It is quite a nice stadium for both games and events. They upgraded the sound system a couple years ago and ever since then the sound is powerful and clear.During the Thunder games they always have a bunch of events for kids (free face painting, pictures, caricatures, VR, sport events, etc).Definitely worth visiting for any event.

Came here to watch BASKETBALL match between OKC & Denver on 21Feb2020 with ticket which have been sponsored by my company. Match started at 5:30 PM and TIP at 7:00 PM.Match is exciting and I have enjoyed watching my first LIVE MATCH at stadium. I have left from this place at 8:40PM. We have watched in the Suite area. They offered food as well. Enjoyed the environment. Hospitality is good. I wonder by seeing full crowd here.

Chesapeake is a nice arena. Ive been to several events here. The upper bowl seats are not well designed and the stairs suck. If you are on the lower part its a little better. They have great food choices and your typical 8 to 20 dollar range for food and drink. Staff is very friendly and willing to help you if you need anything.

Great event center!Very big arena with lots of seats, bathrooms, water fountains, etc. Its always clean and cool inside, even in this hot summer heat. We just recently visited again for the Hot Wheels monster truck show. So much fun! A helpful hint: You do not have to pay double or triple the price to get a seat in the 100s, you can see just fine in ANY section! The only time Id probably recommend sitting close would be for a basketball game.

Its a nice ice arena for all sorts of events. When we went they were doing monster jam. The triple threat. But Ive heard of others events held here. Parking thats really close is $20 cash. Theres one right across the street for about $10 also cash. At this time we couldnt find any free parking. Keep in mind it is in the city part so this is normal. That youre going to need money for parking. We didnt have money I was able to go into the Marriott hotel. Which has an ATM so that I had cash to park. The Marriott hotel is literally right next to the arena. I have pictures of the monster jam okay so that you can see how big the arena is.

I was taken to the Toby Mac concert with a friend. We enjoyed each others company. Hearts were touched. Lives were changed.

Went with my fiance to the Cody Johnson concert after winning box seats from my work. The wait to get in was very quick. Staff was friendly. Parking was surprisingly not a nightmare like most events or arenas. Overall a great experience.

Chesapeake Arena is a very clean building, and guarantees all guests a great time. Love attending Thunder games here.

This is a great arena for an NBA game, but I would recommend getting higher than the fourth row in the lower section so you can see over the player benches. They have 3 nice restaurants, and plenty of choices for hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn and those type of items.

Great arena and atmosphere. The place is loud and lively. All the seats look close to the action. I was able to find Thunder tickets for cheap on the 100 level, very close to the action. Im from out of town and even I enjoyed watching Paul George and Westbrook play.Recommend checking out a game if youre passing by.

This was on the bucket list of things to do as a transplant to the OKC metro...get to a Thunder game.Arena experience is awesome! So much food to choose from the variety is what I was impressed with..... Bathrooms are easy to get in and out. Fan shops all over the arena. All the workers had smiles on their faces and were happy to help with anything! The temperature was perfect, the overall experience was superb! I would love to return..... I love the arena after my first visit.I found Miller lite to drink and navigation through the arena was pretty easy.I do appreciate the staff at the stadium for providing a super fantastic experience. Its a great event center. Parking sucks, but there are plenty of parking lots located nearby to access the arena. Ive been multiple times and have always been pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the facilities. There are multiple restaurants and beverage locations located within the arena as well, so there are almost endless possibilities for food and beverage. The prices are high but that is to be expected in an event center.

Went to this arena for a Five Finger Death Punch concert recently. This is a very well laid out and easily navigated area. Our seats were perfect to enjoy the concert. Security was abundant and the restrooms and concessions were near to every section. I was impressed at how clean the arena was from the main lobby to the restrooms. The employees surely have pride in their job and workplace. The vendors were extremely nice and patient and willing to help indecisive people make up their mind. They were also very knowledgable of their products and able to help people get proper fitting clothes. I can only imagine that this would be a great place for an NBA game as well.

Had fun watching the monster truck show by hotwheels.

The arena is cool enough the people working there that I interacted with were all very friendly.. the seats were a little uncomfortable after about 4 hours but hey what can you expect from an arena, if you want more leg room you can pay for that. Beer was pricey but fair compared to other arenas say MSG. All in all I liked the place 4 stars for easy in and out and general lack of smelling like piss. Good job

Very nice venue, the we want to was amazing. Loved how easy it was to get to from downtown, especially if you are staying at a hotel near by. Across the street is a very nice botanical garden so walking to and from was a great experience.

Love our Thunder games together with family, so exciting and nothing better than being at a live game! Took my son & grandson for both of their birthdays they are both big fans! Love being together at the Chesapeake & Thunder winning the game!

I am a season ticket holder of 5 seats to Thunder basketball home games. Chesapeake Energy Arena is one of the best venues I’ve been to for NBA games. I have attended games in numerous arenas around the country. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They keep the experience first class in every way.

One of the most interactive experiences at the OKC Thunder game! My kids had a blast doing all the kid activities (free) and the energy in the arena was out of this world! Everyone we interacted with from concessions to the ushers were super friendly and looked excited to be there. My kiddos, hubby and I ALL had a blast and look forward to returning to OK for another game soon.

Great place. Went here to see a concert. The whole event went really smooth. The whole process from checking in going through security and finding our seats was easy. As far as food and drinks they have a Jack Daniels lounge and a couple other bars. Prices are high inside get drinks before you show up. Bricktown has a great drink selection

I love everything about this place from the staff to the presentation and representation of the love of Oklahoma City Thunder Basketball Team.. Everyone here is so kind and everything presented is well put together very much presentable and always so clean. The Chesapeake have a beautiful lady Ive meet named Katie Aberson that does great hosting and much more 5 stars I give the Chesapeake Energy Arena Oklahoma City!! Great Job!!

Been to a few events here and its always a good time. I do enjoy the many options they have for food here. I got to see OU beat Texas Tech tonight so that made it even better.

Staff was accommodating. Facility was clean and nice. Went to see the Thunder play the Pacers. We were 4 rows from the court. You knew security was present, but they werent breathing down your neck.

We went to see Smashing Pumpkins. Lots of concessions for drinks and food available. Loved that it wasnt a huge arena, made it easier to find things. The staff was very helpful with anything you need. Definitely going back to watch the OKC Thunder and other concerts!!

Went to or first Monster Jam truck show here. The show was fun, interactive, and the kids loved it. The venue could be bigger, but it was very clean and nice.

Very nice, clean and lots of activities. We attended Thunder basketball game and they had many activities for children and adults. Lots of places to eat, shop and play. Even play areas for children. Lovely venue.

I have to give it up for the Chesapeake Energy Arena staff. Today was the field trip day for multiple schools all over the state. Every staff I came in contact from, the door greeters to security was so nice and helpful. I do have to say though I wish the smaller children could have been closer to the court. My sons Kindergarten class was in the nose bleed seats (section 325) and had difficulty seeing what was happening, especially if someone stood up. Over all it was a nice field trip. I definitely cant complain about the staff.

Beautiful facility with ample food options. Always a great show happening here. They have concerts, sporting events, monster trucks, and more. The staff is friendly. The seating is comfortable. Once they finish all of the construction in the area it will be perfect. Give ample time for parking before an event.

This place is 5 stars when you sit in the box seats! Pretty tight when you sit in the regular seats.

We seen Guns n Roses here in October. It was a beautiful stadium and a fantastic atmosphere. The sound and light show was amazing sitting at the top!!!! Cant wait to go back to watch OKC Thunder play the Lakers!

Always a pleasant experience full of energy! Ive been here for a winter jam concert and an OKC Thunder game, and both were great evenings. If an event youre interest in attending is here, Id certainly recommend attending here if you like high energy experiences.

Nice, new arena. We just saw Jason Aldean there & I was surprised it wasnt really loud. Most concerts you can feel the bass, but this was more like listening to the radio. Disappointed in that, for sure!

Been here for events 5 to 15 times a year. Never had a problem getting in security. Today they say we can’t allow wallet chains in a 6 inch chain for Wallet safety. Makes us go all way back to the car return it very crazy and unreasonable rules. I believe in security but this is a terrible inconvenience to Chesapeake arena attenders

The best there is! I’ve been to a good many arenas for other NBA teams, and this one is run so well. It’s ours and we are very proud. Events other than Thunder games are great to attend as well.

Good seats and a good time for events held. Saw the lakers v thunder there and the game was highly entertaining. Great first live ball game. The food is expensive but if you can afford it go on ahead.

Awesome experience! Went to the game that was canceled because of COVID-19. My first NBA game and sure enough the very first NBA game to be canceled because of Corona. Crazy

Attended MercyMe concert. Had a great seat. Very well organized facility. Outstanding concert.

Floor seats for Lauren Daigle concert! Parking was a little high $10, maybe $8 would be better. Security was present & did a great job. Inside the arena, security was very helpful finding seats & assisting people. Only negative was trying to navigate stairs down to the floor area, not well lit, so I lost my balance a few times! Scary, but made it to the bottom.

My wife and and I came to see Jason Aldean. It was our first time in the arena. It was a really great venue. Everything was convenient. Food and drinks are expensive as any arena. Drink lines were longest for well and frozen drinks. It took me 30 minutes to get 2 single mixed drinks(all you can get per person or 1 double). It took me 5 to walk all the way up from the floor to get a beer and hot dog.BE AWARE OF PARKING. WE PAID $20 TO PARK RIGHT BY ARENA. AFTER CONCERT THEY SEALED OFF THE ENTERENCE/EXIT. I HAD TO DRIVE ON THE SIDEWALK TO GET AROUND CABLES.All in all it was a great experience. Chesapeake Arena is very nice. Great place to go see a concert. We will be back for a Thunder game. The arena staff were all very friendly and helpful, when needed.

Went to see monster jam here and everything went really smooth and didnt have any issues and had a good time they seem to have there stuff together every time I have been to a event at this location

Fun, friendly, safe, and clean atmosphere. There are security everywhere, the bathrooms are clean, the environment is very fun and exciting. My daughter and I visit often to cheer on the Thunder. We always enjoy a night of great food and family fun entertainment!

Drinks and food are ridiculous but its a sports arena. We had a great time for our first away game at a non Denver stadium.

Love going to concerts here. Always clear, friendly staff, and the entire place runs well from getting to your seat, to leaving after a concert. Have attended events from Monster Trucks, to Concerts, to Thunder games, to rodeos, and have never been disappointed.

Excellent venue for a show that was as grand as Pink has

More intimate than AAC in Dallas. We had seats next to the railing in the upper section. The railing totally made me nervous. It was very low. A person could fall over it very easily. I was nervous most of the concert we attended.

Ok, for the record, the BOK center was the largest stadium I have ever been in, so I was blown away by the size of this place. The audio and lighting was good throughout the entire building (as it should be) and the Khalid show that we went to see was amazing!The ticketed seating is auto-generated according to availability and we got a spot really freaking high up there (meanwhile there were empty seats on the main level), so there was a chauffer kind and helpful enough to help us find a seat closer to the stage, and all we had to do was ask. Truly a memorable experience.

Always have a great time cheering on our Thunder, especially since we no longer live close to the arena. We especially enjoyed finding our Blue Alliance photo from 8 years ago prominently displayed on 2 floors!

Saw Guns n Roses here on the 23rd. Amazing as always!!! This is the 1st time i had been to chesapeake arena. It was very easy to get to & the parking garage was right by the venue. Easy to get in...easy to get out. Its a nice place & it was a pleasure to get to see my fave band rock the place!!!!

Large, good seating, good for sports, concerts. The suite level is nice. Ushers good. OCPD used for safety which is excellent.

The seating is good everywhere. The only gripe I have is the cost of concessions. I know its high everywhere but that doesnt mean I like it. Also, the seats a bit small for a large person but manageable.

Realitively inexpensive concessions. Comfortable seating. Interactive events for kids. Parking within 200 Ft. of entrance. Handicap accessible.

This is a picture of their VIP Lounge & buffet, which was very disappointing! The food was simply laid out on a table, uncovered; they had no utensils to pick up anything & nothing keeping it cool or warm. I ordered a Canadian Club with a splash of water; no way was it CC (undrinkable). I wasn’t feeling like a VIP & literally no one seemed to be impressed! Next stop, the arena - which was mainly for sporting events, not concerts! The acoustics and sound wasn’t all that great and I was 7 rows from the pit. Seating on the floor was cramped, the rows were practically on top of each other! No public transportation on a weeknight, not even a hotel shuttle. Will not be attending a concert there again, even though I really liked Bricktown - it just wasn’t worth the 4 and a half mile drive. Also, I am disabled & was supposed to have ADA staff help me - 3 different ones, all rude & all abandoned me. Supposed to take me to merchandise area (VIP), never even saw it! My recommendation: BOK or Sprint Center in KS! Both awesome! Guns N Roses, whoever handles VIP Night Train concert “events” needs to be fired! I saved for over 3 years for concert experience from hell! In 3 years you went from one of the all time best to blah! Thanks for the nightmare experience!

Worth getting there early, particularly your first time. Top notch facility, staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Definitely a 5 star experience. They handle 10 thousand people like it was nothing.

Great place to enjoy concerts and and other activities or sporting events. With on major problem. This part time security guard could careless how much you pay for your event. If you interupt her enjoyment of the program, even though she was paid to be there, she is so vindictive, she will not only ruin your experience, but all around you. And her management, seems to promote her activities. And let her and possibly other employees get paid to enjoy the show you paid to enjoy. Not a very nice place to view a program to if your harassed by paid employees to enjoy viewing a program you traveled hundreds of miles paid good hard earned money.

Parked at Cox parking garage with only a quick walk across the street in the cold rain. Everyone in the Peak: security, vendors, seat attendants, were extremely friendly. Great food at several vendors. Fantastic facility for a Thunder game or concert!

Great concert venue. Located within walking distance of several really nice hotels. Sound was amazing. Will definitely make the trip to see more shows at this arena.

Great Lauren Daigle concert. Never had to wait in line for bathrooms which were very clean and plenty of places for food and drinks. All venue staff were friendly and helpful as well.

My wife is in a wheelchair. While the staff was very accommodating, there are about 8 accessible parking spaces for an entire arena. This is entirely inadequate. Not to mention, $20 price gouging for parking is a bit much.

Great facility for whatever event you attending. Lots of food options on each floor. They have concerts, sporting events, monster trucks, and more. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of construction currently going on in the area, but once its done there will be alot of extra parking.

Concert was great. The service for refreshments was terrible lines were too long, spent over 40 minutes in line. Security staff for the most part was very helpful, had an individual get badge heavy.

This is a great place to be on New Years Eve! We went to the kid friendly after party and had so much fun! Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Great souvenirs given at the gate. Seating was comfortable. Audio was great and the announcements for entertainment for down town were awesome.

This is beautiful facility. There are plenty of options available for food and a few gift shops. Parking can be challenging and may range from $10 to $30, with most hovering around the $20 mark.

I have Been coming here since it was called the ford center, as time has marched forward this place has only grown in quality. From concerts to sporting events this is one of Oklahoma’s premier mixed use venues. Drink machine worked good. Parking is easy around the location.

Arrived just before scheduled event(not early) and was able to find parking 3 blocks from entrance. Great environment, staff was super helpful. Food was above average.

My husband and I recently attended a concert. He has difficulty walking and we were supplied a wheelchair. The gentleman helping us suggested changing our tickets so that he did not have to go up and down the stairs, which we were able to do. We entered the arena on the sections of 101 and 120, the attendant so so helpful and considerate. The security personal was so helpful, making sure that our ride was there to pick us up before they left. I was so thankful for all the assistance and caring shown by the staff!

Great place to watch an Oklahoma city Thunder game. It is the home of the best fans in the world of any professional sports teams. Clean and the staff allows extremely close access to the players, something that does not happen when the Thunder are on the road. As a thunder fan, I believe it is the greatest place in the world.

We went for a Mumford and Sons/Gang of Youths concert and were impressed by the concessions and security at the arena. The seats were a little small, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Went to a Thunder game recently and LOVED the arena! It was easy to navigate and I’m convinced there’s not a bad seat in the house! The parking next to the arena is very expensive, but there’s much cheaper options within a 2-3 block radius. Overall, my first game was an excellent experience!

Always kept clean and litter free, I love going to games and concerts here. Ive never encountered an employee that was not helpful and friendly. And it sits in one of the nicest parts of OKC thanks to MAPS. All around just a fun place to have an event.

The handicapped entrance is very accessible but very hidden. Other wise it is very accessible. For sporting events the acoustics are good. But the stairs are very steep.
