I pray to the gods that the owners decide to rehabilitate this place post-flooding damage and open back up. So many fond memories from the 90s, the kids deserve to have somewhere to skate in central-Cincinnati.

Getto un perfesional before he place got close see due to water damage the owner did not even have the decency to pay some of her s workers. God dont like ugly I hope it never opens back up or somebody buys it and do better. Oh well.

LOVE this place. So old school! With old school customer service, translation, they make you feel GREAT! Everyone works hard to make sure the whole family has the best experience. We love it! Its definitely WHATS HOT!

I went here with a bunch of friends and it was worth every cent. Fun Factory is a great time and the staff is friendly.

Dirty, and I mean dirty, trash everywhere on the skate floor. Ceiling looked like it would fall in at any moment, a quarter of the lights didnt work. Good luck finding some straight clean skates. They played rap music dropping F-bombs all night with hundreds of children, $2 dollar night for children under 12. Staff was too busy to make change for a locker, I think they had maybe 6 people working. Children (3 and up) skating in all directions, even backwards, with no monitor or supervision any kind, dangerous. Kids on the skating floor with no shoes or skates, 8-10 people crashed on the floor at any given time, kids stopped on their cell phones. Complete unsupervised chaos, completely unprofessional establishment. Find any other place to skate.

Its was a very close form of entertainment for my family. They are permanently closed now and for sale. It happened when norwood had huge flood they were completely damaged.

BEWARE! My friend had her expensive camera stolen and the security video cameras are not working !So someone could kidnap your kid and there would be no surveillance tape of it! Lousy place, cheap-o owners who dont care about their patrons enough to have security working.

They have their hours of opereation posted online and they were not even open. Probably best they were not open because the neighborhood does not look like a place you would want to take your child.

Horrible they really need to update everything its not worth the money more than half of the games dont work and the employees always have attitudes Bathrooms always flooded and usable the sound system sounds like a boombox and the jumping house kept deflating they suck!
