Such a fun summer spot! However, they really need to take better pride in their facilities. I don’t think they have ever cleaned their restrooms by the kid area like ever. Every time we’ve been here it’s been like a dumpster. Other than that definitely worth going to!

Very disappointed. While it was nice to cool off on a hot day the swimming areas could have been cleaned better (by taking a net and getting all the big trash out). It was decent that it was not overly packed. A few of the lifeguards were absolutely rude when just asking simple questions. Some of the slides werent open which made it very limited things to do. Definitely will be canceling my membership not worth it.

Good attempts at entrance to screen for illness before entrance. Masks worn by all staff, poor things... I was grateful for the precaution but felt bad for the need for it. Social distance was encouraged and masks required for restrooms and food service... many still didnt wear them. Some rules, like no floats in the waves pool, made no sense and I was not provided with an adequate answer when I asked about the need for it. Some rides not in service or only opened partially. On the whole, it was a very different experience from past visits.

It wasn’t worth the price What we had bought them for. Not only that we find out that we got screw over with our tickets and no one would help fix it. We also had tickets for Sunday @ 11 am and didn’t get in until 12:15 . I will never go there again not only that not a lot of the water slides were open. They also told us to take it up with the corporate office. That they would have to do something about it. They said the tickets are like airplanes tickets they go up and down on prices and I don’t think that’s right. Not for family’s that come out of town to do something with their family’s. I think they should show the tickets prices so people know when they will get a good deal. I think if prices are going to go on sale they should Advertise it.

While it is nice that the park decided to open, even though COVID 19 is keeping many places closed, the lack of communication about slide closure is ridiculous. Even on the app, which I downloaded specifically for this visit, there was no notification about slide closures. When I got to the park I saw that 3/4 of the slides were closed. Only the slides that you would ride down on inner tubes were open. had I known this beforehand I would not have spent the money on tickets. This was a waste of money and a waste of time.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. Everyone should know do not buy your ticketd in advance. They change their prices daily. I bought our tickets on thursday tor $41 a piece and parking for $18. Sunday we showed up at our scheduled time at 11. The park didnt even open until 12. We set in parking lot for an hour. When i went online to check times they were selling tickets that day for half price at $20 and never even took our parking pass there was no attendant. We lost out $100 that weekend and we bought them early. The supervisor told me they can change their prices daily so im telling you dont buy early wait until that day. Also not worth even half price all big water rides were closed. Only pools and lazy river open. Seriously go somewhere else dont give them anymore money. They took advantage of alot of people who paid in advance. Im still waiting on a six flags supervisor to call me from two weeks ago.

I drove down to Okc from Wichita to try the water park with my girlfriend. I liked the park but had some issues. First issue was we went to the pizza shop to purchase the $30 plastic cup that has unlimited refills. The kid who was running the register was AWFUL. He failed to mention if you buy 2 you get a discount, which I did. ($24 each I think, saving me $12 ) I didnt find out until I came back to buy 2 slices of pizza for lunch and saw the sign on the wall. Trying to get any information from this kid was a joke. I walked up to the register to buy the pizza he just sat there and looked at me. No, hi, hello, this is our specials, this is how things work, NOTHING. I had to ask where to go to get my pizza. When I asked, people in line told me what I needed to do, not him.My second complaint is all the big slides were working to start with. By the end of the day all big slides were closed with no explanation. The lazy river was down to less than 2 feet of water and still going down even more, along with the slide next to it that you go down and have a six or seven foot drop into a large/deep pool. By 3 Pm when the park was the busiest 5 major attractions were closed making the lines on other stuff even longer.I will say other than those issues I absolutely loved my time spent there. I purchased a pass at the gate because I had a last minute friend that met us there and the staff upgraded it to finish out the year as a season pass, which worked well because my friend lived in Okc.

White Water Bay is a lot of fun. My kids had a blast. This is a nice sized park. The life guards appeared to be very attentive. The rides and pools are all a lot of fun. We especially liked the wave pool and the Big Kahuna. The rapids ride is shut down and looks like it has been closed for a while. The maintenance in this park is lacking. There is peeling paint every where, trash that doesnt get picked up for hours and there are missing trim pieces from several spots on the wooden structures. There are holes in the platform near the entrance of the Big Kahuna. These look to be cosmetic, but should be taken care of. This place has a great amount of potential, and I would gladly rate it a 5/5 if the needed maintenance was performed.

Incredibly disappointed and shocked in the way the staff handled our situation. We arrived at the park when it opened to claim our chairs and put our belongings on them. Later in the day another family removed our belongs from 2 of the 4 chairs and pushed our chairs into the sun from the shade stealing our spot. They also sat on OUR towels!! The park is small and packed so you arrive early to get a seat. When I told security they went and spoke with them, security returned and told me sorry there’s nothing they can do about it and the family said they are not moving. (Security was incredibly nice by the way and knew what the people did was wrong .) The decision came from Above him. Considering our families had a verbal confrontation we no longer felt safe or comfortable and decided to leave the park. As a business owner I feel like they should have made the people give us our chairs back or leave. A pricey 200$ we spent on what was supposed to be a great day wasted. Also the park does not have cameras which is very odd for the year 2019 which could have been used in this situation and I’m sure many others.

Very expensive, but just heaps and heaps of fun. Slides are killer, tube slides are amazing, group tube slide is awesome, and relax in the wave pool or the castaway creek (not called the lazy river anymore), get some food/drink recharge, and climb the stairs for the best slides in existence again. Im serious about both sides of this review, it is REALLY VERY entertaining, thrilling, refreshing, and fun. IF youre willing to to shell out for admission (40ish), parking (solid $20), and a locker (minimum $15).

This park needs some serious help. It used to be nice, but has really gone down hill over the last few years. Not to mention with six flags owning it now, better have your wallet handy. The food is outrageously expensive and sub par taste. Locker rentals are obscene, $15 for a tiny locker. $20 to park. I don’t see how it’s affordable for average families. I bought season passes to save money as I have in the past but it doesn’t seem to be as good a deal anymore. Also the staff is rude, water is filthy. At our last visit we came out of the lazy river covered in grease and leaves. It’s absolutely awful.

This place is very fun and kid friendly. There is a giant swimming area that occasionally has waves with it. Another large swimming area with a ropes course and water slides. There is also a place specifically for very young children to enjoy and play in. There is also a lazy river with currents that naturally push you along through it and you can chill in there for as long as you please. The food here is a bit pricey so I recommend keeping a cooler in your car so you can run in and out to eat and snack (make sure you get a stamp so you can re-enter). Great place to have fun and spend time with your family!

The staff this year are rude to children as well to the adults I don’t think a person should have to pay 50.00 for a day pass to a run down water park ... that can’t even keep bathrooms working properly. Where as the water and rides are great, if you have a season pass and a meal plan, they have very specific hours they will let you use what you have paid for and if there is long lines or if you are having to much fun in the water and miss the time for lunch they will tell too bad try next time just like they did me. So dont enjoy yourself too much or set an alarm AT LEAST 45 minutes before lunch ends so you can make it thru the lines. They appear to all about the fun but since six flags took over they are all about the money. I used to give white water a five star rating but this year, they are on a serious downhill dive when it comes to actually caring about there customers.

The staff here is unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I asked the girls working the gift shop for help and they just stood there looking at each other and laughing like it was some sort of joke that they’d have to actually do their job. Out of the dozen times my family has been here this summer 9 of these visits they were out of ice at the concession stands everywhere. Drinking hot soda when it’s 104 degrees is not at all refreshing. I bought the lunch and dinner food dining passes and each of those meals comes with a snack. Paid over $160 for these services and expect to receive what I paid for and what was advertised. But I’m always given grief when I try to use it. Every time I try they tell me the snack is not available. I’m getting so frustrated and not one staff member is able to explain why this issue keeps happening. Also beware of the Friday night dive in movies! It’s a great concept, supposed to be like a drive in movie but you watch the screen in the wave pool in your tube. The movie starts at around 9 and ends at maybe 11? Some ghetto parents use this time as a free babysitter! I see so many children with no adult supervision acting wildly inappropriate! The fowl language some of the kids used was unbelievable!!! We couldn’t even enjoy the movie because all the kids were constantly screaming, splashing, dunking and hitting each other. I got elbowed a few times with all the rough housing. It’s dark so the life guards can’t really see what’s happening..

Wow, breakout the bank! Kids price is according to height, go figure. At just over $40 each; so a family of 4 and 1 locker is about $200 to get you in the gate and your stuff locked up. Then you go get in a line which dosent seem to have enough tubes for people, so the lines get worse. Somethings are not opened until later in the day for some reason. They clear the wave pool so no one can enter for random amounts of time during the day which only made the lines even worse. This is a very small park with a BIG park admission. Personally its to over crowded and should be double its size for the price. Dont even get me started on what they charge for a bottle of water or a cup of soda. $6-25 for drinks, get real!So if you like standing in lines and getting dried off in between rides, large crowds, rude children who love to cut the lines, over priced food and drinks, and no space to breathe in the lazy river due to over crowding then this is a park for you.SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else!

Season pass is the way to go if you plan on visiting here more than once for the season, plus the season pass is also good for Frontier City amusement park.
