Called in advance and was told there was an available room. Upon arrival, was told there was no clean rooms & to give them an hour. Waited the hour was told it still wasnt ready. 3 hours later... Finally get a room key but no one advised how to find the room.The room is not updated & looks like they only changed the sheets. No mini-fridge, microwave or soap. I was surprised there was a television.There was no customer service, empathy or considerations given for the experience.

Michelle is very rude. Was not happy with her attitude and will not be coming back.
