My favorite place for delicious pizza. nothing to complain about. certainly worth a return visit. it has a good atmosphere. mood here is similar to fresnos scene.

First time at this Gatti’s. Not impressed. Poorly managed and it was very dirty. The floors and all around the salad bars and drink machines were not organized and dirty. I saw too many employees hanging out with each other instead of doing their jobs. Not how this should be managed. The game room was cool though

Food it not good as it used to be. Some of their pizza/ dessert are even burn on the bottom.Plus their games/prizes are way expensive than they used to be and many of their games are not working/out of order.

First time here: and for a birthday party. The pizza, salad, and dessert bar were well stocked. However the soda machines were not. The employees were nice and helpful. I liked that the games were different prices and priced, at least partially, for more difficult games.

The food is very good, however this place needs a huge upgrade. I used to come here when I was a kid and it was amazing. Now it’s a runned down place that used to be full of joy. Not bad for the price but definitely needs renovation. The games are pretty old and half of them are broken. If I’m being 100% honest as much as I hate to say and realize it because this place was my childhood... this place is obsolete

Wish they would have more options of pizzas and fresher. More desserts would be awesome, like icecream. Kids love playing and its a nice small place. It just would look real nice if they gave it an upgrade. They have enough customers for them to be able to do that.

Pizza is good, salad bar is good, the price is right, but some of the employees are just not worth keeping employed. They have bad attitudes out just dont have the proper supervision to do a great job. Also the place is always dirtier then it should be if management would do their rounds. Overall it is a decent place.

No plates, no silverware, no soup, no tables I give it one star for the drinks.

We were there as an invited family to a birthday party. We had never been there before. The buffet was well maintained and had a variety. We had a lot of fun playing the games too. The only drawback was the bathroom not staying stocked with papertowel and toilet paper.

This place is keeping the good ol pizza buffet with arcade games alive here in this area, the pizza is decent but you come here for the quantity. They will make whatever kind of pizza you would like as well but they just throw it out on the buffet so you have to look out for it to come out or other people will eat it first! They also have soup and salad, and with all of it bottomless your sure to get full!

They dont have a good variety of food for what they charge. They constantly run out of food and take long to bring out some more. The place its old and dirty.

There was plenty of food and the game room was empty. One of the games did have a loose screw that my baby almost ate but I got him in time. Fun atmosphere perfect for kids but should still keep an eye on them.

Decent food and fun atmosphere.Some staff that work the front where you pay can be very rude and unfriendly, but thats not on the business.They have good deals for kids every now and then for summers, also, the toys and games are fun. They now have bouncy houses inside the play area for smaller children.

We always take it home and its always fresh. The only thing is they dont put enough toppings

Never have I paid so much for such a disappointing experience. I took my wife and 2 little girls this afternoon and not only did it DESTROY $50 just to eat but the whole dining experience wasnt worth 10. There was hardly any fresh pizza the entire time no fresh dessert pizza at all, there was no kids cups clean and the front desk girl even argued with me when I told her that there was none. I am amazingly unsatisfied and frankly feel ripped off by a company name that I grew up with. I doubt this comment will even be addressed but whomever reads it...be prepared to spend allot of money on a less than sub par experience

Real disappointment, games are lame and most are broken. The food was not very good either. We remembered why we had only been here once before but it was a weeknight and our grandsons birthday so we thought it would be fun. The only fun part was the bumper cars. Probably wont be back.

Not like I remember as a kid. Loved it back then, havent been in for 35 years. Nice place and decent selection on buffet but requested a specific pizza and they never made it. It tasted weird, like sour, rotten sour not sour dough. It wasnt bad enough to make me stop and ask for a refund but dollar store frozen pizza is way better. Thought it was the parmesan but I stopped using it and the sour gross flavor was still present. Others may like it but its NOT for me. Yuck. Very disappointed, I was really looking forward to mories

This place needs to be shut down or hire a manager that cares. When you first walk in it smells like rotten cheese and dirty mops. The buffets were not kept up or clean. Food was mixed up into other containers on the buffet, drink station was not stocked and dirty. No pizza and pizza that was out looked like it been sitting there for hours. We asked the girl there about getting a certain pizza made and she looked at us like thats not her job. The dining areas were not clean. Dirty plates filled the tables and food on the floors. This place was very run down. Game room most of the games are unavailable and do not work. We didnt dare go in the restrooms but read some of the other reviews on that.

My parents love coming to this place. They enjoy the salad bar and the pizza there. They love the prices and the staff is always friendly. The only problem here is that its a bit dirty, but other than that everythings great.

Im not a big fan of the pizza but my daughter had a birthday and we decided to go eat and play. We had several family and friends in town and decided to meet there...not the greatest decision but it all worked out. The ladies at the register were awesome and the lady that showed us to the tables was a great example of what customer service should be like. The pizza was surprisingly good. The vegetables at the salad bar were not fresh at all. There was only one option on the soup. The establishment was very clean.

Good place to have a party for kids.Probably only one of the few things to do in Odessa with children so this place is constantly packed full of people. The service was fast and friendly. The games and activities can keep the kids entertained.

Kids absolutely love it everytime!! But as a mother I know it can be cleaner. Im sure they are understaffed but it is hard to look past.

I havent lived in Odessa in 20 years brought my wife and kids to share what I remember being a great experience, however mediocre pizza, old cold baked potatoes.The game room was terrible every game was half broken and when u cant enjoy a game with a partner whats the point. The point to ticket pay out ratio was low. And the ticket prizes were super lame .Sad day

Went for a childs birthday party. Pizza was brought 15 minutes before the party started so was cold by the time kids sat down and ate. The budget for the adults was overall unimpressive. Half the games in the arcade were broken and out of order.

The pizza was OKAY. Do not get the jalapeno pizza .it is disgusting and tastes like metal. We went to a birthday party for my niece. The people were nice but were very pushy when it was almost time to go. However the lady inside of the game room at the register was VERY RUDE. She had a very poor attitude when it came to my five year old niece. All because she had her socks off In the jumper. I seen all of the kids struggling to use it with socks on because it was slippery. She kept watching and stood at the jumper waiting for her to come out so she could tell her to get her socks on. What damn difference does it make? She was very rude to my niece and kept giving us nasty looks. The games were cool but overall Im very disappointed. Maybe get some nicer people working in the gameroom. Not at all happy. Would give zero stars if I could.

Loved this place as a child, it was a wonderland and have some of my best memories here. pizza recipe has remained about the same, about a 6/10. its just the game options that have disappointed me. i take my own children here now and they dont get the same excitement i had as a kid. the bumper cars never work, half the games are broken most of the time. the jungle gym thing is laughable now, just real disappointing now. but the kids enjoy it enough to want to go back so that warrants a 3 star from me.

This place was great for a long time when I was younger. A recent trip changed my view, though kids would not notice. It is more unkempt than I remember. It shows a lack of respect for the customer that broke my heart quite a bit.

The self service is great! No one to ask if u need anything. No having to wait for refills. When u need one, no need to wait for a waitress or waiter. U simply get one.

It’s a little pricey but my son had fun and that’s all I care about. The pizza buffet was simple and great! They have salad, pastas, sides, and basic pizzas. The games have cards and half of them worked. The fruit ninja game didn’t even need your card to play. For the jumping stuff you need wristbands. The games are actually cheap. Most are under $1 to play. We stretched $25 for over an hour. The prizes are within points too. They have a ton of little things under 100 points. My son loved it.

My only complaint is there is no variety. Almost all pizzas are pepperoni, sausage, or pepperoni and sausage. They could at the very least add some veggies to them . Like a supreme. They have good pizza put I would rather go elsewhere for the variety .

Good food prizes and games

This place is ridiculous. I had booked a party room for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. My contract was made for 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. We show up at 4 and they tell me that I was no show to the party. I told them that our party wasn’t suppose to start until 4:30 pm and they argued with me and said I was booked from 2:00 pm -4:00 pm. After I show them my contract they apologized and tell me that they can’t do anything because all other party rooms were already booked and they couldn’t accommodate our party. I’m already upset because my granddaughter had been looking forward to her party all day and for us to get there to find out that she can’t have her party there was very disappointing. I will never step foot in this place again.. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I will never take my family here again. Went for the first time today and the pizza tasted like it came out of a box.. The spaghetti was nasty. The desert was nasty most of the games didnt work ECT I dont recommend this place at all

Like that they started using cards for everything. You miss the fun of the coins and tickets but it is much more convenient. There doesnt seem to be as many games but it gives lots of space for play. Some of the games are old and not functioning well.

Would give 0 stars if I could. 5 of the same pizzas and all of them were cold. My entire family ended up getting food poisoning. Only went there mainly for the games for the kids, but even half of those werent working.

Manager did not let us grab old pizza told us that there had been no one so thats why he hadnt changed them and then made fresh ones for us. Great family friendly environment
