearing mask, and let the group before us parade around not wearing them. This whole organization is a covid super-spreader. I would not recommend coming during this pandemic, they do not take precautions or care nonetheless. Fun otherwise though!

Have flown many hours in this tunnel. Good staff and very clean. Very nice location as well and right next to the freeway.

Great staff. Super helpful. Anybody can do this. And its very safe. There is someone with you at all times and they take very good care of you. They also give you the option of breaking up your time into smaller chunks see you have an experience tailored just to you. Really fun time.

My girls came here for a birthday party. They had a blast. Carlos was their instructor and he was fantastic! If youre trying to look outside the box experiences and dont mind spending a little more this place is great!

Love this place, the employees are very friendly and helpful. Our guide and trainer was Rachel, shes awesome. Before we left I bought 20 minutes of future flight time for my kids.

I took my daughters there for their 17 birthday. We had a blast!. The trainers and instructors were fantastic at explaining and making everyone feel comfortable. It was one of the best gifts I came up with for their birthday! We will be looking for another location in Houston as we have moved :)

Its a nice experience to try and being safe at the same time. Its not that hard, as long as you follow the directions from the 10 min video and instructors, who are all very nice. I did the one that was 2 flying turns, 1 min each. Wish its a bit longer, but therere many people in our groups waiting. They have free lockers to store all your small-item belongings before flying.

That is such a cool place. It feels like you are really flying. My son did the virtual reality and was going through the Swiss Alps. The location so clean as well and the staff is super friendly. They have vending machines in the hallway thahare reasonable prices and merchandise in the store.

This place is so cool! I brought my 10 year-old son here today for a Homeschool field trip and he LOVED it! The employees are all so great and encouraging with the kids. This is a really cool and safe thrill seaking activity to do. We are already talking about coming back for my sons birthday celebration.

Its fun cant do much on your first time. It is worth the trip.. This is what Ontario looks like.

My six year old granddaughter had a field trip to this place. I accompanied her and her class. I noticed the prices, in case I ever wanted to bring her back. I noticed that two flights were around seventy-five bucks. I think the whole STEM presentation was great and interactive with all the kids. I also thought it was cute that they got to suit up with earplugs, goggles, and a flight suit. My granddaughter was the first one in and she looked like she was having a good time. I was video taping her I noticed a clock counting down. The whole experience was 1 minute long. It seems very fast and not very much time her to get accustomed to the air and how it pushes you up. So if I were to bring her back she would get a 2 minute flight for $75. Personally I think thats outrageously expensive to spend 75 bucks for 2 minutes. For that money I can take her to Sea World or she will be entertained all day.

Welcoming knowledgeable staff. Flyers are given a training session by their instructor that includes demos, film and interactive practice. Good with children. U can fly 2x for under $60. They provide jumpsuit which is put on over clothes. They provide goggles but suggest spending a little more for Helmut that includes goggles; easier breathing and seeing. Sheer joy of watching loved one fly ( u can take your own video) is worth it. 1st question out of my grandsons mouth- no matter how many flights-Can I do it again?! He loves it as much as Disneyland!

I work for a nonprofit organization, we held a top fundraiser celebration at iFly Ontario. From start to finish, Karissa and her team were extremely helpful, flexible, and attentive to our needs. The flight staff was great with our guests and made the experience one that everyone truly enjoyed. This is our second year working with iFly Ontario and we have nothing by positive feedback!

My daughter had a blast. Cool instructors. Totally worth the cost. I forget exactly how much it was... Its less then $100 and she went in to fly a couple times. Instructor took her up all way to the top must have been 150 feet. Fun stuff. Go your kids will dig it.

My daughter had a great time, 5 stars for that. The parent experience is a 1 star. Never got the videos I paid for, but I took my own, so theres that. Anticipate an hour and a half from your scheduled time until you are done after training class and the group you are assigned.

We celebrated my son’s Bday here last December. The staff were so friendly. Great clean environment. We all had a great time!

I fly was definitely amazing if youre visiting the inland Empire make this a go to spot they even have in-and-out and chick filet in the same parking lot!!! Thats a double fly win!!

Daniel, our instructor, was magnificent! Fun, informative, and helpful. Daniel had us feeling confident that we could fly, even on our first time there.

My instructor carlos is the best. His love for his job shows in the way he teaches and gets you to fly. And have you seen his solo demo? Its amazing. Hes so talented

This is a great experiance. If you want something different to do and want the fun of sky diving with all the drama of leaving a perfectly good aircraft, this place is for you.

I cant wait to do it again! Way more fun than I thought it was going to be! Be careful though, I can already tell its addictive!

Unique activities for different needs of the group. Mine specifically was a STEM camp where we made makeshift parachutes, predicted the aerodynamics of different objects, and of course went flying! Staff was absolutely amazing amd very experienced and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved my visit, all our kids and staff had a blast as well:)

I went on a field trip here today and the instructions were nice and really cool they did cool stunts in the wind tunnel! I had the time of my life there. When flying in the tunnel its like a weird feeling but once you get the hang of it its do much fun!!

1. Horrible instructor. 2. No refund regardless of fault. 3. Bad customer service.Took my 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter and paid $70/person for total $140.1. Incompetent instructor - The instructor Mat wasted the first try on my son as he was incompetent, and needed help from another girl instructor to do so on second try. His memory is also forgetful as he said my daughter flew but she backed out given feeling uncomfortable so never went into the wind tunnel.2. When I asked the front manager Alex and Taylor what they can do, they initially denied any refund. I got little upset and made a scene finally they unwillingly agreed to refund $70 for my daughter who didnt flew. So if they mess up, you still pay for it!3. Refused to admit any wrongdoing, the opposite of the fun experience we were hoping for. Will never come again and advise all friends/family the same.

My daughter went here with her Girl Scouts troop after winning a contest for selling cookies. She had a great time and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was worried for her because she is only 10 years old but they made her feel very comfortable and she loved the whole experience. Highly recommended, even for young divas like my daughter!

This was an amazing experience, and totally worth every penny. The staff was informative, and they have an option to hi fly where they take you 15 feet up in the air. Get the hi fly, its absolutely worth it. They offer video and photos, get the video, photos dont do it justice and dont seem worth the money. Very safe but still very fun.

Good staff, great experience. Would be better if I could breeth in the wind tunnel, maybe if we all got full face helmets...

My son and I had a substantial wait...but it was well worth it. Two minutes of HYPERFUN!!! Great parent/child memories. I saw small children and mommies loving as well. (Also saw a couple youngsters NOT so loving it). Not for everyone, but GREAT for a lot. Worth a try!

Came here for my husbands birthday and had a great time . The instructors are very helpful and very patient. He even flew with my three-year-old. Make sure to purchase return passes at a huge discount. The really nice thing is they dont expire as you can come back as soon as you want or hold on to them for a while. Makes a great special event. Or just a fun family memory

This is a great way to get the feeling of skydiving; but without the cost and the associated dangers. I have actually been skydiving and love it. This place is unique, it is well staffed and managed. I took my 6 year old grandchildren to iFLY with their parents and everyone had a fun time, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ACTIVITY!

We went last nite for cub scouts ..i think the adults enjoyed it more than the children ...i would definately go 100 more times ...i loved the staff they are amazing, very friendly and great with children..

Fly was good just my grandson got bit from outfit worn, I was told outfits are washed weeklyI recommend daily wash, to prevent germ exposure

I enjoyed it so much that I plan on going back to learn more and more so that I can do tricks on my own. The instructors were knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. If youre scared to bungee jump or go skydiving out of a airplane this is definitely an option that youll feel comfortable to experience that will get your adrenaline pumping! Fun for all ages

Was an amazing experience it was more intense then expected but at the same time it wasnt too hard, the high fly is definitely worth it.

Amazing staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They really paid attention to each childs level of comfort. Facility is welcoming and clean. The STEM activities were fun and interactive. Highly recommend!

Centrally located, plenty of free parking, helpful staff, clean, seating is limited with large groups. Reservation is a must, lots of fun specially for kids.

Such a fun experience for the whole family. Staff is very helpful and encouraging. My oldest was a bit scared, but his instructor gave him confidence. Prices are good. Dont forget to braid your hair and wear shoes that lace up! Full face mask is recommended.

Safe equipment. Friendly staff. Came here for a field trip and it was AWESOME. Braven conducted during the pre intro and the STEM class - very well done. Even though hes with NASA (which was a super awesome surprise), he communicated with the youth in a way that wasnt over their heads. What a surprising treat; hes an excellent addition to this place. We flew at another facility last year and absolutely prefer this place in every way. Will definitely come back.

So much fun. Had our 9 year old go for her bday and she had a blast. We didnt have an appointment, so we had to wait an hour, but it was plenty entertaining to watch the other people go, and also to watch the instructors show off. It was awesome.

Great facility with a friendly and helpful staff. I came with some block time with a coach and was very impressed with the whole experience including how the staff welcomed me and got me ready for my slots. Facility is nice, very well maintained.
