It was actually pretty cute...I definitely want to go again on a year with COVID...it looked like they usually have more activities that werent available. Included in the cover you get a custom ornaments with your name warm fresh baked cookie and milk, kids color, maze, pet the reindeer, story time w Mrs close a picture with Santa, send Santa a letter and various photo areas. Definitely caters more towards younger children.
North Pole Adventure is a Christmas interactivity attraction filled with lots of Christmas-themed decorations. The staff are dressed as elves and other “helpers”, and their job is to ensure your children have a great time. There are centers and rooms, such as the Post Office, where kids are encouraged to write letters to Santa, an Elf Clubhouse, where they can play games, an Elf University, with desks, and a Snow Room, where they can have an actual snowball fight. They can meet Mrs. Claus and have a cookie and milk in her kitchen. There’s a stable, with an animatronic Rudolf that talks to the kids; a giant snow globe for jumping and bouncing; Santa’s workshop, where elves help them build their own yo-yo; and many other activities. Parents have plenty of photo opportunities. Near the end, they can meet Santa. The cost of the adventure is $15 per child/6 months and older. One adult is included free per child. Additional adults cost $6 each. Included in the price are all activities, one cookie and milk per person, and one picture per child with Santa. Overall, my five and nine-year-old enjoyed this attraction and this is the appropriate age; I would not recommend for pre-teens or older. Although the kids had a fun time, and it was worth the $15 per child, I personally didn’t like the printed wall decorations or the bored attitude of some of the staff. However, I would still recommend this attraction because the kids love it and Mrs. Claus, Santa, the woman in the kitchen with the cookies, the snow room, and just giving the kids a chance to have a fun Christmas activity is worth the chintzy decorations.
The kids love it, what else matters? It hasnt been the same since moving out of Cross Roads... This year was a big improvement. Real reindeer are back and the kids loved shooting the Grinch with nerf guns.2 stars because our tickets, which were purchased through ticket storm, had the wrong address. We ended up in the middle of nowhere, and when we called the OWNER he laughed. He acted like we were lying, said hes sold over 4,000 tickets and thats never happened. I dont care how many tickets youve sold, mine had the wrong address.Would be 4 stars if the owner would have shown a little professionalism. 5 stars if the storage area leading to the restrooms didnt smell like an ashtray. Smoke outside.
This magical place has lost some spark over the last few years. 2019 was our 3rd time going, we missed 2018 so not sure of thats when they moved again, but we loved this place so much that we were so excited to go again and share this experience with our 11 kid visitors from out of state. Unfortunately so much has changed that its lost a lot of his warm and inviting atmosphere. The computer letters were really disappointing because christmas is all about that letter to santa and the little kids were unable to engage in that activity at all. At least with letters they can write their name or scribble their cute little version of a note to the special man. I love that the santa hasnt changed but the scene was dark and the picture quality was a joke this season. The best part was by far mrs clause who was so warm, friendly and inviting. Unfortunately the only other staff that could be classified that way was the Santa workshop elves who also did Amazing. The kids all got a stuffed animal to keep this year that they made with the elf. I do kind of miss how yall did it in previous years because it gave the kids a little taste of Christmas and sharing that magic with other kids by donating it. I think this was a way of cutting cost because they used to have a wooden toy you made with the elves and a stuffed animal you made for charity but this year was only the stuffed animal.I would honestly give 2 stars if it werent for the fact that Ive been previous years and it was amazing those times. Im not sure if my family will go back next year just because it wasnt as friendly as it used to be. It used to be my favorite thing about the season hitting. I loved the wood floors like we were walking into an actual village/workshop and loved the explanation of the reindeers, yall just got rid of too many of the amazing things you used to have.Ive added 2 screenshots of pictures from 2016 to show what it used to be. Now its just a maze in a warehouse with little to no elf involvement umlike previous years.
Its the best place I have found for kids and adults during the holiday seasonit is so exciting the different rooms there are for the kids the snow room is spectacular
We have been coming here for a few years now and have always enjoyed it. However, this year we have a new baby and had to pay full price for her. She is 9 months old and the lady at the register told me only 7 months and under are free. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous. She sat in her stroller the entire time. And why 7 months and under? Makes no sense. Ive never been anywhere in my life that made you pay for a baby. If it werent for my other kids we would have left. This will be our last year attending.
My baby still believes in Santa because of this place!!! We have been going to the North pole for Years! Santa is always nice and jolly, Mrs Clause always has hot fresh cookies and there are Real reindeer walking around doing reindeer stuff. The Elves looked a bit exhausted, but all in all a great place to take kids . They make a toy and play in snow too. Wish they had a train. Bring your wallet, its not cheap.
Wonderful time! We had 5 year old girl and 2 year old boy! They enjoyed the heck out of it! Elves were great. So worth it! Superb photo opportunities.
Really sad, this was a waste of money and time. Your elves r pitifully and sad with almost zero interaction, just standing with no smiles. Way to make people feel welcome. Snow area had no one supervising the older children so tiny ones were in the way and falling. I came in Midwest City and it was 100 percent better. Also the letter area was so not personal, in Midwest city the elves helped as the wrote and placed in the box. Where did the train go. Dont waste your money.
My kids had a great time here. We walk in and it is just huge and empty. But we didnt realize just how big the place was! First stop was to an Elf rest stop. There was elf sized beds and some toys and games. Then the kids got to write a letter to Santa. Then there was a section where you board a train and get off in a snow filled room. The snow feels very strange. But the kids were loving it! They got to play in the snow for a while then we had to get back on the train. *WARNING* the fake snow makes the bottom of some shoes very slippery. A woman was holding her infant and slipped and fell on top of her child. Then there is a couple of real reindeer there for the kids to see. You get to color a picture and have cookies and milk with mrs. Clause. Then theres the toy factory where elfs help the kids make a yoyo. Theres also a station where you fill out a bunch of info about your kid and they print it on a honorary elf card. Then theres pictures with Santa! I believe you get 1 free picture but any copies or other poses are extra. Then there was a small train ride and a signature wall! It was so much fun. I know Im leaving some things out, but it was a lot to do and see!
This is a wonderful experience for families of young children. It’s $15 per child and you get to leave with a stuffed animal and it includes milk and a cookie. There are so many fun things to do inside and you can look at two real reindeer!
We go every year. We love the way it is divided into different sections and always enjoy the different little activities that are included. Adults are included with child purchases which is nice. Comes with warm cookies and milk and most of all an amazing Santa.
Good place to take your kids
Decorated well with Christmas items. Loved the Elf School and the Reindeer. My granddaughter enjoyed her visit. Thank you.
Excellent experience for my family !! Everyone that works here is so involved and made it so much fun !! Cookies and milk are excellent. We loved everything about it. This is our third year going !!!
Everyone was very friendly and good with the kids. A lot of work was put into this place. Its $15 per child and 1 adult gets in free with a child admission.
This year there was no train =/. Only 1 server working the food court with a long line. Over all space was to small for the amount of people there. 2018 was so much better than this year.
Not what we expected and not worth 30 bucks. Kids liked it i guess.
My grandbaby loved it.
Dont do it.It is 15 dollars per child. It felt like something that was put on by a bunch of middle school and high school kids. The highlight of the experience was the kids shooting a really creepy person in a grinch mask with nerf guns...If it were possible I would give zero stars.
Overcrowded waste of time. THIS IS A SCAM!!There is no “adventure.” There is an hour wait for a bouncy house. EVERYTHING else is just painted plywood to take photos of your kids in front of. The mall would be less crowded and more funTHE REINDEER ARE FAKE of course but it’s just a HEAD in a window. The kids can’t get close to the reindeer head. There’s a fence. The toy land is big teddy bears on blocks the kids can’t climb on. ONLY LOOK AT.The “ kitchen “ is less than what you’d find at a roller rink. It’s a mad house of unhappy people because the kids are bored and the parents are stressed. You can’t walk 3ft without being stepped on or stepping on someone.
It is at this time Butteryfly Adventure. A lot of fun for the kids. Goats, bunnies, and chicken to pet. Butteryfly house was the best to be around. Needed more trained young people to educate everyone on what is going on. The young man in the petting area was the knowledgeable one. Family fun.
Some new things this year. Its always a favorite of our kiddos.
A great place to take kids for an adventure...
Been going for a few years. So glad the reindeer were back.
We came last year and had a great experience! This year we still had fun, but they have definitely downgraded a few things. No elf card and the picture with Santa is not the same quality.
Amazing time! My son loved it! I think I loved it more then him! Lol I think the best part was playing in the snow! And the cookies n milk! Had a blast will def go back again.
So awesome for the kids amazing staff!
Such a fun place for kids!
I think the idea is great. But not worth the 33 it cost. I was told it was unlimited milk and cookies. And I was 1 per kid with a half a cup of milk. And the cookie was so gooey my kid couldn’t eat it. I wondered if it was even done. And there were only 2 reindeer. Not very good.
Good times! Take your kids and watch them smile. This place is just awesome! Lots of activities for you and your little ones. Letters to santa, picture ops, reindeer, and building toys. We had a blast and plan to return next year. Only thing we would do different is order our tickets online prior to going. Then you can skip to the front of the entrance line.
This place is amazing! All my kids love it! The elves are so friendly and nice! We will look forward to this every year! Such a fun experience!
Loads of FUN for the whole family!
Worth every penny. Have your camera ready. The kids can write a letter to santa, see real reindeer, play in snow, make a toy at elf University, eat warm cookies and milk at Mrs. Clauss kitchen and they even get to free prints of a picture with Santa.
The behavior of the owner is disgraceful. He was a nightmare dealing with. I was taking 10 children...he lied.made a plan with me and then he changed his hours of operation. I was also told repeatedly that 10 kids werent worth his time.....he is a fraud
We have taken our grandkids since it first opened. Parking lot of Crossroads Mall. It has never ceased to delight young and old, alike! We set aside a day to make this a very special event! Sometimes two!!A virtual Christmas Toyland!! LOVE it!! -Chickasha, OK
The kiddos had fun and thats what matters!
So much fun, kids loved every station. Cookies and milk were amazing as well as the staff! A+
My favorite part was the Grinch
Was a good experience but grandson was disappointed that there were no real reindeer to pet. We had expected to see some there. He left saying reindeer werent real so I showed him a video of real reindeer to keep him believing
Younger kids will appreciate this more than the older, but it is a fun outing to get in the Christmas spirit.
Its awesome and great for kids of all ages
Waiste of time! We went ONLY for the real reindeer and they had none. Just the fake one. Waist of time and money. To crowded.
A little fun for the kids.
Awesome place for kids and parents. Will be going back!
My son had so much fun and great pics with santa.
And my kid is only 1
The owners and managers do not have the Christmas spirit. This is purely a way to siphon funds from your wallet. My kids did not enjoy it, and I wont be returning.
They were very nice and accommodating to our group.
Great place forward the kids
Such a great experience!
Very over rated i mean the kids enjoyed some of it but the fake snow was gross and slimy and the stuffed animals that the kids pick out to donate to other children we saw tge elves taking the tags off of them and reusing them over and over instead of taking them to the back to actually be donated
Beautiful place
Great place to take kids
