Great hidden location. The trail is not marked so youll need to bring a GPS or Google Maps on your phone.

Steep but short coming from 22nd street Trailhead. Using Google maps will be key to finding the mine shaft because the trail is not completely clear. Youll make a turn heading east off of the hidden valley trail to get to the mine opening. Remember to bring a flashlight. The mine goes down quite aways then ends suddenly to an endless pit.

Crazy steep hike but super fun and well worth it when you get to the mine!

This trail can be rough with the snow. I was only able to make it to the outlook. If I had me good snow boots I could have made it to the top, but Ill have to try again some time.

Easy to find. A steep, loose trail leads up to it from the hidden valley trail. Tried to camp at the mouth of the mine. Do not recommend. The first pic is the entrance. Its steeper than it looks. Second pic is the vertical shaft at the end. Last pic is a 2 bolt anchor directly above the shaft. Questionable bolts.
