Great times with family. Nice time to get away and enjoy life . Also to enjoy all the things that God has given to us. Everyday on the beach God paints us a different picture everyday . Nice clean friendly ppl. Great place to have fun with family,friends,boyfriend,girlfriend,Husband,wife and for the kids.

One of the best boardwalks at the shore. Family friendly with all the pizza, tee-shirts, rides and attractions. The waterpark is a good value for a day of fun and includes the adjacent mini golf in the all day ticket price.

Our family took advantage of Gillians Amusement deal, $15 for all rides from 1-6. AWESOME time with my parents, husband and 3 children ages, 11, 8, & 6. Once it closed, we walked the boardwalk for our very first time. It was full of so many options!!! We had lots to choose from for dinner. There is even a food court with wide variety of food- pizza, gyro, seafood, tacos, chicken, hamburgers, etc. They only accept cash so we kept walking and happily stumbled upon Ikes!!! All 7 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the wonderful waitress, Karly or Karla, I think. Such a sweetheart and so accommodating. The sauces were delicious!!! After dinner, we walked more and had ice cream from 2 different places, gelato and Georges- all delicious!!! There are also many shops, an Escape room, lots of mini golf options, too. Plus, some arcades. Highly recommend!!! We are already looking forward to our next visit next year.

Good job of maintaining a balance between opening up and distancing and mask discipline. Hopefully will have a bit more outdoor entertainment in the future. Lots of miniature golf and beach stores, and many fast food concessions.

Ocean City Boardwalk is amazing! They have all lll the best food to eat. So many amazing places to eat. 3 Brothers Pizza, Curleys Fries, Crunchikn, Lobster Rolls, Jillys for Lemonade.. and theres a bunch of really good arcades. Absolutely love Ocean City!

This is a great place to walk all year long. It is clean and there are plenty of shops open. Enjoy the great ocean front views the entire length of the boardwalk.

The Ocean City boardwalk is one of those places that doesnt age or change - meaning in the best way possible. My family has been coming to Ocean City for 3 generations now, and it always has that wonderful comfort of being the same place you remember from your childhood.Walking along a true wooden boardwalk thats beautifully maintained and has a wonderful assortment of shops, eateries, and bodegas makes for a wonderful vacation and experience.

This is the best time to go to the Jersey shore and for those who live close enough (as l do), one can go weekly!

Great beaches! Wonderful boardwalk. Clean public bathrooms. Easy to use parking meters. Fair price for beach tags. We paid $5.00 on a Sunday. I would do it again!

Of course its ocean citys boardwalk which is always a great place that weve all gone to in the past. It would have been a very pleasant and enjoyable experience if they would enforce the wearings of masks. No one wears masks on the boardwalk, and the stores, pretty much everywhere and anywhere. And it is very scary and alarming.

I played hooky from work and decided to take a ride down. Awesome boardwalk, there were a few places that were opened and it was a great time with it being in October. Cant wait to go back.

Lots of fun activities along the boardwalk plus 2 amusement parks and a water park. Great place to ride your bike or Surrey before noon. Several food courts and individual food stops as well as places to shop. Very clean and safe boardwalk for the family.

Pretty good considering this whole COVID situation. Not everything is opened, and you must wear mask at most places. But still a good time, in my opinion its a bit better with less crowds

Voted best family beach resort in America many years in a row! It is wholesome and clean! Plus they have designated handicapped bathrooms you dont have to share a wet beach bathroom that you can fall on.They even have attendants!I used to go there and surf when I was not handicapped and it is still our favorite beach town!The boardwalk has classier stores than other beach towns across America as well!

Quiet and peaceful in the early morning hours and great for getting in a morning run or bike ride, however anytime between 9 am and noon can be rough walking down the boardwalk as you will spend most of the time and attention looking out for people riding bikes as you try to navigate everything. Just keep your head up and walk straight. Before you take any slight step to the left or right you need to look behind you first.

Great place to walk down, so many different shops. Delicious Food, ice cream or some tourist stuff! You’re near the ocean, a crowded but peaceful place in the summer

Ive been coming to Ocean City since I was a child. Its been one of those things you just cant get out of your system. The town, beach and people are amazing! It is super clean and there is so much to do. You cant find a better beach and boardwalk anywhere as far as I am concerned. The best part is that I now can share my love for Ocean City and pass it on to my son. To see the look in his eyes as he enjoys some of the same rides and experiences I have is priceless!!!

Great for walking, biking and running! Super long and most of it stretches along a variety of shops and quick bite restaurants. Most of the shops are pretty touristy, but if you look in each one carefully there are a few treasures. They also have a few mini golf courses and at one end theres a mini carnival set up with a rollercoaster and Farris wheel among other rides and an arcade.

This beach is slightly overrated. It’s kind of scary crossing the “Danger Pipeline” to get to the water. There are people fishing and swimming. Call me crazy, but I grew up at many Jersey Shores and this one puzzles me. Why are so many people drawn to a beach with so many seashell particles and massive overcrowding. Brigantine is just 20 to 25 minutes away. It’s cleaner, less crowded, and friendlier. My suggestion is to skip Ocean City and enjoy a much better beach in Brigantine. (Not Atlantic City Beach... it’s also crowded AND dirty. Not Ventnor City... is stinks and has a bit of an uppity crowd. Brigantine)

The boardwalk here is very open. Its also very clean. Its much different than the Wildwood and Atlantic city boardwalk. Its very relaxing to walk here at night.

Great place to relax & soak up the sun. Family oriented dry island. Lots of stores, restaurants/food stands and games to entertain anyone. Or just sit & people watch on one of the many benches or under the pavilions. Highly recommended favorite beach & boardwalk.

Whats not to love?! I find it more serene than Wildwood, not quite as much going on. Family friendly, beautiful beach, and great rides for the kids and kids at heart!

They have something for everyone there. Most people were wearing masks, but only when they thought necessary. Theres plenty of family-friendly things to do. I even grabbed some kangaroo sausage before I left. Unless youre just looking for bars and alcohol, youll have a good time.

Something to do for everyone. Come to this place with an empty stomach because all the food is good; from the pizza stands, lobster rolls and Khor Bros ice cream! Kicks and thrills for everyone from mini golf, kiddie rides, escape rooms and thrills rides for the adrenaline seekers. Make sure to stop at the Surf Boardwalk mall.

A perfect day on the boards, cool and breezy, much better than very hot. Ate manco and manco pizza with pepperoni. Celebrated my birthday. The surf was rough and powerful.

I love this place we went on a weekday its not too crowded most of the stores are closed on the board walk. Almost 99% of the people are not wearing masks except the ones in stores. Its very bad to see people with out masks during this pandemic

The view was really really pretty and even during the pandemic a lot of stores were open. Not many people were wearing masks but they were far away from us so it was okay. I had a really great time and cant wait to go back!

I have come here since I was a kid, my mother and her mother as well. I look forward to it every year. The Pavilion is always great, the food and ambiance is always great. Its just a great place for the family and friends to go and spend some time together.

Many different shops. Unlike Wildwood with every other one is cheap toys and t shirts.Nice variety in restaurants also.

I love it here usually, but when we went this time it was not very crowded which was great. What wasnt great was that there were people inside the stores without masks on. Not sure what that was about but no one in any of the stores we passed had masks on...needless to say we didnt stay long.

The boardwalk in Ocean City had a great view of the ocean and many restaurants and stores along it. It even has an arcade and two amusement parks. The boardwalk has separate lanes for bikes, runners, and walkers to prevent collisions. There are street lamps for most of the length as well to allow easy travel at night. Water fountains to both drink and to rinse sand off of your feet are present, along with bathrooms. Overall, the Ocean City Boardwalk is a great place to visit for travel, views, shopping, and eating.

The best boardwalk in jersey shore,at least what Ive seen,and thats maybe 90%:) it has absolutely everything, it is very long,it has nice,more expensive stores,surf shops,as well as restaurants of all sorts and regular stores and candy bars. The biggest choice of very interesting mini golf spots,waterpark and fun rides. It is a dry town,and it makes it even better because you feel safe and its great for the kids. I dont have any and still like the place. It is not for partying but definitely fun place!recommend it to everyone

It was a nice, scenic walk along the Atlantic ocean, as it normally is, but despite the loud, repetitive messages about social distancing and warnings about Covid-19 boardwalk protocols, many people (15% ?) disregarded them completely and had no qualms about invading personal space. If you are susceptible, scared, germaphobic, or are trying to avoid Covid-19, this is not the place for you.

I love Ocean city beaches because they are cleaner and they seem not to be was so crowded. Plus they have a surplus of beautiful water beaches and stores. Just love it.

Very family friendly boardwalk with plenty to eat and do. The city is dry so you dont have drunks stumbling everywhere like Atlantic City. The boardwalk is kept clean and falcon handlers keep the gulls away.

Open space, social distancing worked very well. Walked along the boardwalk and enjoyed the exercise by the ocean.

Not very crowded.. clean boardwalk.. family fun...We went there on last Easter weekend. it is a clean boardwalk and less crowd might be it was due to the month of April. Ocean city MD boardwalk is more or less same.Park your car at the street side at 11th street nearby to the boardwalk and enjoy the evening. great for friends/families/kids or should I say for all. lots of game parlour/gift shop/ tasty eateries/ try their fries.try their Salt Water Taffy chocolate store. It great. And dont forget $1 store, pic is in my review. they have photo frame, necklaces, show pieces which are definitely $10-15 in other stores, I bought in $1 and thats a great buy.Hit the beach, play with sand. Wet your feet in the ocean. Throughout the boardwalk, benches are there. Sit-walk-relax-repeat.

Its family oriented and l love ocean city nj,but the only problem was that I couldnt find parking spaces anywhere near th boardwalk but still I had a great time with kids!!

The Ocean City boardwalk is where my wife and I go for night retreats or fun afternoon walks. During the day the boards are loaded with locals and tourists from all over!Many of the stores are staffed with seasonal workers from overseas or the traditional first job waiter or waitress. Not a bad thing! Youll encounter all cultures and types of people all looking for one thing, to have a great time!This little slice of the jersey shore is perfect for families or small get togethers. The city is dry, meaning no alcohol is served within city limits. There is a liquor store right across the 9th street bridge (most common entrance to Ocean City).Beaches are VERY clean! Ocean water is not crystal clear, but life guards on duty ensure a safer experience when dealing with larger waves.Hidden gems: early morning runs on the boardwalk 4-6am before tourists arrive give you a great space for outdoor activities!

A clean, family friendly place to spend a day, a weekend or the entire season! So many things to do for kids of all ages. The beach is right there and clean and gives the best views of beautiful sunrises.

Should have taken more pictures, but was having too much fun. Great night life and you can absolutely get lost in the stores for hours. Music, food, desserts, mini golf, rides - enough to keep you and your family entertained for hours.

It was very family orientated and being in recovery loved that it is a dry county .

Been here before few years ago,always clean and good friendly atmosphere. I understand due to the pandemic of covid-19 pricing will change a bit,and I truly wish to support local businesses...but beware of being overcharged. Just be mindful and check your reciepts.

Always love getting down to the shore . And ocean city is always the choice . Its a family oriented shore town but always full of fun oriented options . With all the covid stuff going on, it was nice to see the majority of people wearing masks and everyone keeping their distance . Was a much needed break from reality and an excellent chance to enjoy the summer .

First time to OCNJ, having been to Seaside Heights, Wildwoods, and Cape May in years past. Only 1hr 10min from Northwest Philly on a Sunday. Easy drive for a day trip. Beach was quite narrow & crowded, despite windy & cool conditions. So, if you like a beach bustling with a lot of people, noise, activity, and music coming from all around, then youll feel right at home in OCNJ. If you prefer to relax, and actually hear the sounds of nature -- the waves, shore birds, the ocean breeze -- then somewhere else less crowded would be better. Didnt like the enormous stormwater (?) pipes sticking out from the sand all the way into the water, either. The boardwalk is VERY wide, and unlike Wildwoods, there is no tram to worry about! Plenty of room to roam, and quite a few people wearing masks. Shops are a bit repetitive, but still fun to walk up & down, do a little shopping, and, of course, sample the boardwalk cuisine. Manco pizza is an institution. Since we got dinner at 16th Street Seafood, we went with Johnsons Popcorn...a classic boardwalk treat, with leftovers for days! Gotta try the caramel-cheddar mix, if you havent already! ️

This boardwalk is a must if you are in the area! Family oriented with plenty to do... Rides, water slides, mini golf, arcade, lots of shops yet classy and relaxed.

Broadwalk, Beach, Rides, and People! The night life during prime seasons especially in the summer is busting with life! The beach and broadwalk is very clean with bathrooms accessible. Lots of finger foods and beverages, especially fries and lemonades! Lots of unique shops to explore if you love shopping. Overall, Ocean City is family friendly. Definitely worth a visit for a summer vacation. If you want to get away from the crowd and then visit early evenings or better yet avoid prime seasons all together.
