Nice small art gallery in an amazing building. Dont forget to visit the Carriage House gift shop in the back of the main building. They also have dance and yoga classes in two other buildings on the site.

Awesome house, I think I liked the Christmas decorations and furnishings in the house as much as the art.

A beautiful place with an amazing sense of artistic preservation. My wife and I were just walking by and we saw the lights on, wandered in and were treated to an amazing bird themed art gallery. They apparently have classes and teach several things. I loved this place and we will be making time to visit it again when we can!

If you love art and/or old houses you should check the Eccles Art Center out. This place is amazing & free, but they do ask for a donation; give what you can.It is always a joy to see what is on display. The easy going atmosphere is a plus as you can browse at your own pace. Definitely worth your time to pay a visit.

A wonderful art exhibit in such a beautiful, well-preserved old home. We explored all the nooks and crannies.

Very fun place to stop by. Free! Also, they love cats and so do I. They have art from local artists on display (and for sale near the $hundred$).

The Eccles is a good gallery, a beautiful place, and adds so much to the cultural side of Ogden, Utah.

This is a cool little find. The first Friday of every month they do an Art Stroll where local artists can bring their work. They usually have refreshments as well. Fun way to stay cultured and support local artists.

We went on the Friday art walk. Really nice place.

The variety of artwork shown by having a great variety of short term exhibits gives the local population a venue that enriches their experience with art and gives the best opportunity to artists who live in the area to grow their following through exposure to the wider audience served by the Eccles.

I love the eccles art bldg because people all over the world sometimes bring there work there it interest me the way people do things differently

This gallery is in a beautiful historic mansion and the walls are drenched with fantastic pieces. Ive attended a few First Friday Art Strolls and openings to enjoy fabulous conversations and decadent refreshments, and experienced seeing local creativity at it s absolute finest! Definitely recommend!

Its an old Victorian style mansion - house and grounds converted to a space dedicated for the arts.The main house is an art gallery. The Carriage House and back buildings are an art and dance studio. Another building on the property in for the Ogden Symphony Ballet.There is a parking lot in the back (East side of buildings), just off Orchard Street.Great programs for kids offered here. Tanner Dance, Art Camps, Family fun nights. The adult programs look great as well, African drumming, belly dancing, various at classes.

Love this place! My husband and I were married here 22 years ago. Staff is so friendly and informative. So happy to see this historic building alive and well!

It’s turned out to be a really good place too experience local artists, begin learning names and getting to know the art and the newer techniques that are being used. Alcohol ink.... Is the newest technique And/or style that I learned of today.

This is a stunning building. There are three levels and a basement it is worth exploring if you enjoy mansions. The overall Architecture is beautiful. The current use of the building is unfortunate. It is used to display different art exhibits that are less then tasteful. The individuals that work at the building are tacky and ruin the atmosphere and beauty of the space. If this was a museum or just and event hall it would be exceptional.

Ive been in this building several times over the past twenty years. This is a beautiful place for artistic enjoyment of all kinds! There is a great staff to answer all questions. Their gift shop was small but held many treasures by local artists.

We are very grateful for the wine classes that are offered at the Eccles Community Art Center! This is very casual and fun way to learn about wine (not to mention, it’s always a treat to have the class in the mansion dining room)!

Beautiful historic building! The center hots rotating art exhibits and also features a permanent collection on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Watch for resident feline, Picasa!

Beautiful art center. Great place to go see if your visiting 25th street. Its also located next to quite afew well kept historical houses which is great for sight seeing and really getting the feel of tge culture of ogden.

This is a great place to work. I enjoy the ever changing art exhibits, meeting with the new artists that participate in the Statewide Competitions, chatting with visitors, setting up classes with teachers, registering students to participate in the ECACs classes and scheduling the outreach programs that the ECAC takes into local schools.
