I wanted to give them 5 stars for a review, because I had such a fun experience the first time I and my group went. We even scheduled to do another one that same day too.However. Another member of my group scheduled it in his name. We all confirmed when it was happening and all drove there, some of us for an hour. We had a confirmation e-mail and everything. We showed it to the person at the desk since there seemed to be some confusion. Apparently some of the rooms were under construction the one we scheduled included. The only one that was available was the one we already did. All that we were offered was a refund or a reschedule. I didnt say anything at the time, since I was already upset and stressed. It didnt feel adequete to reschedule or refund us. After all thats what the option we had before arriving. If we cancelled so soon to our appointment we would be out the money for the appointment.The group decided to reschedule instead of the refund. That was for this upcoming weekend a month and a week after our original appointment. The room is still under maintenance of some kind, and they didnt contact us. We had to contact them and check, because of the incident last time.I know thats a lot, so if you just read this part. Dont go there, their customer service is terrible. They dont tell you when things are unavailable. When its their fault they dont offer any compensation.

Fun Stuff!!! Challenging and good for the family. We purchased a whole room and brought all of our kids (7 of them from 7-14 years old). They were able to assist and we made it through with a small extension from the game maker. Our game host was fun and informative as well as readily available when we needed a hint or were doing something almost right. We felt our time and money was well spent and the kids keep talking about it weeks later.

This place gets a good grade for effort. I and my group have been to multiple escape rooms in the state. We definitely enjoyed ourselves, but did not feel very challenged. We finished in 35 min with no hints. The theming was pretty basic. The room relied very heavily on combination locks which gets pretty boring. The price we paid the same as many of the more established and higher end escape rooms.

The room itself was very fun! The owners were friendly and welcoming. We were in with a group of people who hadn’t done an escape room before and they were great!! Fun game experience.

We had a group of 9 do the Trappers Lair room. The experience was great doing it for the first time. There was an issue with one of the clues not being fully prepared, so we got off track and the employee had to come in and fix it for us so we could continue. She was nice and did not count that as one of our hints. Overall, it was fun. I would recommend going with a smaller group. Having a group that big made it so everyone was doing different things at the same time and so nobody knew what we had and hadnt done. Great place though!

Less than impressed. First, we were reminded at least 10 times we were signing a legal document by signing in (6 adults, 4 kids). Then, all phones, jackets, hoodies and watches - yes, watches (analog, digital, anything) - must be removed before you can enter the room all the while storing them in a cheap locker with a big sign saying the place is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Seriously? Once we were in the room the audio was broken, 2 clues were missing while one lock was already open (the host stated the room wasn’t properly ‘reset’). We made the most of it because we wanted a family adventure but we won’t be back. As a business owner your goal is to impress your customers, not belittle them. I will be surprised if this place still exists 6 months from now.

My husband and I had so much fun trying to escape. Our guide was very fun and kind. We accidently booked the wrong date for our room, but with a simple phone call and email, we were able to book the correct time for our adventure. We want to come back soon!

ZERO STARS! We booked an escape room here last week and realized we needed to reschedule. We emailed, called several times, and left a voice message to please call us back. With no response, we went ahead to our scheduled time on Saturday. Their policy states to arrive 15 minutes, which we did and no one was there to let us in. The escape room was to start at 3:30 and still no one there to let us in. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes with no entry. We responded with a written note stating we were very unhappy with the circumstances and to call us. Later that afternoon we received a phone call from another guest who saw our note and number. They had also been waiting with no entry. And again, later on that evening we received another call from another group of guests also waiting. There has been no contact from this establishment regarding our emails, missed calls, and now our loss of money on the booking. This place is a scam!!

Such an amazing place! Me and my friend had so much fun and we’re able to finish a room (after buying an extra 30 minutes, thanks to the most amazing Stacy). The prices are definitely worth it and for such an awesome experience it’s relatively cheap. For anyone (groups) looking for a fun adventure this is definitely the place for you. I can’t wait to return!!

Stacy was the rudest host to deal with. She literally set the tone to be miserable the whole night. The room it self way okay. I’ve done the actual escape rooms from the escape room company that where upbeat and fun and actually had a real story line. They actually train their employees to be fun and care about the groups. I would recommend to go to a different company if you are going to do a local company. After reading the reviews it was clear that Stacy does not care about the company and makes every experience miserable. I REPEAT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

It was a great escape room and my group and i had so much fun. The costumer service was not good. It was a 5 star place but 4 star costumer service. If you go ask for Daniel not Stacy. Stacy was very rude and was being very rude towards the rest of my group. My experience with everyone else was perfectly fine.

Did a bachelor party with a variety of ages and backgrounds. great experience. fantastic team building. Our hope was to help bring a little familiarity to the two families and it worked perfectly. Employees were great and the room was not as simple as I thought. It took some real effort. Everyone had a good time.

This was a great birthday gift and great time with my girl and some friends, at first it seems weird BUT once you get in and start doing it it’s sooooo fun! Daniel was amazing and made the experience better and really helped out when we needed it. We’re already going back, that’s how cool it was. Once again Daniel was amazing and made the time there better!

This place is amazing! Hands down the best escape rooms I’ve experienced so far! The puzzles are hard to an extent, but they go in a logical order. Even though we ran out of time, the staff was kind enough to give us an extra five minutes, in exchange for us doing the Macarena. It was so fun and I’d recommend all of their rooms! Hope they add more soon!

The room itself was fun, put together well and a good time. The service however was less than enjoyable. The lady working the desk was short with us, down right rude and made it so we will not be back. Thanks Stacey for terrible service.

Yessssss. This place is so fun! We had a group of 8 of us, and this accommodated a large variety of groups! It seems like you could have had 3-10 in group size. Three different challenge levels, and they are very fun. Definitely suggest for a date or get together.

Lots of fun! Not the most elaborate escape room Ive been to but absolutely worth trying out. Our room was definitely challenging but not impossible, everything made sense in retrospect, and the storyline was super fun. I would recommend going with a decent sized group for Trappers Lair.

I wish I could say it was a great experience for our group of kids. They were told when they arrived that the waivers weren’t filled out properly, therefore couldn’t do it. We filled out the waivers properly and if the weren’t they have our contact information and could have used it to avoid any problems. Then on top of it they won’t even give the kids a refund. Stacy was extremely rude to them and made a comment about us parents not being able to read and fill it out properly! So very disappointed and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I went to Lost and Locked in for a girls night. We had so much fun with the first room that we ended up scheduling a second room that night. Both had great puzzles and stroies! Abbey and Stacey were the employees that helped us with both rooms. They were fun, energetic, and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am excited to go back again!

Had a great time here for a family birthday event. The room was very challenging for us and we appreciated the extra hints Hannah gave us. She was a great host. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun group activity.

This place was super awesome ! Our guide was Cameron who was really helpful and he knew just when to nudge us in a different direction if needed. We did the Trappers Lair room and I cant wait to go back and try their other rooms also. Definitely going to refer all of my friends and co-workers to this place!

We loved this place! We walked in with a group of 5 people and got put with another group who had just done the same room the day before and we finished the room in 27 minutes without any of our group doing any of the work. The owner, Nadia, felt bad and was kind enough to stay late just so that we could have a chance to do the other room by ourselves, free of charge. Definitely 100% recommend this place!

We had such a blast here! Scheduling and checking in was really easy. The staff was all really great, professional and friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable. There were two rooms to choose from. As beginners, we chose the room with the higher percent success rate. We were glad we didThe room was challenging but still really fun! We loved it so much we wanted to do the other room right after. Alas, we hadnt scheduled a babysitter long enough to do both. But we are really looking forward to doing the other room soon.Side note: we had a couple in our group who had done several escape rooms. We asked how this one compared and they said it was just as fun as all the others they had done.So channel your inner Sherlock Holmes and try this place out!

This was my first escape room experience and it was nothing like what I thought it would be. It was incredible. I was afraid we would never escape when we started, but once we started solving a few clues the others fell into place! It was exciting and exhausting. I recommend anyone give it a try.

This place was awesome! I am glad we came over here.I had no idea that there was an Escape Room here in Ogden, but I am so glad there was.The layout looks great, and the hours are awesome. Open on weekdays so you can go have fun any day of the week.Staff is incredibly kind.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun activity.

DONT waste your money here. So I bought the room on Groupon and have problems since I bought it. Apparently the room I wanted isnt included in the Groupon (my fault for not reading the fine print). So then I tried to schedule another room and it was under construction for 2 weeks. So that left me with one room to choose from. We finally scheduled the room and a few hours before our appt. Stacy called and said due to unforseen circumstances the room is canceled for the night. That wrecks more than just my night, our whole group. Then I tried to pick from her other options for rescheduling it and she wont answer any of my calls or emails. The voice mail is full. This company is a joke. So now I cannot even use my Groupon. We went to a place in Layton instead and they were awesome.By the way, I 100% agree with the other comments regarding Stacy. She is very rude and short. She was very unforgiving the first time I talked to her. This place is awful.

It was very fun. Ive never done escape rooms before and we enjoyed our time here more than we thought we would! The owner was incredibly kind and fun. Seemed a bit expensive maybe, but I dont know what other rooms cost either.

We took our staff there and we did both rooms. The owner was very nice and you can tell she loves what she does. The lobby was clean and put together nicely. Both rooms were emmersive and cleverly done. The game play was well thought out. Challenging and fun. Highly recommended for for anyone who enjoys escape rooms.

Me and my friends did both rooms and they were so much fun. Very challenging but not super difficult. The owners are so nice and helpful. The location is new and clean and each room is decorated so nicely. I highly suggest going!!

The hospitality was great. We were greeted by friendly faces. The escape room had a varying level of difficulty which really seemed to keep the group working together, helped keep us motivated to reveal more clues, and challenged. I would recommend this to a friend and go to Lost and Locked In again to try other rooms.

My 11 year old son and I came in to do one escape room and we loved it so much, we did 2! Absolute blast and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Absolutely recommend!

Lost and Locked In! Escape Rooms was AMAZING. A super immersive experience, and you Really need team work for this, so its kind of a good team building exercise.

This was a first time experience for me so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Although we did not escape it challenged our minds and was so much fun. The room was very well thought out and the clues were challenging enough but not so difficult that it would not be possible to solve. We will definitely be going back.

Fun and challenging! The only thing I would change would be the allowed occupants in the room. I felt that we were all climbing over each other and it wasnt fun for everyone because of that.

Friendly staff, and the escape room was setup nicely. The fit and finish on a could items could be better, as they didnt fit in with the aesthetic of the room at all, however since it was the keypad for exiting the room, thats understandable

We had so much fun! Nadia was our room moderator and she was very nice and helpful. This was the first escape room where it was just my family and we escaped with 14min 58 sec left. We cannot wait to go back and try the other room!

Very nice staff. The clues were difficult but not too difficult. We were in a group of ten people which was a bit crowded at times. I wouldnt want to be in a room with anymore than that. This is a fun activity that makes you think and work together. Its very accessible to the mall if you wanted to do a date night of an escape room and movie.. or even have dinner in Ogden or Riverdale and do the room later. This was a fun and exciting experience. I have done a good amount of escape rooms in the last few years, but this was one of the cleanest and best kept rooms I have ever done. the layout of the room was fantastic, i honestly forgot i was in a business building hahaha. The riddles and clues took some thinking, but they were not impossible. With all the wonderful aspects of this attraction in mind, I would say my favorite part was the people who run the place the workers/owners are just fun people. they are very kind and enthusiastic. This escape room is a must. I participated in the trappers lair and this weekend I will be escaping COCHRIN’S LAST TEST. P.S. to my fellow penny pincher, this escape room has the best value for your buck.

Lost and Lock in was a great family treat, we talked and worked together as one. 5 stars all the way. Every onewants to do more rooms. What a treat for Dad.

We were so pleased with our experience!! We got a great groupon deal, but we were 3 mins past their booking deadline. After calling them they squeezed us in which they didnt have to do. So it was great customer service!! Stacy was very nice! We did Cochrane test- and throughly enjoyed it!! We liked that when we asked foe a hit it was vague enough to let us figure it out, but guided us in the right direction. It was definitely solvable but challenging! I would highly recommend it for date night!

Personally one of the more quality Escpae Rooms I’ve been to. Love that they give a run down of rules of their do’s and don’ts. I enjoyed this one more than any other I’ve been. The room we were in was solid with great theming and even better mind games. Give them a go, you’ll like it!
