My daughter loves the online classes at KND! They’re fun, engaging, and keep her physically active. We’ve had teacher Ariel for several classes and virtual camps and she is wonderful!

Great teachers, fun content, well maintained physical space, convenient storefront for clothes and gifts, and nice staff who answer questions quickly.

We LOVE Kids nDance. Teacher Ariel is the BEST. Our little dancer has been doing to Kids nDance since she was three and she loves it (even over Zoom!). This studio for young lovers of dance is an Oakland treasure. We hope to be dancing with Ariel for years to come.

Relaxed theater classes where everyone has a chance to learn and shine. They write scripts to give opportunities for solos and lines to a maximum number of kids. They practice gender blind casting, giving girls a shot at some really good roles. And, their productions are low stress and high fun!

My girls have been coming to K&D since they were 2. We started with the parent/kids dance class and then my girls started taking classes on their own. They have taken ballet, tap, hip hop, and contemporary. They have also attended their little theater camps and this summer is their first youth theater camp. All of the teachers are amazing and great with kids. They offer a lot of class options which is great. The place and the staff are very welcoming and warm. I love the performances...they really show how hard the kids and students work and how much fun they are having!

So great to give kids who have no experience with theater the opportunity to act and sing and dance! Very well run and fun combo of theater and outdoor activities (swimming ) even though I have no idea how they learn the whole musical in just 5 mornings!

The kids learn how to dance different styles... from ballet to hip hop. I went to the final performance, it was amazing. Kids look happy!

My daughters been attending classes and summer camps at Kids n Dance since she was 3 years old (shes 11 now). It has always been one of her favorite places. The owners and staff are talented, kind people. The many musical theater productions my daughter has been in are without fail incredibly impressive and amazingly well done! Kids n Dance is also a nice change from dance schools that put a lot of pressure on kids - my daughter never enjoyed her dance classes at other schools as much as her Kids n Dance ones. We highly recommend this welcoming, fun studio to all.

My 3yo just did her first drop off, Moana dance camp. She loved it! Thanks for making that transition easy!

Natalie was such a great host. She was awesome with the kids. It was a perfect amount of time (especially adding the extra 30 minutes) and everyone had a blast. I got great feedback after the party. Thank you all so much. The birthday party was a success!

I was there to see friends, but these shows are solid gold, even you arent a friend of the show.

I love the fun Parent & Me dance classes with Ariel. My daughters confidence in moving her body has really improved, and she loves coming to dance class, with the predictable flow of the class. I love that you are local, in our neighborhood in the Laurel.

Ariel rocks as a dance coach for these kids! My daughter can not wait to have class! The only reason for the 4 stars is because this place is never open. Even when class is happening you can not buy gear or anything. I travel to Castro valley to get gear for this class which is down the street from our house( who also carries what we need) .

It is a great spot for toddlers and kids. Good facility, variety of classes and options of memberships. My little 2 year old girl really enjoyed it!

I was actually in a play there so I dont know how comfortable the seating was, but from the stage it didnt look to bad. It is quite small, but if youre in a play there it is absolutely delightful.

The Kids N Dance after school (Homebase) staff make a real effort to get to know my kids. They provide a loving, caring, and fun environment with lots of creative and physical outlets for my kids when they cant be at home after school.

My young boys love it. Great fun place for little kids. Theyre taking the Circus Arts class together.

I like the location and the actual studio. However I do NOT like the lack of structure they seem to have while teaching the students. Im not even sure if they take their job serious. I also wish they would have recitals as supposed to having the parents sit in a dance class to watch what theyve been watching the past 2-3 months.
