Was there for the Animal Kingdom Screening. Had a fricken blast!!

Its been a while, but we saw The Little Mermaid there. The mermaids wore heelies, and King Triton glided in and out of the shadows on a hoverboard. Now thats theater!

Excellent place to have a night out. Great shows with excellent actors and actresses

Its a small historic theatre that puts on live shows. I have been to 2 productions, the acting is fantastic! The choice of plays has been funny an entertaining. The offer refreshments before, during an at intermission. Its worth the price an time. I will be returning.

The Brookes Theater is a great place to see live theater.

Older theatre but the seats are comfortable enough, the ability to see the performance from our seats was adequate, bathroom was clean and well maintained and the performance was excellent.

Amazing Holiday Play- Miracle on 34th Street radio show. Theater staff is warm and inviting wonderful concessions. Stellar cast! OTC- what a gem to have in Oceanside.

Have been numerous times and enjoyed the experience every time!
