Its not the lot rent for sure. The managers are wonderful people, they work hard to keep this up and nice looking, although we do have people that dont seem to care about anything.

Very well labeled on which trailers are where. Only complaint is trash is always smelly and overflowing. They need more pick up or more bins. Not enough trash bins for the amount of trailers

Its an older trailer park. There are some that take care of there space and others that have several cars Shedds overpacked. curb appeal not there

The new management is great and have made good progress at improving the park and maintaining the grounds that they are required to maintain

The people are special but relatively nice. The homes are pretty close together but it makes for a more homey vibe.

I live here. Quiet and calm, very little drama. Only time I see police any more is when theyre doing a simple patrol through the park.

Parkwood Manor is nothing more than a drug Zone Ive lived here for 8 years and cant wait to move the only reason Ive been here for so long is because Im on a fixed income I have cameras and every night I see the Tweakers out looking for stuff to steal and the manager can care less all the punks drive way too fast putting my children and grandchildren in danger but the manager does not care nor do the property owners Parkwood Manor is not the place for respectable people just junkies and thieves let the rest of the island is great

Trailer Park what does one expect from one. At least my mother-in-law doesnt live with us hahahaha!!
