I heard this space is closing soon. But I have memories of Flight Deck as one of the best Black box theaters in the area for all kinds of events and affordable rates for local organizations to rent it out!

Nice small place for performing arts.

Venues like this make urban areas humane and soulful. I cant use the word essential enough: cutting edge original theater, a home for more than one creative community, good people with a strong social justice ethic, well-managed space for professional events, you name the need and The Flight Deck dials it in.

Any place that lets you express yourself is OK with me,love it.
