I have a great experience in there. With warm welcome and top tier service. The seat seem to be new leather give no discomfort and no distractions. Which make the whole movie experience are focus and elvery enjoyable

This place opened a little over a week ago. I can still smell the new on the chairs! I sat in theater 6 and these chairs look similar to gaming chairs, leather, red and black. They also recline slightly, just the back part not the feet part. They have a bar in the concession stand and indoor kiosks if you dont feel like waiting in line. It looks really really nice and super upgraded. Great experience and the popcorn was great.

Polite well trained happy helpful personnel; new, very clean very hi tech theater lobby with surrounding screens & kiosks, lights, sparkly & fun. Also just outside door is a great space with giant chair & giant chess pieces/sidewalk chessboard & other comfy fun stuff for great selfies & playing. Looks like brand new state of the art thoughtful design everywhere. Fun! Gotta go!

Wonderful theater, so glad they decided to open!

We had a terrible experience last week. First, there is no box office to purchase tickets, only touch screen kiosks. However, these screens do not accept the Regal Card for rewards. The employee we flagged down couldnt help us, and sent us to concessions. After waiting quite a while for those ahead of us to choose their snacks, we were finally able to purchase tickets. We wanted tickets for the following day, and made that very clear, reiterating it several times with the employee who said he would make it so. Then, there was an issue printing the tickets for the following day, and we had to wait for a manager. Almost 30 minutes after arriving to make the purchase, we were finally able to leave.The next day, when we presented our tickets, we discovered that despite our clear request, the tickets were printed for the day prior. The employee couldnt help, and we had to wait for a manager, who also couldnt help. He called HIS manager, who also couldnt help. We had to wait a 3rd time for the top manager at the site to come down.During this long wait, we discovered that the theater was practically empty for the showing we had paid for and planned to see. But the 2 managers wouldnt just let us go in, despite our intact tickets. Apparently they couldnt just comp us, and we were made to feel it was our fault for presenting day old tickets. They wanted us to buy NEW tickets and then request a refund for the day old tickets. Only after calling Regal Customer Support, did the top manager finally let us in to see our movie.Lastly, when we entered the assigned theater, it was filthy. Trash and popcorn everywhere, old sodas and candy wrappers still in the cup holders. The preview commercials were already going, so it wasnt as if we had come in before the cleaning crew. We had to track down someone AGAIN and ask that they clean the seats, as our seats were disgusting. Overall, it was such a headache, we dont know that we will return to this location any time soon.Regal, if you are reading this, you should have one person at concessions dedicated to helping those with ticket issues!!

Movie theater is very hidden away, its hard to find, but when you do its so brand new the seats still have cushioning in them still. Staff are friendly and popcorn is fresh. Im glad it opened up so close to where we live at. Keep up the great work!

New, clean facility, staff was courteous and helpful. The audio and video were both excellent, the padded reclining seats are comfortable, and the bathrooms are kept clean. An all around great experience.

My family and i were getting frustrated until we spoke with mr Jason Herrera.If I owned a business that is the first person i would put on my staff He was outstanding made me and my daughters laugh so hard thst were gonna go again.

The tickets are a bit pricier than a normal theater, but it was worth it. Full reclining seats, better sound, more leg room, better concessions, and they even serve alcohol.

Wow! This place looks Amazing! Very up to date, phenomenal job on the renovations. I used to work here back in the early 2000s when it was CinemaStar.

Great new theater a lot of new features being tested here.Also no box office like normal places self service tickets fro kiosk but can purchase with employees at concession stands. Alcohol is available

Amazing new movie theater replaced a very old neighborhood theater. Prices are higher but the comfort is worth it.

RPX which is one of there best theaters have some what comfortable seats but dont be fooled, they arent remote control to where you can lay down. The workers behind the food registers are rude, he didnt even serves me the correct drinks! Also, if you have someone who is unable to go up the stairs due to a disability, the only accessible seats are the ones below which clearly arent suitable. Never coming here again. Hope this helps some of you and saves you money.

I was very disappointed on the seats. They were very uncomfortable. The armrests is too low. They do not recline like Carlsbad Regal. I dont understand why we got these seats instead of the ones at Carlsbad Regal.

They sold me expired sour patch kids at the concession counter andnrefused to let me swap them for candy that wasnt bad.
