Best swimming place ever, super fun. Wave pools are realistic and great. I definitely recommend this place. Only bad thing is it is extremely expensive. It’s 30 dollars just for one kid, not to mention the food. The lifeguards are trustworthy, you should definitely try it out despite the price
We enjoyed our 2 day visit, employees were wonderful they the best attitudes my granddaughter wanted to get off of a ride and they stopped the ride and let her off. Your slides are amazing my grandsons has so much .Good food, We be back it was a great staycation 2020. Wish you still had the roller coaster.
It was a very fun water park, great for a family outing. The water was nice and cool to get in. I will say though that the water was dirty in some places. The cement was very hot making it nearly impossible to walk barefoot. The water slides were well kept. The food was good but it was a little overpriced.
Never have been there and it already looks boring. Why doesnt nebraska step their game up and build a water park like lost island water park in Iowa? Or adventureland? Nebraska is a bland as water. Ugh
This place is so much fun!!! The wave pool reminds me of the ocean in Texas. Really the only problems are the food price is a little high, and its hard for some people getting up those giant stairs for the slides.
It was crowded but fun. The water was nice and warm. The lifeguards were paying attention to the people in the pool and doing an excellent job.
Super fun experienced. Fantastic rides and venue.
Very good fun place recommended. There is a special place for everyone, be it children, to relax or to have fun.
Always a great time! My kid and his friends love it. A beer is 7$ though.
Definitely a local place. We were vacationing and wanted a waterpark, this is not as big as we thought
My daughter and I had a blast here. We had a groupon for the tickets- saved us $8/person. My favorite part was the playground looking structure full of water spouts, slides, and a giant bucket that dump hundreds of gallons of water every couple minutes. Food and drinks were kind of pricey (as expected with any amusement park.) 10/10 I would visit again.
Beautiful time with the kids. Perfect for younger kids but things for the older ones as well.
Great staff. Wonderful environment!
As a manager at my job I have to make a comment on how Alexis the manager on duty on Friday 07/10 handled her customers . I came at 6pm spoke to an employee that stated we can come in as long as we do so before close. I went home to grab two friends and changed. I returned at 6h20 . She did not honor what her employee stated nor even tried to let us in at whatever the cost was. Me being misinformed by her team and inconveniencing myself to rush after work to make it did not matter to her. First rule about management is not being selfish . Your team customers and the business you running matters . I hope someone coach her giving bad reputation to funplex. Life is already stressful as it is with covid19 her lack of good judgement shouldn’t be making people lives more complicated.
Fun Plex on September 1st for my kiddos 11th birthday. I was disappointed to say the least. I wish I would have known I would have to pay park entrance fees for Grandparents just coming to bring presents. The initial room and 2 pizza price was $55. Just to add 2 more pizzas was another $41.I had to ask for silverware which they did not have and had to go get. There was no place for them to keep leftovers while we used the park. Had to ask for drinks. Keep going back up for water. I feel like I spent a ton and was not asking for anything over the top.Lastly, it would be nice if they had security features in place for large parties. Like some kind of colored digital wrist band that kids could not just leave.Disappointing experience for sure that costed a boatload!! Not worth the stress.
Great place to go for fun, also good for music at the pool.
Pretty cool, but I would like if they add more attractions to the park
Great staff fun rides cool water what more do you want
Tons of fun for the kids! We will definitely be coming to Omaha again!
Very friendly and fun ... have drinks by the water..
Family friendly very fun definitely coming back soon
The kids and myself loved the wave pool and the racing go karts
Well only the swim up bar is open but you cant beat a pool, beer, and live band.
I can only afford to go with my kids when they have really good deals or the twilight specials, I feel like its pretty pricey for what they have. I personally dont feel like pricing by height for kids is very fair either. Some kids are just tall, my 10 year old is 51 almost 52. My boys do love it and have a good time when we can go though.
Great place for a family outing. Reasonably priced and plenty of amenities like having a pizza delivered to your cabana! I would give it five stars but the music they played left s lot to be desired. Not very multicultural.
Great place to chill and get a little sun!
It closed we were going to do a 4 hour drive on October 1 but they close it on July 28 short notise much
Was a bit crowded but super fun
It is a decent place to visit, kids enjoyed themselves. Went on a Monday so was not crowded. We rent a Cabana was nice maybe it could have been a little bit bigger. But I have a family of 6 and the table only had 4 chairs which was not big deal. I did like the lockable bigger locker which held everything we brought.
Very fun. It was a little expensive but for all you get to do it is worth it. I think it is a fun atmosphere for children and adults. The swim up bar for adults was wonderful the drinks were good, a little expensive for a small drink, but we expected that. Overall had a great time!
This place is a blast. Doesnt matter if your bringing the whole family or just want some one on one time with your significant other. If you go between the hours 4pm-8pm there is a special lower price and still are able to enjoy all the rides. My favorite thing is the water bar and the fact it accepts cards. Will be coming here again and more in the future. Truly fun and worth it.
We get season passes every year. The kids love it here! There are dry rides as well as wet. There is also a 21 and older area just for adults.
My daughter and I love going here! Some of the best times of our summers! We discovered Fun-Plex when she was 5 but wish we would have known about it when she was about 2. Great times for any age!
Lots of fun! Great water park. Wave pool, lazy River, splash playground, kiddie pool, and water slides. Not sure that its worth the $30 daily adult rate, but we went for the 4-8pm twilight rate and that was more reasonable. Not all of the carnival rides were open, to the disappointment of my youngest child.
New waterpark for kids was so fun
Staff always friendly great place to hav fun with family
Not as expensive as most water parks and amusement parks, once you pay the entrance fee there are no other fees. Cost of food was higher than average though. In order to do everything depending on how busy the park is you may need the whole day but there is special twilight pricing for the last 4 hours the park is open. Fun for all ages!!!
Not alot to do if your under 46 inches
I am giving FunPlex a 3 star more for the fact of safety. I did have a 4 but after several visits, I found I was VERY disappointed in the safety with the life guard. Now granted it’s nothing like Ocean of Fun life guards which are amazing... I still felt that the FunPlex lifeguards should not be stopping to visit with friends at the tables by the lazy river or visiting with friends in the lazy river or have their back to the lazy river. It’s a job & they need to take it seriously. This was multiple visit this has happened. They turn a eye when children are jumping/horse playing in the lazy river. Adults have been bringing their drinks in the lazy river. The wave pool life guards need a look at too. In a blink of an eye someone can be under & noticing the body language some of the guards are just lazy (half standing etc) I have noticed the park has done some amazing improvements. The pic below shows how the life guards stand for several minutes chatting Literally chatting then move on with their job. Picnic tables outside the fence awesome, new bridge across the river is so much safer. Love the new fence & paint jobs. But just feel that safety is a issue that needs to be look into.
Good old school fun. Place was clean and neat.
Fun-plex is a good overall place for the family and friends. There are a lot of things for the little ones to do so they arent left out. You can think of it as a miniature Worlds Of Fun right in Omaha Nebraska
Extremely fun water park with rides, food and more! I extremely recommend you come here. Yes its very expensive but its worth it! I come here every few years. They have water parks for little kids too there. I love the wave pool most! Its like a ocean but theres waves for every ten minutes!
This place i went by myself today i have not been to it a long time. the reason i give all 5 stars is because they are so friendly and also if you or anybody has questions and you happen to ask the workers there they will be more than happy to guide you or anyone else in the right part of the park to be honest i enjoyed being there all day ill be most likely go back often
Best family fun day Ive ever had, something for everyone!
The park was clean, the cabanas were well kept and large enough to fit a big crowd. Its not a BIG park, but theres enough to do to keep you busy all day. My kids loved, loved, loved the big kid area. Even the size of the pink and green slides are great! We all had so much fun.Note to the employees delivering pizza, carry with care. Our pizza had half the cheese run off bc the employee carrying the pizza kept bouncing it off her legs. Other than that, nothing but good things to say.
I had so much fun. Its amazing that you can have fun here as an adult. Staff was friendly. Prices were fair. Id go back any time. :)
Quite pricey for what is offered. Water rides and attractions were nice and upkept. The new slides were fun. Childrens play area is great for kids. Adult bar area had pricey drinks. I guess thats what a person should expect at a place like this. I didnt like that drinks had to be kept in the adult only area. It would have been lovely to go around the lazy river with a drink in hand. The theme park attractions were outdated and seemed unnecessary to me. I would like to see those eliminated in future years and more water features be added. The $40 price for adults was expensive. In my mind, I compared the price to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City. Its only $10 cheaper here at Fun Plex but with much fewer offerings. I like that they offer reduced prices for after 4 pm admission.
My kids and i went on Scout day. The price for the tickets were fair with the discount but I would not want to pay full price. We did not receive patches like we were supposed to. And we were super disappointed that the roller coaster was gone and the new slides werent open yet. Food was not very good and the price of food and drinks is pricey.
Had a terrific time in the park. The kids really enjoyed themselves and so did I. FYI to all parents... admission prices is determined by the height of the child. My daughter is 5 my son is 8 and my 8 year old was charged the same price as his father. Just to be clear we are not the same height...lol..
Fun place and worth the price of admission. Food wise everything you would expect in a water park is there and pricing is average. Pizza is great if you have a group of people as there is plenty of it and it tastes great. Usually not to long of a wait for slides and stuff too.
We were here today for a company picnic, I was very displeased. One of the managers yelled at my daughter for trying to get her little sister to grab her something she passed in the food line. The reason she passed it was being shoved along in the line by this manager, when my husband tried to explain what was going on, this manager turned on him with rude comments and walked away only to come back and yell at me. Her reason for yelling at me was because my 2 and 3 year old were standing behind me and not in line. I can understand today is busy and as an employee your busy and flustered but wow you work at a childrens amusement park and ruined our day not even 5 minutes in the door. I do not recommend this place to hold company picnics or to bring your children take them somewhere more kid friendly.
The water park is fun, but there are two things I dislike. The first is that there are a few stretches of concrete between attractions that simply get too hot to cross barefoot. I dont know how this could be remedied without extending the grassy areas, but it was a bit inconvenient. More importantly, the food and drink prices are way too high. I understand usually they are high in places like this, but they also dont allow inside food or drink... So you are essentially stuck overpaying if you get hungry, or bringing lunches with you and leaving them in your car to eat outside the park. Other than that, the slides are fun, everything is pretty clean, and its nice that there are some shady spots out of the water to spread out your towel or sit in chairs.
It’s a fun place to go for a day of fun the only issue is the high price. It is quite expensive considering there are other places in driving distance that are of better value. But still a great thing to have in Omaha.
We were recently there on Tuesday during Twilight time and I wanted to provide some feedback. Overall, my kids had a great time but Im starting to feel that Fun Plex is too pricey even with discounted times.1. Closing at 8 PM seems early, especially in the summer when we have daylight until 9 PM. Maybe thats the norm, I dont know, but I feel like people would happily stay until 9 PM.2. The value doesnt feel great, especially the high cost of the food and the restriction to not bring our own. For a group of 2 adults and 4 young kids it was $90 for admission (with the discount) and about $60 for food. $150 for the 3 hours we were there seems a bit outrageous. $100 seems more reasonable and even then, maybe on the high end.3. Overall cleanliness can improve. I realize you experience high volumes so it may be hard to keep up with the traffic, but there were certainly some funky odors in various parks of the park and restrooms that make it unappealing (and maybe its the patrons and not you guys, who knows?)
We love to come after 4pm for the discounted prices and now that there is free tubes makes it better.. We love the lazy river and cannot wait to try the new area. It is a bit expensive before 4 with a family on a budget but we do try at least once a month to come and have fun.. We enjoy spending Sundays there relaxing in the lazy river and going in the Motion Ocean.
The new kid area is great
Great place for a family have have fun
I love this waterpark! I wish I could go every day in the Summer!!
Fun for kids and adults. theres more kid rides than adult rides and more adult water slides than kids slides. I thought there was a rollercoaster but apparently not
Great place, great staff! Went on a date with my boyfriend and truly they were nothing but kind always letting couples or pairs of people go together on rides that prohibit it!
The place seemed to be well kept. Water slides were fun, wave pool was fun along with all the other water attractions.
Nice place but there was only one woman’s bathroom with a tampon dispenser and it was empty. I genuinely checked every women’s room I could find. The only dispenser was at the entrance. What a shame.
This place rules cause they have Dr.Webb playing there!!! Cant wait until next year!!!!!
A little expensive but so worth it! My friend and I had an amazing time here. There are so many things to do, we were there all day and didnt do everything. I recommend it
Very fun. There is something for everybody. However it would have been more enjoyable if there were more rides. I didnt really like that the wave pool wasnt on very often. Other than that i had a blast and it was definitely worth the money
Great place to hang out with your family. The water slides are so much fun!
It was fun and great for a company picnic, it was a little crowded but not too many people. Some people cut me and my sister in the line it suck but the Go-Carts are fun some are hard to move but awesome.
This place is awesome and normally worth the money. The pools and lazy river were absolutely disgusting though. Never seen it this bad before not sure I would return
We visited during the week, which meant we didnt stand in line long. The rides were nice for our young children, and I was very happy to see the age-appropriate water play options.
I love it so much
Overall we had a good time. The only negative thing is the tickets in the arcade were not loading to our card. When we asked the worker, he brushed it off like oh well the games must be broken . We asked for a supervisor because of course the kids were expecting a prize since they at least hit the 500 jackpot on one of the games. He was pretty cocky, but eventually the supervisor came and rectified the situation. The kids were happy, but the acting supervisor said they have been having trouble with tickets loading on the cards. Should probably get that fixed instead of scamming people out of money.
Super fun water park and rides. I would recommend for families and friends!
We hadnt been to Fun Plex for years but other than our schedule, not really sure why. We had a great day! There were 14 of us, with a wide age range. We had a cabana and it was perfect! We found the park and water to be clean. I was especially impressed with the friendliness and pleasant attitude of young staff. (Something hard to find anymore). I read a couple other reviews where people were complaining and it irritated me. I have never seen Fun Plex advertised as an amusement park....its a local water park and I feel like we got what we expected and more. We will definitely go back!
Fun and local. Wish it wasnt so expensive, wed come more often. Food isnt great and the guy working the register at the riverside smoothie location screwed them out of tips because his demeanor was horrible.
Fun place to go with your friends
Went here for their annual Pooloza event. The water park areas were fun (although I will have to go back to try the water slides), and I enjoyed just floating around the lazy river or sitting in a tube in the wave pool. The music from Pooloza created a great atmosphere and a fun night.
No shade. They make you pay for a shaded place. Fun for kids, not good for babies and senior citizens. They also do not let you bring in any food or drink of your own, really could be a dangerous situation without enough shade and water.
It was an ok time. Water park wasn’t great, and the rides were comparable to a city jumping amusement park. For kids it is great. Mine enjoyed it to an extent. But it seems more like something you would drop your kids off for, and not hang out at as an adult. Not very adult friendly.
Great water park and a ton of fun. Good slides and lazy river, sunny and shady spots to relax, and cabanas to rent. Deducted one star because the swim-up bar, though a great idea, served a terrible margarita.
Rides are nice enough, though mostly for little kids. Season pass is not worthwhile. Food there is disgusting.Water park is best part of the park, but still not a good value.
This is a great place for the family: a lot of things to do, prices allow you to enjoy it even with a large family like ours.
Such a lovely place to spend one whole day with your family and kids. The rides here are just mind blowing. Good and friendly environment with good staff.
Its a great place to take the family. There is fun for everyone
