Great and fun park for my kids to skate at!I love how its gated in and has front row parking for lazy parents like myself that would rather sit in the car to watch.HOWEVER the other day my sons skateboard was attempted to be stolen, he had it in the park and was switching between that and his scooter.My son and friends chased boys who tried to steal it and were fortunate enough to get it back...If you watch your belongings and make sure that you know where your kids are you should have a good experience.

This is a great little park, right on the river, there is a lot going on here though the summer. Love to see how many people are out and about. 2020 is not a normal year, it will be good to have the pool open next year and the Rodeo back.

Hidden Gem. Very old but cute little neighborhood park. Ive been coming here since I was a wee lad. Love the access to the Ogden River and covered picnic areas.

The park itself is neat, but the people that go to the skate park and the other park our scary to be around. Not everyone, it just seems to be a place of crime instead of a place to enjoy skating and enjoying the park and river itself.

Good for exercise, relax whats the kids ride their scooter nd skate boarding..just enjoy d litte entertainment..

What a great park and pool! We were back picking up the rest of our stuff a year after moving to Texas. Met some friends there when the pool at the Motel 6 was out of service. Super nice and helpful staff, clean pool and area, great price. Wish I had of known about this pool when we lived in Ogden, we would have come here all the time.Nothing fancy just a nice neighborhood pool.

Park was ok there were some dirty spots. Nice walk along the river. Lots of space to social distance.

Great for waking your dog or riding a bike. Quiet and secluded but not lonely. Youll run into lots of kind folks out for a stroll.

I go here for the rodeo, its pretty cool! Not much shade over the seating, its in the middle of July so its pretty dang hot remember water and sun screen The event is Very well put together for the most part. If your going outside of the rodeo The Park is HUGE with lots of big trees to have a picnic under, with restrooms playgrounds and plenty of room for the kids to run and be kids I highly recommend visiting this park you will most likely enjoy it! only reason for the 4 states is the heat.

Quiet place with lots of well-maintained trees to rest while the kids play in the skatepark.

Its a fun place to hang out, very calm and you can hear the birds which is nice. I love the swings they have there and just how you can chill out there with no problem.

It’s a shady place, the people at the skate park are usually not friendly towards me, i ride scooters, and most of the people at the skate park are skaters or bikers. that and i’ve also had my run in with shady people there in general, not just at the skatepark. not the best place for a scooter kid to hang out. we (Utah) need parks specifically made for scooters and Lorin Farr Skatepark needs better security/monitoring, there are no cameras and no security whatsoever, there were people there today smoking weed. this so far is the only park besides cross roads i can go to to ride my scooter, if i want to go to a scooter specific park i have to go out of state or city or something. the only time i enjoy it is when no one is there

This area is being used for storm debris. Long lines,but they are getting vehicles through quickly.

This is a great park with a lot to do here: picnic area, playground equipment, swim center, skateboarding, plenty of shade trees and a nice trail beside the river. This park is next to the Pioneer Rodeo. Youll like it here.

Cleanliness is not this parks best quality. Some important events take place here; therefore, one would expect to see newer...updated playground equipment and a higher level of cleanliness.

Lots to do at this park! Playground, events, open field, skate park, lots of shade, pool, bridge over river, and best of all the trail goes thru and leads to more fun.

Lorin farr park is close to my house in the summer when the pool is open its cheap to go 3 bucks a person. We go swimming there 3 times a week

Love the old trees and lush grass, perfect for a picnic, take a swim, skate at the skating park, play on the playground. This is a great park. The only problem are the bathrooms, they are filthy! Take sanitary wipes and your own toilet paper.

This looks like my sons back yard. He fishes everyday and always catches something. Great River to go tubing but make sure you wear life jackets, the water is fast

This is a great place for kids but the pool area is kinda of small and they get pretty crowded. Thats great for the kids but it can feel a little crazy if youre just there supervising. Last time we went, it was pretty packed by noon and we didnt have a very good spot so we ended up right in everyones path. Not much shade but we made the best of it. It is a public swimming pool, its located in a beautiful park right next to the River with a paved trail to walk or ride bikes on. There is also a free skate park right next to the pool area. Overall, it was a fun place to go with a little something for everyone.

Nice little getaway. Has a waterslide park, a playground, a skate park, a nature walk along the river, and a pavilion.

The trail along the river by the park is great. Skatepark and swimming pool. Outdoor seating area. Big grassy areas. Cant go wrong chilling here.

A great place to go to think an admire the beauty of What God gave us and ya cant get up the mountains at the time.Just wish many would stop taking it for granted trashing it.

Lorin Farr Park is our familys outdoor summer fun! Thanks for providing an amazing get away. The covered gazebo is convienant for get togethers. And has been a free local resource for decades. Its our familys favorite. Tip: Get there early to make sure you can get a spot in the shade.

Absolutely beautiful! The view of the river was stunning no matter where you stopped along the trail and it was the perfect place to calm down and enjoy nature.

Fun slides. Never been to the skate park, but it must be good because theres always skaters there. Nice large field. Bathrooms flush toilets and sinks to wash, but no soap. Trash cans near pavilion.

Ive lived in the area for two years! I love it in the summer to go swimming its very inexpensive for swimming and refreshments! Hamburgers hot dogs drinks chips french fries nachos ice cream! And a few more extra goodies

Fun area to hang out ogden marathon race comes through here

Its been serving Ogden as long as I can remember. Swimming for the family and a half pike for kids to do tricks on skateboards or bikes. All year theres always something happening along the river walk, rodeo softball games fireworks, just check the events and lorin farr park has something new for you to watch

I love fishing in the ogden river.you can walk right out and fish the little holes and there are some big fish in there.

Kids had fun swimming here and going down the slides. Water was a little cold, but it was fun overall.

I was in the area for the Pioneers Day Rodeo. The week before the movie The Sandlot was showing there because they had film some of it at this location at this park. They put in a skatepark that my nephew likes. Along the side is the Ogden River which is always nice to take a stroll by. Great place to visit and they schedule a lot of activities.

Been coming here since i was young. Some has changed but still was fun. Remember it was on the movie the sandlot. My kids were blown away when i told them that. Was a lot of fun. Lots of memeories.

Definitely never want to swim here. Ever. The pool had a condom in it and just gross. Its always full of people and its just run down and uncleanly.

They have a skate area with benches to relax while someone cold at the public BBQs and the kids play on the playground.

We went to the swimming pool area and had a blast. I love the 2 different pools that include a shallow one. The only thing that was odd was that they told me young kids are not allowed down the slides even with an adult. Every other pool Ive ever been to will allow a child down the slide on the lap of their parent or with a parent waiting at the bottom. So my younger kids were a little disappointed.
