Worst room I have ever done. Super dark where I literally couldn’t see. Staff was not helpful and nonexistent. We couldn’t speak to the game master during the game as there was no microphones in the room. We just had to wave our arms and wait at least 4 minutes for our next clue, wasting time off the clock. If this was the first escape room experience I ever had, I’d never do another. I will definitely not return nor would I recommend this facility to anyone.

My girlfriend and I booked the confinement room escape room. We came in twenty minutes early like we were supposed to and no one was there. We waited and waited for over 15 minutes and still nobody came to the front desk. We had to CALL THEM FROM INSIDE to get someone to come out and greet us. Terrible first impression right off the bat.When we finally got in the room, it was so dark we had to use our cell phone lights. They need to provide flashlights, especially if you choose to leave your cell in the car or dont have one at all. Also, the girl who was our game master seemed more interested in selling us on their haunted house than selling a story for the room. Most rooms have a back story or some kind of reason youre there, they had nothing. A lot of the props were breaking and we felt like they might completely fall apart or come off the walls.We were flying through the puzzles until we got stuck on one part. I dont want to spoil anything, but we were looking for some numbers. We asked for clues as to where they might be and the girl was no help at all. We knew about where they should be and knew exactly what we were looking for but absolutely could not find these numbers. Upon asking for further help our game master informed us we had no more clues, even though her last two clues did nothing to help us. Since we had already figured out exactly what to look for and where, and still could not find these hidden numbers, we feel they should have been more helpful and accommodating. They gave telescoping mirrors to find this code, but it was so dark we could not physically see anything. Since they refused to help, and because we could not find the numbers to further the game, we were forced to just quit. We paid good money and it was ridiculous they couldnt help although we had over 20 minutes left on the clock. What a waste.My girlfriend and I have done over 40 escape rooms and have never experienced such a let down in the past. For those of you thinking of doing an escape room at confinement rooms.... dont. I cannot speak for the other activities though, and Im sure theyre very fun. Their only saving grace is that they did refund my money, which is why they are getting 1 star from me. Unfortunately, Im still not 100% sure thats even true, because I received an email shortly after getting my refund stating I have a past due balance on my account for $60. Are they going to come after me for that money now? I sincerely hope they clean up their act and fix the escape room issues.Order of events when leaving:1. Asked for refund2. Received refund3. Got an email confirming the refund4. Got an email saying I owed them $60Asinine... right???

This place was A LOT of fun. Once our group figures out exactly what we were looking for it was great. Helpful worker right there to make sure we stayed on track, but also not giving us too much information. The reason for three stars is because some of the gadgets in the escape room were broken (for instance it would have been nice to have lights and not have to work by cell phone flashlight, but we were informed previous players had broken that system) maybe fix it or discount the price of entry until you do...We will definitely be trying another one of the rooms in the future

Newbies to the escape room scene. We didnt really know what to expect.When we walked in and found the check in area, we discovered how friendly the staff is. We were assigned to our group, rules explained and placed in the room.The process isnt as easy as one thinks. You actually have to put thought into and really observe every little detail in the room.We had a blast. This was a very adventurous evening for a date night out.

Liked the escape room more then i thought i would. They had laser tag and an arcade too but we just were there for the escape room
