Nice trails to bike or walk on. Shelters look awesome for a carry-in picnic. The kids play area looks fun. No real beach access from here unless you climb down the rocks.

Amazing place to enjoy views of Lake Michigan and hike down to a little beach. Nearby Bender Park is walkable from this spot, making for a nice 3-4 mile loop.

I planned a wedding shower to be at the Lake Vista indoor pavilion. The pavilion is clean, modern, spacious with open garage doors, and beautiful! I recommend any events of 50 or less to be at this pavilion. You won’t regret it! The park in general is beautiful too. I love coming here with my husband to walk the nice paths and have picnics at their shelters.

A wonderful, new, clean, interesting park. The design is excellent and fun. Space-like shapes that spark the imagination. Apparatuses for every age or ability, from infant swings and crawling space, to challenging climbing hoops and a fast zip line. I love the family swing that lets us snuggle together on the big disk.The space also seems like it would be nice as a reception spot for a wedding or family gathering, but I havent seen it used yet. The stonework patio is beautiful though.

Great park for walking and riding your bikes. Great view of Lake Michigan. The little shelters are a great addition to be able to sit and enjoy the view. I didnt walk much of the trails but will eventually. I love the idea of the dog poop disposal stations. The playground for the kids was nice, modern feel but it could use some shade around that area. Especially in the summer months! Theres a toddler and a bigger kid section. At first when they started building the playground looked like a splash pad, but its just a regular park. I felt they could of done better with the playground, I definitely would of stayed longer! I do like the picnic tables at least there is a shade canopy. Overall its still a great park.

Really fun and beautiful! Plenty of trails to walk on through the forest. There is even another little beach if you walk along the rocks then follow the little trail.

What a great little slice of Lake Michigan shore/ cliff. Awesome views and trails for the adventure seekers. Playground with zip line for the youngsters. Picnic here on the spread way out tables everywhere.

This is a wonderful place for a family gathering. It very open and airy. In the summer it has three large garbage style doors that can open to provide great ventilation. It has a large area with a wide variety of playground equipment. Parking is plentiful and the park is easy to find. A little gem in the area

This park offers a great view of lake Michigan, and a very nice play area for kids of all ages. It is pet friendly as well.

Not your typical park. This is more of a natural area with prairie, woods, water. Lots of paved trails. The views from the shelters on the lake are beautiful. I typically bike from Lake Vista Park to nearby Bender Park early mornings when I usually have all the trails to myself. There is also a very nice visitor center with bathrooms and a playground.

Nice park...grandchildren loved the playground especially the zip line.

Nice place to sit and read or just relax looking at the lake.

Park is slowly coming together. Theyve added a couple shelters that look nice.

Brand new park... great play area for younger kids. Bathrooms and rental space for parties. No shade so bring umbrella to block sun on summer days. 10 min walk from playground to lake... another 10 min down hill alongside wild flowers to rocks and lake. Really well done... architecture is clean and modern... fields are natural.

Awesome park had a blast with my kids

It was my first time coming to this park with my kids and nieces but I must say for it being where it is located and kind of hidden it’s a awesome park! Especially the hang glide my kids loved it, but even as an adult I was playing on the stuff as well which is suitable and sturdy enough for all types of children and even adults! There is many different choices of play areas to choose from. I encourage the visit!

I went to Lake Vista Park for the first time on the 4th of July. We came early and set up at a table and played games while waiting for the fireworks. The kids played at the amazing playground which has a nice, long zip line, large, accessible or multi person swing, soft cushion floor and much more! There are two bathrooms by the playground area that are always open and 6 or 8 picnic tables, some of which have umbrellas. There are also two separate seating areas that are set up like living rooms but the chairs are low to the ground. There is a nice, air conditioned building for rent with a large overhang in case it starts raining. We actually pushed our table under the overhang for shade and a little bit of drizzle. This area also has two parking lots with about 60-70 parking spots and two additional picnic area with a little shade coverage. There is another parking area on the east side that has an overlook of the lake and paved walking trails which lead to two additional lookouts with cover. There are also a few more parking areas along the roadway on the south side of the park. There is a ton of space for picnicking, flying kites or drones or playing games. This park is a great addition to our great city- I highly recommend checking it out!!

Excellent and fun for all! Love the small Zipline ride and soft landing around play area! Need more restrooms, especially down by Shelter 2! The littlest ones cant wait.

Perfect for little kids and big kids! Scenery is great! Love taking pictures of the kids here! Tons of places to sit and eat and hangout! The nicest/cleanest park bathrooms Ive ever seen. You and your kid(s) will love it here.

I absolutely love this area. You get an amazing view of Lake Michigan and there are paved paths to walk on. There are also some new shelters as well. Theres a small playground for children as well and a shelter.

Lots of fun for my toddler! Some of the areas need maintenance.

We rented the pavilion for our twins birthday party. The facility is totally new, and worked perfectly for our party. The scenery wasnt too interesting because we rented in December, but we think that a summer rental of this place would be amazing.

I loved

I used to live in Oak creek and always thought that they should do something with their Lakefront area--they did something wonderful! The Steep Hill was a challenge, but they turned it into an advantage by creating wonderful shelter areas that are secluded and relaxing! They somehow designed it in a way that even hide the Smoke Stacks from the Electric Plant! The Pavilion has a great place for kids to play, theres tons of open green areas and wonderful views of Lake Michigan!

I love this park! Its split up into a lot of different sections so theres always more to explore. Very clean and well kept.

They park here is amazing for both toddlers and older kids. Very clean with bathrooms that are clean with baby changing tables in both men and women bathrooms.
