Its a great place!! Definitely needs the city of Oakland to give it some extra love, by upgrading this center. Youth from the 80s & near by can knows by growing up with beautiful healthy things where they live! We dont have that on a day to day, we cant normalize beautiful things, it can be great where we are from too. Love the staff..

Im The only one who gonna keep it Real about Tassafaronga village. To live its OK . But ! The Management sucks big time. Why I say that is because. A while back. I thought someone broke in My unit. But it was the Management who did the hole time. . They had someone came in my apartment with a Key . And yes I have proof . Thats not all thats going on . There! The manager Wendy Ruiz be off that dope. And having sex with the security guards. No lie . The security is not there to protect the people in the community. Just the property. Just for John Stewart Co. Like towing peoples cars given parking tickets. I Tell you one thing John Stewart needs to hire a much better Management.

Youths needs to learn respect, but the staffs are FAIRLY quick to solve situations that are told about. Youths harrass others and staffs are not involved to solve until being told the issue.

My family and I moved here about 6 years ago from the lion Creek crossing apartments that is a few blocks away. My mom realized that was the WORSE MISTAKE EVER!. The apartment is great BUT MARGARET! the property manager is HORRIBLE!! always has an attitude with tenants, and when you need to fix anything in your apartment, you have to tell her at least 20 times before she lets the maintenance know. Security sucks so bad. Theyll be there while your car gets broken into, and they always towing tenants cars like its fun. Dont move here if you want a peaceful living. The property manager dont let you do anything around ur own apartment. Cant hang a towel outside, cant hand wash ur car next to ur own apartment. She knocks at doors early morning telling you not to do this or that. Ugh just a PAIN in the u know what. we cant WAIT to move!!
