Our event went perfectly! The food was delicious and the staff couldnt have been more helpful! It is definitely worth considering for your next wedding or charity event.

We recently held a dinner party for 80 at the Mission Hills Country Club.I received many compliments on the food and the service. Suzanne Gheradini helped tremendously in the planning and was present at the event to make sure everything went as planned. Our dinner was perfectly staffed so there was no waiting for cocktails at the bar or for extra coffee at the end of dinner. Dinner was delicious and served graciously. Suzanne followed through on everything that was promised and was key to the success of our event. We could not have picked a better place for our sons wedding! Suzanne and her staff are wonderful. No detail was spared. The food was amazing! Thank you for as my son and daughter in law said making their Dream wedding come true!

If you are younger and have a family - avoid this place. The residents are old and angry. They will report you to security for literally walking down the street.

Everyone is old and super angry... So I guess if you are old and angry this is the place for you!

Hosted engagement ceremony on July 27, 2019 at this location for my niece. Most unpleasant experience. We host 3-4 events a year at different places, this was the worst.Poor customer service,Bar was promised for 4 hours, but half of the time the Bar tender was missing. We probably got app 3 hours of bar.Waiter staff was not doing their job. I had hired two helpers to manage the food ( they refused to provide such help, even for payment). My helpers were cleaning the tables, picking the plates. Mission Hills waiters were too lazy to clear the tables.AC was not working. The manger on duty told me that one of the vents blew up, but he can provide the fans. He provided two fans. Later he blamed the Groom side, saying that they left the door open.I complained to the lady, we initially dealt with, so she left in the middle of the party. I spoke to the manager in charge at a length about the issues. he kept on giving me different explanations and excuses.Overall, such a bad experience, very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We had our Wedding Reception at Mission Hills and I cannot say a bad word about our experience.VENUE - we looked at a number of locations before coming across Mission Hills. The moment we walked into MH, we were greeted with such kindness and warmth from Suzanne (the coordinator). Since we saw the venue in the off-season, she showed us a ton of pictures of how other couples have decorated and how theyve made it their own. I had guests tell me that it felt like a warm welcoming wedding and it felt like they were walking into a cozy home for an amazing wedding.FOOD - oh.my.goodness. I was SHOCKED by how fantastic the food was. We did the day-of-choice for our wedding and Im so glad we did. I ate the steak the day of our my wedding and WOW. It was tender and juicy and so flavorful. Its so nice that ALL of the food is prepared the day of and it isnt sitting under warmers for hours. Kudos to the chef!!SERVICE/STAFF - Suzanne was amazing to work with. She was very responsive whenever I would text or call her with questions throughout the year of wedding planning. She would send pictures of the venue if I had questions about location of things or even decor recommendations. Any time I stopped by the venue, it was like I was meeting with a family member- she was so welcoming! She made the whole wedding process Much less stressful and helped in so many ways!!PRICE - As I mentioned, we went to a number of venues before finding & selecting Mission Hills and MH is the best bang for your buck. Weddings are not cheap to begin with, but to get an amazing venue, delicious food, fantastic service, and other things included, the price is ABSOLUTELY worth it.AMBIANCE - We got married at the end of October (2019) so the sun sets relatively early at that time of year. We had candles at each table including the votives...The ambiance and beauty of the room just radiated. I received so, so, so many compliments on how beautiful the room looked. MH had white christmas lights on some trees outside so looking out the large window was so beautiful. I love the gold chairs (which is not an up-charge!) and the brick walls.I have absolutely no regrets with having out Wedding at Mission Hills. If I could do it again, I wouldnt change a thing!! I loved everything about our experience.Thank you SO SO much Mission Hills!!!

I had my engagement party here and what a horrible experience. The AC didnt work properly. My clothes were sticking to my body thats how bad it was. The staff wasnt around when needed them to be, And there was one bartender. Who tried to accommodate my guest but she needed help. I wouldnt recommend this place.

We attended my nieces wedding there last summer. It was a truly wonderful never-ending experience. The scenery outdoors was beautiful and the menu was fun and exciting. They chose to incorporate a grilled cheese station and a root beer float station with a guest choice entree. The food was amazing and the servers were awesome! Overall a fantastic evening spent enjoying loved ones and a gorgeous venue as a plus. 5+ stars!

My fiance and I got married there last weekend. The staff was wonderful. When our first coordinator left we were worried, but then pleasantly surprised by how friendly, accommodating and detail oriented Kelly was. Suzanne did the most amazing job the night of. Everything was coordinated and ran smoothly. Suzanne even brought over more champagne and checked on us multiple times. Victor the head server was so sweet. He put a cooler in the bridal suit because it was hot. Everything was organized and just as we hoped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was awesome! I am really picky and I cannot think of anything I would change or anything that could have been better. Thank you Mission Hills we had an amazing wedding!

Attended 2 weddings here. Each time I wasnt disappointed. The grounds are beautiful that you can take your wedding pictures on the golf course while guests are having their appetizers. There are large windows overlooking the grounds so if you were to take said pictures your guests would be able to see you. The service was pretty good, building and surrounding area was clean, they had a gate keeper. I would recommend this place for events.

I took so long to write feedback, for those who looked for reviews I apologize for not writing sooner. We got married here in Oct 2015. Absolutely beautiful. The whole day was drizzling (we held the party inside) we werent able to take pictures outside like we hoped but that is okay. Everything came out perfectly, the people working there were always so nice, they made sure everything came out perfect. The food was exquisite, I would hire this venue again!!

Mission Hills is a hidden gem and provides great value for north suburban course. Throughout the year, Rich Mack and the grounds crew staff have been steadily improving the conditions after years of neglect. 8 par-4s and 1 par-3, it is a traditional layout - not very long, but with lush rough and sufficient trees that you keep the ball in the fairway. The staff is friendly and courteous. I can plan nine holes at a quick pace (a rarity in Chicago!) and at a reasonable price.

Well kept landscaping, beautiful flowers and shrubs.Oh, very clean. Bathrooms were extremely clean.

All that Mission Hills has going for it at this point are the courses layout and its cheap price. The owners really need to make course maintenance a priority. It could also benefit from more fairway markers, as well as more water stations. Ive been here 3 times over the last two years, and I hate to say it but I feel like Mission Hills is heading in the wrong direction.

Worst golf course I have ever played at!!! Richard Mack is the biggest scum I have ever met in my life! He treated me and my friend with no respect and had the biggest attitude I have ever heard!!!! He is definitely not qualified to interact with any human life and I feel bad for any person in this world that needs to Interact with Him!!!!! I Would never recommend this so to say golf course to anyone!!! If I could I would give this golf course zero stars!!! It is really not worth anyones time and I hope it gets shut down

Bunkers are practically concrete with weeds growing in them. Hole locations arent logical and have to walk in random areas to get there. We were the only people on the course and they decided to turn on the sprinklers while we were on the 8th green. Mind you, it was 6pm when sunset was 8pm. The attendant decided to blame US for this mishap. This is a terrible place for golf and NOT recommend it.

So after we hit our first shots, a tree which we hit the ball nowhere near had a branch break off. That probably shouldve been the sign that this was a terrible course. The greens and fairways were like concrete. Hit it right at the flag stick and itll roll past the green by 10 yards. Hit a shot 15 yards short of the green and it rolls all the way to the back of the green. The bunkers were literally hardened sand that you could putt through and to the hole from inside them (my friend who plays poorly did it numerous times). The worst was on hole #8 a bee hive was swarming by one of the trees and wasps nests were laid out all over the bunker by hole #13. All in all, wouldnt go here again ever.

Unfortunately, this was not a great course. The course seemed as if it hadnt been managed in years. The grass was dead and the service was poor. There is a very small putting green and no driving range
