Love this place. Just got some new shoes and theres no way I was going to buy anything online without trying them on, this is the place to go. Im about to get my clubs re gripped and do a lie board test. I suggest you do the same.

Clean and organized store that is priced well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ask for Scott if you’re going to hit any clubs, he definitely knows his stuff!

Just ask for Mark. I went in to look at grips and Mark was great. He helped me find the right size grip and as a bonus he helped me analyze my swing a little bit. He has a love for the game and great customer service. I will call ahead and make sure he is working next time I go in. I bought my irons a couple years ago here and he helped me then. Always a good experience when Marks talking golf.

We are blown away at the amazing customer service that we’ve received from this store! We have had some issues with my sons clubs and not only did the manager go above and beyond to fix the problem but they are also making sure my son has a set of clubs to play with in his upcoming tournament. We could never have asked for more. Thank you Blake for going the extra mile. We are a golf galaxy customer for life!

Absolutely ridiculous. I came in to exchange a pair of shoes I got as a gift and no one in the store could figure out how to get the shoes ordered. A simple exchange has taken 30 minutes even with a manager. Being someone who used to work in retail this should not be this difficult. First time experience and I won’t be back.

Poor experience overall. Went in today excited to try out a new driving iron and purchase the new scotty Cameron Newport and left with nothing. I dont know if its because Im a middle 20s Male or they actually just dont care. Had to beg to get any sort of attention or help from an employee. Even when I was helped they did the minimum looking for a way to leave and go chat with their friends again.

I had almost the exact same experience as Len. No one said a single word to me...not on the way in...not on the way out....not during the entire 40 minutes that I was there. I was looking at some fairly high dollar stuff, too (iron sets, woods, shoes, etc.). So I also went across the street to Golf Galaxy where I was greeted at the door, fitted for clubs, and bought a new set of Ping irons. There was no difference in price either. Only giving it 1 star because Google wont let me give 0.

I was able to just browse without being pressured by anyone and once a salesman did ask if I needed anything I was pleased at the knowledge he had about irons.

I went to by some new irons, I was in theOKC store in for approx. 15 min no one asked if they could help me or even acknowledged that was that I was there. There were more employees (6 to 8) there than customers (I counted 4 customers). I guess my money wasnt green enough!!! I went to Golf Galaxy, I was greeted at the door and bought a new set of TaylorMade irons. The pro there helped me find the right irons for me and wanted my business. The new irons are great. The Golf Galaxy experience was 1st class.

Huge selection and good prices, customer service is good no pressure just let me browse and I like that.

Went in with an idea of the irons I wanted. Mark was great! Spent a good hour and a half with me and gave me several options to hit, compare and consider based on my skill level. Simulator was so helpful to track differences.
