Park manager is definitely unfair, she is charging us $25 extra every month for our 3rd car but isn’t charging our neighbors. The park is not maintained, and she is never in the office even when she is suppose to be. Any good reviews on here were written by her friends. We have had to file complaints with the Attorney Generals office for issues in the past. It took 2 years for them to update our electrical box that was only equipped to handle an RV. The owner is as cheap as they come. He raises our rent every year but does nothing to update the park. Any time we leave messages for the manager she NEVER gets back to us. I have gotten into a screaming match with my neighbor regarding parking. I left her a voicemail, and still haven’t heard from her. Laziest person I’ve ever met!!!!

This is an amazing place to live! In six years any issues that cane about were quickly resolved by the manager. Over the years the improvements made by the park have really shown every holiday the office and entrance has cute little decorations and candy dishes for the children, and every spring and summer the flowers and lawn look beautifully maintained. The manager is great to work with and is very knowledgeable in the new landlord tenant laws as well as the the manufacturer housing laws! Weve lived in two different trailers and just recently PCSd and they offered help with every step which was greatly appreciated as it was all new to us and very stressful to go at alone. With Monicas help both processes went very smooth and we had a better understanding of what we were doing. My family was definitely sad to leave as it was a beautiful family friendly atmosphere and all the neighbors look out for one another and are for the most part all kind people.Thank you Oak Hollow for being our home for the last six years !

The management there has been really great lately she has done alot to make the community very family friendly and overall has done a wonderful job at making the community a greater place to live.100% would recommend living here.

Wont do anything about the meth heads in the 1st apartment or the drug dealers in the back. Constant traffic in and out of the park they dont do anything about the Extra cars parked around park and they do very little to maintain the peace. Drug dealers in-and-out of the windows and nothing is done this place is not safe for children and the landlord doesnt do anything but take pictures but these pictures do nothing

Its kinda crowded, but it seems, according to some tenants I talked to, to be a fairly quiet place with only occasional minor disturbances.

Total junkyard, some homes are totally unlivable. The manager is the laziest “manager” I’ve ever encountered.

Just moved to the area, housing is minimal around here, few apartments/houses that fit my needs. So I stop here, and let me tell you what a horrible idea that was. First off, you can only reach management 3 days a week, 2 hours a day, and thats if she decides to go to work that day, getting in contact with management took 2 WEEKS! She lives in the park! Also, her customer service skills are lacking and I witnessed serious favoritism. The trailers that are for sale are dirty, broken down and way over priced! But I am desperate, so I figure, why not.... Even with the possibility of selling a trailer this woman refuses to work any more than a few hours a week, and again, thats if she wants to work, which she doesnt. Youll have better luck living in the camping section of Wal-Mart. The entire park is dirty, over run with broken down cars with no parking spaces, questionable neighbors and the laziest manager you can find!
