My son loves Launch, we had birthdays here and even just came by just for the arcade one time. Great family establishment! Food isn’t all that great but what can you expect honestly. Staff seem to always be vigilant and aware of the surroundings. Restrooms are fairly clean.

Good for kids, we had a birthday party today. Food is really fresh and tasty. We had amazing party and all credit goes to the staff, especially the host assigned to our party. The only concern is once kids are free to play, its hard to manage them together. Party needs to be managed in a way we keep kids together. They were just left over to play wherever they want, also no door keeping at exit, kids were running all over the trampoline park(difficult for party parents to manage kids)

Sign at entrance said new owners. The employees were awesome, friendly and helpful. Venue was clean. Prices were expected, like the $3 over salted pretzel. Kids had a great time!My friend had his sons birthday party there and when pizza was served, I grabbed a piece, started to choke on the taste and had to spit it out in my napkin. The money my friend spent for the kids to bounce and play games & to have pizza, chicken fingers & french fries was overrated(all yellow foods). This piece of pizza tasted like cardboard, not that I eat cardboard. I couldnt imagine what the ingredients are but it was awful. If the food served for birthday parties could be upgraded I would have given 5 stars!Suggestions for upgrade: Fruit salad - veggie platter - finger sandwiches -better pizza etc.I played the grab machine, I grabbed one of the balls inside and the Pinchers didnt hold it! Had someone try it also same thing happened. There was a grab candy machine and it was empty where I could see the bottom. I understood that a separate company came in to fill machines, but they need to tighten up on those pincers and at least fill the machines. I loved that tickets didnt spit out of them and went directly to your card that you get instead of having to pump in tokens. Prizes were adequate & appropriate. Nothing funnier than a super sized whoopie cushion.

New and improved my sons loved it. Dodge ball, basketball dunk, and lazer tag is always a favorite for teens. The new food selection excellent. Suggestion more space for shoes and coat people just started leaving their thing on the ramp as you walk up. Could be a problem down the road if you had a person in a wheelchair. Overall great experience.

New renovations came with grossly increased prices, less room to jump, and a less enjoyable experience. Plus, the food prices rival those at top tier amusement parks. If you are looking for trampoline fun, or just fun, look elsewhere.

This was a tough night. Staff is more concerned about chatting amongst themselves and we waited over an hour for a pizza and ended up having to leave it behind since it was to much trouble to get a refund. Sat with several other families during school vacation week. The establishment was quiet and still the service was terrible. Dont waste your time or mo eye here.

Amazing with the new remodel, came in twice this week and I was recognized as soon as I came in. I appreciate that the staff understand my sons disability and and he is able to be.The manager was amazing also!!!

Great time with my family of 6! They have space for toddlers to teens and they had so much fun! My only regret is not bringing a towel, its a serious workout for adults in the summer! They have a section for a quick bite to eat and a small arcade. For the price I was more than happy. Children 2 and under are free and get to use the trampolines too! The staff is all friendly and attentive, great place!

I took my toddlers and they Loved it! They have a special area that is just for smaller kids which was really good to get them used to it without a bunch of kids trampling them. They have a foam pit that is fun, but not a lot too it and is difficult to manage with two little ones who dont want to get out. Thankfully it wasnt too busy in the morning so we had no issues with it.

I just don’t like the fact they don’t have a water fountain or something. They rather the kids dehydrate or pay $2.00. Not cool

Absolutely thrilled with the new Launch in Norwood.Much more than just a fresh coat of paint, I can honestly say I was wowed by the improvements made during renovations.The decor is much cleaner, and easier on the eyes than the old Lime Green that was here for so long.The arcade is a tremendous improvement. (If I had one gripe, its that at least 1-2 of the kids games were LESS than $1 per play, the cost adds up quick with two little kids in tow)The jump area is dramatically better, with different zones, and new additions. There is an American Ninja-esque obstical area, alond with two difference types of tightrope walks, two different size badketball areas, and a much cleaner feel to the entire area. They even have a better lighting system, making it that much more fun for the kids.I think this is the best place in Norwood for you to take your 8-15 year olds for a great afternoon, and we didnt even try the new lazer tag arena yet!!! (Next time!)100% recommend!!We will be back.

My son is 12, and they do these things all the time. He and his buddies say this is the best of the tramp parks.

Normally this place is really good and services is nice but it was extremely disappointed today I bought a family fun pack expecting to spend at least an hour and 45 minutes there but no one told me that they were planning to close early, I end eating cold pizza at home and without time to use the arcade

It was not that great of an experience. The first employee let us play 2v2 basketball on the hoop and second told us if we did he would kick us out. The pizza tasted metal and water fountain was warm. The employees were rude to us the whole time and the food sucked, don’t go here.

The staff is Amazing! I booked through Christine in the call center and she was very accommodating and had a great attitude. When we arrived Cait assisted us with the party and shes the best! My daughter and her 8 friends had a fantastic time and I am very satisfied with the customer service!

Great time but much more expensive than before

Fun spot for kids (and their adults!). You really only need a 1-hour pass. That much jumping wears the kids out, then you have a snack, play some arcade games, and youre good to go for the day. Well definitely be back for a second visit.

Most of the trampolines have been taken out my friends are unsatisfied with the visit. The cost to pay is not what it is worth, overall It wasn’t a good experience

Went to a birthday party here. They have a basketball trampoline set up, Dodge ball area, and a section for little kids like two and under as well as regular trampolines to jump on. They have arcade games that you can try to win tickets and turn in for prizes. A food/snack area. Overall it was a good time.

Fun place for kids. Staff are not very strict. Food is ok, what is to be expected at a trampoline park. Arcade games are mostly a $1 a piece, so your arcade card goes pretty quickly. But a good place to bring kids, they will love it.

Lots of people, not enough space, extremely loud. Had another kids birthday there and were happy to get out of there. There are definitely better options available!

They do have little package deals n bday party place.Dodge ball is great someone there to tell kids there out. small but clean.Games are all 1:00 small place just for littleones.No outside food or drinks.Staff friendly.

I book the birthday party, but no one picks the call

I had my sons 12th party here yesterday!! It was horrible!! It was chaotic..which is expected...but so chaotic that it was unorganized. I had other families kids helping themselves to our party favors etc resulting in me being short for the kids attending my party. The pizza was disgusting. Microwaved and parents refused to let their kids eat it because it tasted like chemicals. I arrived at my scheduled party at 3pm and had to stand and wait for 15-20 min before being able to go to party table because the host was still cleaning up prior parties mess. My party only was able to jump from 330-4pm. And everything was so rushed and uncomfortable. At exactly 440 the host told us we needed to leave because her next party was there. Rushed us out so fast that EVERYONE forgot jackets behind and had to go back to get them etc. I spent over 300 here and expected to have a party that seemed worth as much. I was very disappointed and will not have another party here unfortunately. I could Have spent that much money and hosted a party at home and enjoyed it. My son was upset because his party bag got taken from another child from another party and because he said he didnt even get to have any fun time with his friends. Very upsetting.

Took my kids here for an evening playtime. They had fun, my 1 year old was scared at first but was more comfortable with the trampoline by the time we left. Will be going back.

Acceptable is about as high as I would rate this place There are only a few areas for little kids. Unless your child is at least 8 years old theyre going to get run over. The staff on the floor does little to enforce safety or rules. If youre with young children your going to have to spend a lot of time enforcing lines at the pits or all of the older children will just walk in front of them. The bathroom is vile. Just do yourself a favor and hold it. Short of a complete power wash and retiling it there is no saving it. Over the last few years they have expanded their video games and concessions. The noise factor and lights are overwhelming. For my time and money, Ill be driving to Altitude in Attleboro.

A fun time with the kids, but seems to get more expensive with every visit (now you need special socks!). They removed the water fountain, and dont allow outside drinks (obviously to force people to buy their water there).Facilities are clean, and staff was responsible and watchful to make sure everyone is safe.

You guys are the worst.I broke My ankle at your place.And your employes did not care.I had to go on cast and cruches.When I got back on my feet they said no sports until school ends and proply the rest of the year.You Just DESTROED SOMEONE DREAM OF BEING A BASKETBALL PLAYER.

Fun place. Kids have to be watched. A little more kid crowd control will help to avoid sad injuries.

This is another Birthday Party Factory. Gets crowded on weekends. Lots of overpriced videogames. Food there is unexciting. Been here a few times. Kids seemed to enjoy it.

Had my daughters birthday party here. Our host was amazing!!!! I just wish they had a longer reservation time to sit and eat pizza and cake for the celebration. Other than that...my kids and I love this place.

We went last year for my daughters birthday and it was fun. This year, she wants to go again and you cannot get through to book a party. I have called at various times and cannot get through.Looks like they are a victim of their own success.

I jumped into the foam pit and lied waiting for the next unsuspecting child to jump in. Once they finally did i emerged screaming and sent them into a seizure in front of all the parents. It took a full 20 minutes for someone to call an ambulance. Next time i shouldnt do that when kids with weak hearts visit.

Kind of small. Its half arcade/food court and half trampolines so its hard to call it a full blown trampoline park. Skyzone is far better but it kept my camp kids occupied well enough so I guess thats what really matters.

Loving the remodeling

This place is so cool. Cost allot of money but so way worth it. Kids get exercise and parents can as well if they want to join in. I would recommend this to anyone with kids who need to burn off some energy.

Weve been so many times and weve had so much fun. Every time weve gone it has been very well worth it. Launch is more then a Trampoline Park with Dodge Ball, Basketball, Foam Cubes, an Arcade and a Food Court. I take my kids as much as I can and every time I do they get so much energy out then spend the rest of the day talking about how much fun they had. Parking is never an issue and the hours are perfect. For a place that can get real busy the staff does a great job making sure the kids are safe and things dont get too crazy. I love this place! Ive convinced my kids that this is the same kind of training that takes place on the Tri Carrier at Shield Academy :) :) :)

Dont listen to the website, this place is strictly for kids. Tried to go there with for a adult party (as advertised for), we were clearly not a fit. They were cooperative and understanding, promptly refunded our deposit.

Kid had a great time. I had the wrong pair of grippy socks. Extra $2. Otherwise, was good.

The kids had a great time jumping! We came at a not so busy time (Monday evening) and it was great; the employees played a game of dodgeball with the kids because there wasnt enough kids to challenge, lol.. Great people and fun atmosphere! We will definitely be back again!

My son and I have never had a bad experience, when we are here. The people are nice, and friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

My brother and sister had a blast there, including the arcade which unlike most wasnt a ripoff with the play until you win crane machine. The problem we had was that they got there around 6:10 and paid up front and were not informed about the half an hour time frame, so when the bell rang at 6:30 they had to leave the thing they came for. I am amazed the employee who was at the front didnt tell them to wait until the next cycle!

Very good entertainment $9 for half hour $16 for the hour then you have to buy socks for $2 but they have video games they dont take orders you have to use a credit card that sucks or you could put cash in the machine but overall its fun my daughter is 5 and she loves it little on the pricey side but this day in age thats what you going to get 8 out of 10 Stars I think for $16 they should let you a jump for the an hour and a half everythings already built the rest of the Revenue coming in as profit so they should make it an hour and a half or 16 bucks cuz thats a lot of money

The kids have a great time but you gotta stay with your younger ones age 9 or less esp at birthday parties. Place is so busy anybody could walk in and snatch a kid unnoticed.
