I moved my sister there, single unit. I am 160 miles away but visit and check often as do the nearby family. Its nice to know that Management, Debbie and Steve are very attentive and friendly. Area is clean and tidy, club house, very nice! Pool is a delight and clean with lovely setting, patio furniture, lounge chairs etc. Laundry room access. My sister is there 3+ years and feels safe!

Very nice and quiet

Clean decent park lots of new homes coming in even the older models are very nicely kept rent is reasonable only minus is the 5 freeway runs at your doorstep.
