Terrible customer service, terrible experience. Fitting experience was good, purchased the 0211 Irons and everything after that was terrible. Order came in with incorrect sized grips, waited almost 3 weeks to get the new ones. Meanwhile, new irons sat in my closet. When the grips arrived, I was told to go to my local country club or to Golf Galaxy and pay out of pocket to re-grip. 6 weeks from point of purchase was finally able to use them. Lost a good 10yards in distance, and 20yards from the fitting. So, asked about returning the irons and now I’m out of the 30 day window and stuck with irons that I feel I was duped into buying. . I was out of the 30day window before I even used them!!!!!!!!! Lost my business, will not recommend. If this how you treat customers, I don’t want to be apart of it!

Today was my third trip up here. I live about a hour and fifteen minutes away, so it’s not super close. Today was also my second time bringing in another new client to PXG, and the second consecutive person that purchased a set of irons. The clubs honestly sells themselves. As soon as you start hitting them and seeing the data on there Trackman system, you are sold. Nate is about the baddest fitter I have met, and just a tremendous assist to the company. This is also my second fitting as well, and my third set! My first fitting was for the 0211s. They are terrific clubs that I will be holding on to, I would of rather had the Gen 3s but due to budgets at that time it wasn’t in the cards. But Mr Parson recently dropped the price on his Hero’s program, so it was a must purchase. The irons are pure butter. No better iron in the planet period! Nate took his time, we went through about 5 shafts until the feel, and data was dead on. We did a split set, 5,6,7 P irons and the 8,9,P,A XP irons. Needless to say I am super excited for spring to get here. Well done to Matt and Nate. Many thanks

PXG Chicago was a great experience! From the time you walk in and throughout the fitting process. The staff is very knowledgeable and take all the time you need to get dialed in just right. Just got to hit my new irons for the first time and am even more impressed than during the fitting. They are the best irons I have ever hit! Thanks for the support PXG #PXGTROOPS
