I went to the clerks office to request a new copy of a birth certificate. I was surprised at the speed with which we were served. And true to their word, I had the new certificate within the 20-day time frame they promised.

They have computers now making everything so much faster.

It was far less crowded than expected. If you have difficulty standing in a corralled line remember to bring in your assistive device.
