Cool place to hang out. The price is totally fair. The staff is very friendly and know their stuff. I brought the family in for a four player racing game Rocket Racing I think. We had a blast.The Body Odor which you may have read in a previous review is covered up by a lot of air fresheners. Which can mess with you if youre sensitive to smells like my wife. She was a trooper and stayed with it for 2 hours then we had to bail or she would have hurled.I guess when you bring in males that dont really focus on hygiene, you gotta find something to combat the stank. At least you sit arms length from your neighbor.Whether youre sniping people in FPS, racing it up or ruling the table top. All in all its a cool place to hang out and game.I would have given it 5 stars if they knew how to answer a phone. So if you are gonna call and get through to someone, please go out and purchase a lotto ticket. My lucky number is 27. ;-) if you needed a hand for the mega ball or something.

I have a really good time here whenever I go. Monday through Thursday they have a $10 all day pass which is great if you want to play video games for the day. Its a chill environment with friendly staff and customers alike.

The staff are really great! I bought a few dnd books and i keep going back for the dice selection. The regulars are sweet too! They have a ton of games even apples to apples. Totally worth the visit.

Had my sons 10th birthday at play live. They took care of everything and the kids had a blast. Tim was amazing and made it a fun experience with interactive games and prizes. Even gave my kid a cool birthday present. Highly recommend

I had thought my 3ds was broken and everyone I talked to such as nintendo customer support itself was saying the best solution was to get a new one or factory reset is. This meant I would lose all of my pokemon that i had in ultra sun since I stopped paying for pokemon bank. They do not fix 3ds here anymore but they were able to help me in figuring out what the problem was and how to fix it. (Turns out the micro sd card was corrupted.)

The staff are very welcoming and while most of the interior is dark to allow people to see their screens easily and create an awesome atmosphere the displays and tables are well lit to allow customers to see product and play card games or tabletop rpgs. TL;DR a true haven for gamers and those looking to buy them gifts

Had a very pleasant experience. Tim works hard to make sure his customers are taken care of.Took our PS3 in to get repaired, unfortunately it was the motherboard, not the very fixable disk drive like wed hoped. He was very thorough in making sure he didnt overlook anything, which I appreciate. When we do get a new system, Ill be coming here first with any issues.Great atmosphere, lots of stations to play PS4 and XBoxOne. Even has a table for MtG set up. 10/10 will return!

Went for a tournament and they were closed with a scribbled sign that said be right back. Turns out they hadnt been open all day and didnt post that the event was cancelled. A lot of people, myself included, waited in front for a while believing the lie before giving up. Will not go back and do not recommend.

This is a very kid safe place. I feel my 13 yr.old grand daughter is safe when i drop her off for a hr. This place is great and friendly the staff knows all about every game and is more than willing to help if they need assistance I love this place

This place has a huge game selection and I have lots of fun every time I go in. I stopped in when they were having a LAN battle in MW3 and i owned!Prices are alright, its cheaper the more you buy at once and they let you come back to use later which is cool. they have deals going on a lot so its not very expensive to play a couple a times a month.

Cool place, more geared towards video games than board or card games

Really great service even though it took a minute for the employees to find a game they soon found it, they worked their hardest to find it.

Brought a PS2 in for repairs in November. They kept it over 3 months. It wouldnt play some games that played on others machines. They finally repaired it. Its now consistent, doesnt play anything.

Prices were high and they smelled like body odor

Great the workers there are cool and nice and the games are fun. I recommend it to people who like video games. Even board game like Magic, Warhammer, Yugioh, KeyForge Etc.
