You have an amazing manager running this location. He is so gratful to be working still and made us so excited for the games to open up after covid is over. He even told me thank for bringing my daughter in when we picked our pizza up. He said it was nice to see a little one come in again. You can tell he enjoys what he is doing. We absolutely love coming here!I dont have a single bad thing to say about this place. Staff is friendly, quick and always available. The pizza is not my favorite but the wife and kids love it and thats all that matters.

We stopped in for the 5 dollar pizza deal, ping up getting a stuffed crust and wings. The pizza and wings were made fresh, and freaking delicious! Getting out of there for less than 15 bucks!!! Go support these workers, buy a dang pizza!

Chuck E. Cheese was a great place to go for an 8 yr. old birthday party. Lofs of fun games to choose from and the pizza wasnt bad either! One downside was the time it took to get the pizza.. we waited about 40 minutes for 3 pizzas and there was only one other small group of people there. Besides that we all had a great time.

Took my daughter to a birthday party here. I had low expectations but it was actually great. It was clean, not crowded, and small enough that I could keep an eye on her. She had a great time and I didnt hate it. Win win.

Pleasantly surprised. We paid the extra $2 for the stuffed crust. They forgot to stuff the crust. They gave us an extra pizza. Above and beyond refunding the $2. They also have it set up so kids can have unlimited play for 90 minutes, no more tokens. Well played!

My fiance and I would frequent this place for a little fun competion when it was either of our birthdays (or sometimes just because... forever young, i guess!) and now weve celebrated our sons past two birthdays here! He loves it, we love it. This location is nice, quiet and clean. The games are never out of order, and the food is good!

This location has always been clean and the staff always friendly. I come here about once a month with my young son (almost 5 years old) and we always have a great time. They do a terrific job of rotating machines out and introducing new games.

Kids had fun, and the setup they have for safety is pretty good. Cleanliness was to be expected when you have 1000 kids running around, the reason for the 3 stars is the extremely slow service. I waited 20min for a sandwich and some fries.

Had never been to one but took grandkids and we all had a blast. Great approach to arcade games - you purchase time on a card and can play anything as long as time left. Plus multiple people can use the card. Kids dont have to budget tokens or keep asking for money. Pizza is ok too but the games are the attraction.

There are not enough employees working the floor. And we were charged 3 dollars for a water cup... a little nuts. But hey my kid loves it.

Kids love this place! The new system of paying is much better I think. You get a card and use that for all games and rides.

Is a typical Chuck E Cheeses, I mean theres not much you can say other than that. I miss the ball pit from when I was a kid, but I understand why they removed them many years ago. And they do have the best pepperoni pizza Ive ever had. Im kinda a surprised they serve beer though, you wouldnt think theyd condone drunken parents lol.

Lots of good rides and games for kids, good pizza, BUT the music and other stuff over the speakers was WAY too loud! Kids, especially little kids, dont need to be subjected to noise that loud. Turn it down quite a bit and I could give Chuck E. Cheese five stars.

They have a pass that you can get for time instead of points and it was great! My kids ready around for an hour playing! I totally wanted to do it, too. Plus the pizza was unexpectedly delicious! And the service was great!

Connected with the Olympia mall. Very friendly people and always with a smile when kids around. The food is not the best but the stuff crust makes it better. Still have some broken games I wish they fixed. Over a good experience and will keep going.

The first time I came was just with my daughter. We stood in the entrance for several minutes before being stamped, and then we stood in front of the order counter for several more minutes, waiting for someone to show up so we could order food and play time. No one showed up, so we left.Next, my daughters father treated her here and we all entered together. Front staff should ask about parties, because we all ended up with the same stamp, but my ex has several restrictions through our divorce order and his having the same stamp as us was concerning because he could have snuck out with my daughter.The food is good, the pizza surprisingly fresh. Toy prizes are typical for kids arcades, and the animatronics are creepy, but my daughter had fun.

Always has a fun cheerful staff. They are helpful and engage well with children. Space is clean, and well kept. Most games are working all of the time. The food is pretty good actually. Great place to bring the family

Supper fun! We did a combo and and hour and a half card. Next time we wont get the card for as long, but it was sure a fun way to spend the afternoon out of the rain. It would be 5 stars, but at the end it started to stink of sewer, not sure if it was Chuck e cheese or the mall, but as long as its not stinky its fun!!! :)

My kids had a blast and I cant say it wasnt a little fun for me as well but, it is just so packed. Its too small. It either needs a limit on guests at a time, or it needs to be expanded and not book 5 birthday parties at a time. That was crazy.

Recently visited this location, at the time of arrival our tables were not ready. I felt that I was rushed to pay by the host. Also, the host mentioned that she would appreciate if I could complete the survey and “if I could rate or grade her a 10.” She made sure I accessed my email to take the survey while I was enjoying my little ones b-day.I would probably never plan another birthday celebration.

Venue is outdated. could use some bringing up with the times. more interactive games even.

Had my step sons 9th birthday there. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. All the games but one were up and running and the place was rather clean for a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the salad bar ontop of the party order. The salad bar was clean and stocked with a good choice of toppings and sides, was worth the $8 and change. Didnt use the restroom while there so I cant comment on that. Overall I had a great time as did my step son and his party.

The pizza has improved. Buy tokens the hour unlimited isnt worth it if it is crowded. The offer military packages and coupons on their website. We have had a couple of birthday parties there and the staff were really nice. Kids had a goodtime.

We went on a weekday which was really nice because we have the place all to ourselves! It was so much fun and they have cool games there but I havent seen at the other Chuck-E-Cheeses. It went to see easy to find in the mall. And everyone was really friendly and helpful!

The Olympia Chuck E Cheese (Capital Mall) is the best around. This is our third visit in three months. We are willing to drive the extra 15 minutes to come here rather than the one closer to our house. In Olympia, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is always delicious, and the games and store are always clean. Today was no different. Isaiah went above and beyond to help make my sons birthday a wonderful experience. He was kind and courteous, he answered our questions politely, and (when there was a mix up with the pizza order) he fixed it immediately. What a wonderful place. And seriously, their cheese stuffed crust is the best.

Love it fun games, tasty pizza, beautiful salad bar; just wish it was a little more affordable pizza and games. High even with coupons.

Agh. Such a mixed feeling about writing this review. On the one hand, our pizza was absolutely delicious and my kids had SO much fun. I also LOVE the security measures that are place that prevent random people from coming and going Dr the restaurant. It made me feel very safe knowing no one could snatch any of the kids running around and take them away. BUT, that being said, I found the pricing absolutely ridiculous. This is not gourmet pizza. I paid 18 dollars for a cheese pizza that was a thin crust, at best. And the arcade prices for kids to play was a bit much too.

Pizza is better than ever

The dining areas were clean. The staff promptly cleaned tables as people left. I had to ask for the salad bar to be replenished, but it was an alright salad bar. I would suggest that they prep some of the salad bar items, such as slicing or dicing the hard boiled eggs. The pizza has improved since the last time we visited. There were 2 games out of order during our visit.

Its Chuck E Cheese, if your going to a 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 year olds birthday, its the place to be. They have great birthday packages that include free games, pizza, a visit with Chuck. My 6 year old daughter loves the place and thats all that counts, right? Was pretty clean, staff are friendly and more importantly, they serve beer! As long as there is an employee working who is old enough to serve it (there wasnt at the last party).

The prices were excessive. A small portion of hot wings were 12.99. It would have been the equivalent of three or four wings at a typical restaurant. To play games now is billed by a time limit. This makes the visit stressful and expensive.

Not a lot really to say about this place just your ol run-of-the-mill Chuck-E-Cheese establishment. Although I must say the variety in the food they serve and also the food itself has definitely gone up in Quality as far as taste.

Always have fun with the kids. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

Love taking the toddlers to play and run around. They love the games but the food for this franchise is always expensive. We always decide to eat out campare to their expensive pizza.

Chuck E cheese is late a lot. Some times he forgets how to dance or misses the dance alltogether. But the kids always have fun anyway.

Kids have fun and with the 20 dollar coupon 2 kids can play for about an hour.

The birthday party hostess was awful but everything else was great. She just wasnt good with kids. Seemed to just go by the script and didnt care at all about safety or participation.

Not as crazy as youd think. Kids have genuine fun. Pizza not bad, better than Dominos or Pizza Pizza. Flexible and attentive staff. All the calories you can drink, plus plain & sweet iced tea. Plenty of room for large birthday celebrations.

Great family environment with lots to do for all ages. Lots of video games, skill games, and a simulator. Safe for kids...have door check to ensure all kids leave with the right adult. Chuck E. Cheese also accepts reservations for birthday parties and other functions. The restaurant is geared towards children. All that being said... Chuck E. Cheese is a fun family pizza restaurant. Be prepared to spend more money on games than your dinner.

We always pick off hours (not normal meal times, avoiding weekends and nights) to stay clear of crowds. It is a very pleasant experience. The pizza is actually good! They have a chicken one that is great. My kids love that chuck e comes out every hour. They are little so they dont earn a ton of tokens, but we have the skate universe ap that lets them earn 400+ tickets on my phone. Also we print out and use the rewards charts to get free tokens and have the reusable cups so we get free drinks every time we go! So its actually a fairly inexpensive way to have fun as a family!

Had to leave after 10 minutes because my son who has issues with loud music and noise. I asked if they could turn the muzak down and they said only the IT guy could do that. They made no apologies or offer to return my money only mentioned some locations are more autistic friendly than others. Left with two kids with meltdowns because the 2nd child was mad because we had to leave.

A little crazy on a weekend but we made do. Only a couple of the games we wanted to play were not working this time which we could survive with. Other times weve went and multiple games were down.

I love this kids fun place since its been redone. Its CLEAN, all the people who works there seem really nice, and my kids both just absolutely love this place more then anything.

I am disgusted with how the bathrooms are everytime i am there. I got there just as they opened and bathrooms looked like they were tore through. No toilet paper and no soap, but yet all employees are suppose to wash their hands before returning to work. Spent 3 hours there and no change!

Over priced. Do not have lids for drinking cups. Which beccecomes an issue when 90% of their customers are small children

Ever since they started unlimited games for paid time, its been so much better. It costs way less than it used to. We pooled almost 5000 tickets in about an hour total. All the kids really had fun. Thanks Chuck

Went for my daughters birthday. Had a good time. Not to busy. Only thing I would have liked to see if Chuckie walking around more and being with the kids. My daughter wanted to see him but first time he didnt come out at all and the second time just went to the register danced a little then walked away. But great place over all

Clean and it wasnt overly crowded at the time I was there. Plenty of great things for kids of all ages to enjoy. And Chuckie cheese was very nice and not too overbearing

Pretty good size Chuck e Cheese. Clean, pretty good amount of games and play for my small kids. Pizza was delicious, just a tad more pricey, but really good...and Chuck-e came out to dance during our short visit which was cute.

Horrible service. Had to ask three times over 90 minutes for the desert pizza. Lousy buffet. What they called pizza, was greasy and flavorless. I understand that people go there for the arcade, but even the salad bar was nothing more than chopped lettuce. Nothing else!However, the kid had fun with all the games and when the large Mouse came out to entertain.Definitely wont eat there again. Perhaps, eat somewhere else and then let kids play there.

Well as you already know its a place for kids to have lots of fun,, O ya and a bit of freedom for the adults plus there is food to enjoy.

We love the new way they do business here. It is a great way to let the kids run around for 30 minutes and play all there little heart desires.
