My grandmother has lived here since 95 i grew up in her home off an on as a child it was a very nice place back when i was younger. Now its 2020 my grandmother still lives here shes elderly an her lot rent has went up she has to pay two separate bills things need fixed that no one will fix its hard for her to get ahold of any mainence guy. the park is to dark at night an people fly in an out an dont watch how they drive in an out that place. You can tell they gave up with trying to keep that place looking good. The owner owns another park in wakeman thats more run down then this place. This place isnt how it was when i was a child.

Rented a place that had mold. Had scheduled the place for viewing before I was moved out. Gave tons of trouble about random water bill prices. Wont rent from them again.

People thought Midtown was bad before.. the previous manger at least responded to texts/calls and immediately reacted to an emergency.. our heat went out this winter and she brought us her own space heaters because she couldnt get anyone to us til the next morning.This new guy SUCKS Ive been calling for 2 months with an issue thats still not fixed and I havent even got a call back. And a much bigger issue arose today that he refuses to address until tomorrow. I literally had to drive around the park to find a car I knew belonged to someone in maintenance to get the managers cell number. Were now sleeping at a hotel because theres no water at home.

Nice quiet mobile home park, perfect place to raise a family.

It is a quiet park and the neighborhood is friendly. Only issue i really have is the late fee of $65 and a(n) extra $2 a day after the initial 5 day late fee, just seems priced too high. Especially when dealing with extenuating circumstance.(EDIT): The $65 late fee was doubled due to two separate rent bills, one for lot rent and the other for trailer rent/water/sewer. 8 days late cost $130 extra....

VERY BAD PLACE, PLEASE DONT COME HERE! I was confused on how to pay my rent and why one of my rents (the trailer) was so high and I called them to discuss it!Guess WHAT? NOT ONLY I got an a answering machine for a whole month, but they never returned my calls!!!They overcharge you late fees so your Rent becomes double and triple! Its 65 times 2 + $2/day until you pay in full!!!So they make it impossible for a person to catch up!I just paid them 3 rents and they want to kick me out!

Moved in 5 months ago, roof needed to be replaced before I even moved in but was promised it would be fixed within the month. Havent heard from John but once since when I sent him a video of the ceiling leaking through a month ago! And you guessed it still no work on it. This park is honestly ran by a slumlord who glees to overcharge you and then never fix anything.

Nice place. Most people are friendly, its pretty quiet on my street. Everybody mostly keeps to themselves .

Terrible management. Said we would receive a letter as to why we were not accepted. Never received said letter. I honestly believe our $60 application fee was pocketed & we were denied because we pointed out all stuff they expected us to fix. Its hard to get ahold of anyone for this property. My sister has lived there for almost 3-4 months & still cannot make food in her oven due to the fact they have not yet fixed it. Overall terrible most definitely will not recommend anyone applying to live there.

Lovly trailer park. Clean but when it comes to dusk not ma y of the street lamps work so it can be hard to get around in there expecially if tpi are not familiar with going there

Management is HORRIBLE! Owners dont take care of the roads in winter its like a skating rink! Never return phone calls. They told us water was included in lot rent, its clearly not and owners pay for renters...they are crooks..stay clear and do not buy or rent here!

My family and I were working with Catholic charities to get a trailer there. Catholic charities was going to pay the deposit and the first two months rent so that we could get in there and park management wouldnt work with them after saying they would. I wasted a month trying to get everything thing done to move in to end up with nothing. I would recommend going elsewhere. They want you to more into trailers that are not really ready to move into and use your money to fix them up in exchange for no deposit.

Not bad. The part of the trailer hood Im in is quiet. Neighbors are pretty much to themselves. I wish the lease was a little bit less.

Lease said no security deposit. Management made us pay a security deposit, stole it, and stole our first months rent. Trailer was old and falling apart, painted over mold, had mushrooms growing out of the walls and floor.

Went here to look at places to rent. Options I was given werent great at all. They smelled horrible like animal urine and trash. One place had the carpet ripped up, and water damage in the flooring. Holes in the walls, and trash everyone including old used diapers. No appliances in any of the options. All need some sort of work done to it from major to minor small things. She wanted to charge me $675 per month, and I fix any of the issues. I had settled on one that needed the least work, filled out the application (including application fee), contacted the park manager, and got no response at all. I attempted to contact her requesting an update on if I got the place or not. Still no response. After almost 5 months I have still received nothing. Would not recommend living here. Very shady place.

Poor management. There never on site or in office. Never answer or return phone calls,emails, or text from renters. Very rarely they fix anything. Some trailer are unsafe to live in.
