My niece took many a class here, and we (her uncles and other family members) were always deeply impressed with the high quality training and clean, well lighted faciities.Simply superb!

I take the adult aerial silks class, it is a blast! Its a wonderful way to get a good workout while also learning a skill, my abs were sore for a full week following my first class! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun form of exercise. The women who attend are of all ages and skill levels, and are very inclusive to new comers.

My daughter absolutely loves it here. All the coaches are so dedicated, outgoing, and caring. Gorgeous has learned so much from metro definitely the place to bring your child if interested in gymnastics.

Great staff, great atmosphere. Kids best interest are placed first above gymnastics.

My friends birthday party was fun/lit

I started going here in and all staf are. Nice but they dont have the foams thing plz get them thats why Im rating this a 4

They even have video camera hooked up to mounted tv screens so you can watch sitting down. Also they give you a free trial session so you can make sure it works for you.

Our birthday party was fantastic! Miss Mackenzie is the best!!!

GO HERE. SO FUN. 10/10 TIME. If you are contemplating going to elevation or any other boring park, its a waste of time because this is the place to be.
