The Hive is supposed to be a 24 hour access workspace. Management allowed someone to live illegally and terrorize the artists using the space legally. They never addressed the situation appropriately, even changing the rules to accommodate this one person. Great artists work there. No reflection on them. But the property manager has the ethics of an alley cat and the personality of a slug.

An amazing place for artist to find a studio
