2 kids are Mat Trotters!The integrity and professionalism is superb! Caring and talented coaches get the most out of the students while still making it so fun to attend.

I have been associated with Mat Trotters for about 18 years now. First as a gymnastics Mother and now going on 13 years of employment and have loved every minute of it. I’ll admit my daughter started at another gym but it is the supportive family environment that drew myself and another family to Mat Trotters. The team families bond and help each other, everything from carpooling to practice, loaning a leotard when one gets ruined to putting up hair for a meet. Including myself, the gym owners have helped a good majority of the gymnast families and employees somehow, outside the normal realm of a coach or employer. I am very proud to say I am associated with Mat Trotters Gymnastics.

We paid our deposit for a birthday party and reserved our 6-yr-old’s party for his class and family. The day of the party I arrived to be greeted by an older brunette who wasn’t very friendly. She was not very enthused about the large group I’d just informed her about.Little did we know, she was about to become super mean! She yelled at the children, telling them not to get out of line or touch anything. She was so mean, the parents were becoming concerned. I finally told her that I thought she was nasty, at which point she didn’t hesitate to tell us to leave. Well the dilemma is that we had about 25-30 kids there, and I can’t just let them down.After the very disappointing play, and after she told us to leave, I went upstairs to advise the parents we had been kicked out, but we were still going to cut this cake and sing happy birthday. Well, that might’ve been okay until she turned off the air and the lights!!!!Not only did she treat us horribly, but now, she is sealing it with a kiss!! Yes!! She turned off the lights and the air, while I calmly tried to play down this nightmare. Luckily, there was still a light upstairs on, so we could see, but make no mistake, we were sweating and very embarrassed!Not that it could get too much worse, but it did.She then called the police! If only they had shown up, it might e gotten cold, but they didn’t. Even if they had, I had every intention on informing them of our encounter and even the assault of the children. I am not exaggerating at all. She actually had hit my little 3-yr-Old nephew.This was the very worst experience I’ve ever had, and needless to say, they ruined my son’s birthday.I called the owner and he apologized, but you can rest assured that was not enough. The unnecessary humiliation was enough for one of our attorneys attending the party to ask if we needed help in pursuing justice against them.I was actually so very devastated that I didn’t want to even bring this out, but people should know.

Mat Trotters Treated My Daughter & I Like Family From The Moment We First Walked Through Their Doors. The Environment Is Always Welcoming & The Coaches Are A-Mazing!! I Cant Imagine My Daughter Being Anywhere Else. Mat Trotters Is Home.

As a visiting relative, the seating for friends and family seems too small, especially for my handicapped father and his cane.
