It wasnt busy, so there was plenty of room. They made great announcements to remind customers to wear their masks if they werent eating, and the kids all got treat bags if they were in costume. It was really fun! Just like it used to be before the virus. The food was good, but not as good as I remember from last year. Not super fresh. But overall, we had a really good time. There was a weird rule about taking a selfie with your family instead of the hand stamps, but because there werent many people there it worked out. But that would not be good if it were crowded!
I hardly ever write reviews but I was really disappointed today with our experience. We haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese since February. I was excited to hear it had opened back up. I took my four year old and was disappointed that the staff wasn’t enforcing the mask policy. There were four adults in the building and I was the only one even wearing a mask. All the other adults were walking around without masks and 2 kids over the age of 10 without masks. Both employees has masks on but under their noses. Masks are only effective if everyone is wearing one. Being a pregnant mom, I am at higher risk and wish people could be respectful in keeping others safe. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.
This location needs improvement half the games will take your money but the actual game doesnt function and the other half only pay out small amounts and them they didnt even have all the prizes displayed
My daughter loves this place she always has a wonderful time when we go!
Food was good, but overall Chuck E Cheese used to be way better. Seems like theyre targeting toddlers instead of all ages now.
My kiddos enjoy coming to this chuck e cheese.
It was wonderful! We took the kids for an after school treat mid week and they had a blast! The option of having your tickets loaded on their playing card was awesome for me, I didnt have to keep up with hands full of tickets!!!
Fantastic $5 large cheese carryout deal. Our go to $5 pizza.
Food is too expensive for the limited menu options. Bring back all the options for the salad bar. 5 bucks for a bag of lettuce in a box with lots of topping not available. This same pizza from March that was $5-6 is now 15+
GREAT SERVICE!!! One of the best places to have a SUPER Party!!! The workers were attentive and the play area was clean and well organized
What a fun, stimulus-rich, contained place for Kiddos to play and the adults to talk within clear view. Had plenty of open games and rides, plenty of space for everyone, a very helpful and friendly staff. And whatever genius put really nice massage chairs that take the same points as the games is my hero of the day. The pizza was fresh, tasty, and just the right crunchy of crust. Limited beer selection, but it was good thats not why we went there. In the end we traded or collected tickets, traded them for candy and treasure, and left having had a great time. Well come back.
Wasnt to bad just that I noticed they were short on staff for a lunch rush. But handled it just fine took a little longer but kiddo was having a blast
Yes the kids were happy but they have gotten TOO expensive!!! The food is not that great we ordered wings & it came out as chicken nuggets. Wont be back anytime soon.️
Went on a Thursday so it wasn’t very busy, but service was slow. Friendly but slow. There were more games than I thought there would be, it kept my 2 1/2 & 4 yr old busy for 2 hours. I printed coupons online for discounts on games so it wasn’t too expensive to play. Food was expensive and the pizza tastes like cardboard—chuck e cheese should be ashamed of the price and quality of their pizza. We’ll be back to play but not to eat
My son was so excited to see chucke.. even counted down time and he never came out.. seems like everytime we come they never come out and actually dance with the kids
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a chuck e cheese. If there was a 0 stars thats what I would give. Almost ever machine did not dispense tickets, the ticket counter wouldnt even work. They were completely understaffed and we were told we would have to look around on tables to try to find some parmasian cheese and hit peppers. They threw our drinks and food away before we were even done. This was suppose to be a fun family outing and instead we are out 75 dollars and my kids are less then enthused.
Had a great time with the children, they cant get enough of it.
Only one cashier they dont know what they are doing cashier was confused on how to use my confirmation code for all you can play deal, that the cashier had to ask a cook what she should do regarding my deal and the cook informed I have to go on the website in order to use my deal Wowwwww all I could say. Cashier need training and also they need more help on the weekends especially when its crowded smh.
Its been a long while since I have been in a Chuck E. Cheese. I was pleased that you no longer have to carry a cup of full of tokens, but now have a card to pay for the games...I like this alot! The games hadnt changed too much, but the kids enjoyed them just the same. Theyre still a bit overpriced, but oh well! And, oh my...has the pizza improved! I actually enjoyed it! I had the traditional crust and was pleasantly surprised that it wasnt all dough and little everything else. Overall a good time spent!
The pizza was good but salad bar could have been much better. The lettuce was brown and black olives were slimy. It was crazy that all the ticket trading machines were broke but 1. A lot of fixing up needs to be done here.
Not super clean. Mouse wasnt the greatest dancer lol. Its chuckee cheese, parents hate it kids love it.
I do not like Chuck E. Cheeses. There, I said it! However, my 8 year old loves them. As Chuck E. Cheeses go, this one was clean, uncrowded, has friendly personnel working there, and the music was not turned up so loud that I couldnt hear myself think. Nice new building. Easy to get to location. If your child insists on a Chuck E. Cheese party, this is a pretty good one. Recommended.
Gr8 value w/fantastic coupon but no ice! Who drinks soda w/o ice?
This location is great. It was not busy for a Sunday afternoon.
Kids loved unicorn churros, fries where as black as a piece of coal and pizza had no cheese in the center
It was ok... Service was a little slow for Saturday but that could also be why.. we did have a scheduled party and it took over an 1 to get the kids their food. (Mind you its a 2 hour reservation) Our host was lost half the time but the kids had fun so thats what matters!
Fun place for the kids, plenty of arcade and ticket games.Do miss the big ball pit but hey guess you got to keep up with the times.Interesting how they do the birthday. Clearly and fun place.
If I could give it zero stars I would. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. Getting there the manager was just plain rude while taking our order. Then we waited 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza that they had just left it sitting there on the counter and it seemed like an inconvenience to get a hot pizza since it was so cold. The game attendant had such a bad attitude towards my family. There was a little boy who constantly kept pushing my one year old niece to the floor over and over again and the parent just let him do that he didnt care at all. And lastly my other niece had to go to the bathroom so bad and the worker refused to let her use it cause she had just cleaned it and she didn’t want her to make it dirty again. It was to the point my niece had an accident and my mom had to gripe at the lady just to let her go into the bathroom. Worst location! Stay far far away!
Great service. Lead on duty, Tatiana, was wonderful. Highly recommend
Its beginning to be to expensive for a family outing. For the price you pay their staff does double duties that leaves the customer to do the everything for themselves.not enough staff. The price for a salad is way to high for what is on the salad bar. 9 plus dollars is extreme for a salad thats not worth 5 dollars. There use to be entertainment for the children besides games. I dont mind paying for something of value but you need to rethink your product. This place use to rock on Friday night but the numbers were minimal last night and it was a perfect night to be inside..cold. Cutting staff..raising prices..lack of entertainment doesnt get it. I have been taking my family to Chuckies for more than 30 years. Rethink value and fun.
Im baffled how ran down this location has become.... Every table has trash on it, trash all over the floor, half the arcades are off, only one person at the counter and the biggest disappointment was when Chuck E. never came out... The announcement went off 3 times and not once did he come out... my daughter was pretty sad and said Chuck E. doesnt love us anymore daddy, I dont want to ever come back here...... which is good for me cause I really dislike this place.
Several games were broken and kids were not given the ticket awards that they should have received. Completely understaffed and Chuck-E-Cheese was less than enthusiastic...
We had a nice birthday party there for our great-granddaughter Avery Elise Hardy
Sorry, but this people work to stress! May be not their foult, but my kiddos were frustrating.
I took my son just for something to do and I figured hed enjoy it. Which he had so much fun. He loves chucky and got to see him twice. The first time he got a lot of tickets during the ticket splash since he was the only kid around. He had a lot of fun playing the games and the staff were super nice. The only issue was when we were causing in our tickets. The lady during it at the time miscalculated our tickets at first saying we had hundred and something when we had 259 because I counted ahead of time. Then we should have had 29 left and she told us we had none. Which we really couldnt get much but my son could have gotten one more 15 ticket item. Not to big of an issue she just should be more careful some kids are much luckier to have more tickets and I wouldnt want them stuck short. But we had such a lovely time and I love how friendly Chucky is with the children who adore him!
Most of the games broke easily but it was pretty good
Havent been here in years. Everything is upgraded, which is cool, but then not so much because everything costs so much more than it used to. One game wasnt giving out tickets, the riding Chuck e cheese with photo had no paper. Severely understaffed on a Saturday afternoon. Pizza is definitely better than what it used to be though! Doesnt taste like cheesy Styrofoam anymore. Tables uncleaned for the 2 hours we were there. The left entire unit of fountain drinks was out of order. Manager was having to cook. Had to wait forever while the only employee having to take orders was too busy to give us our measly trinkets. If it wasnt for the fact that someone stands at the front of this establishment and wont let a stranger take your kid out I wouldnt bother coming. There are better options for gaming and food at easily equal cost. The kids had fun though and thats what counts, right?
Love that they now have a pay for time option. This location isnt ever super busy which is nice and all of the machines work well. (Aaaand they have wine!)
Great! Friendly staff!! Clean and not crowded.
I have a 2 year old, 4 year old and a 5 year old all of whom had games suited to their age. We usually play for about 45 minutes - 1 hour for $25: 100 points to split between the three children, dad and I playing a few games here and there as well. This location actually replaced some older games with new ones here recently. Pizza is your main food entree and unfortunately the quality I find less than Little Caesars and overly priced. I would stick with the salad bar if anything, fortunately my children like salads. The Chuck E Cheese employee, bouncer, always checks to make sure the family has the same number stamped on their hand/forearm to ensure children leave with whom they arrived with. We bring our kids after a tasty meal and enjoy a little family fun night of games and smiles.
It was a great experience for me and my grandbaby girl shes almost three I think had not seen her in months. Just lovely,
Kids always have fun! Some of the ticket munchers were not working but the staff was nice and attentive.
Staff is always friendly, though some seem to not quite know what their pricing/specials are. Great food. Fun for kids. Last time quite a few games were shut down or just not working. But its not all the time.
Pretty clean facility and wasnt too busy when we went for a party. Much nicer than the Grand Prairie location.
The facility was clean. The games were great. The workers not so much. The front desk lady tried to charge us for something without telling us it was an extra cost. Then she seemed flustered when we asked for her to take it off. The prize counter guy was not kid friendly at all. He just grabbed that calculator and said what do you want. My 2 year old picked a toy from the display and he said we dont have any when there were over 50 sitting in the display. He stated he didnt have any in the back basket.. he didnt even offer to open the display to get us the toy. We will try another location next time.
Decent pizza and salad bar, good place for a birthday, however games constantly needed tickets or maintenance. Several games ate the money, and didnt give us play time.Went to a friends childs birthday, so not too worried, just annoying.
Its definitely an older Chuck-E-Cheese but still good
LOVE this chuck e cheese its always clean never crowded.
We traveled here by motor transportation. Once we got here the hospitality was impeccable. We were sat down and treated to a fine cuisine of Italian food. Once chucky came out he put on a spectacular show. I was very satisfied with the experience.
No lunch buffet for the kids Monday -Friday only onWeekends. Worker didn’t seem to want to be there. Seemed annoyed and disgusted.
I will always love this place!
Birthday party for our granddaughter. The service was great.
Jocelyn was a great party hostess. And as always, great time for the kids!
My little dougter enjoy it alot of games.
Most of the games worked, but some had issues or no tickets. Kids loved it regardless.
The people who work here are nice. Just didnt like the food the last 2 times. Not sure what waa different
Its a different kind of place than I remember as a kid, but its not bad. Most of the games are ticket games, but skee ball is always fun. My small kids had a good time, good place for birthday parties, but the food is pretty expensive, and even my 6-year-old felt a bit too old for it. Also, I dont like the gambling style ticket games, where you just hit one button trying to get a jackpot. But if you dont have a place to host a dozen kids for a birthday party, its a decent option.
This has always been a great place to throw a birthday celebration for young children, although the noises and lights can be somewhat overstimulating for those of us with sensitive systems. The pizza, chicken wings, and salad bar are all very good.
Yeah. Its Chuck E Cheese...so its not that much fun for adults but the staff at this one is awesome and super friendly with children.
This place is so over rated. The pizza was terrible and cost ridiculous prices. Ordered the all-u-can eat salad bar and was given a tiny piece of plastic plate and no fork. The plate was so small and thin when i went the second time it started to crack down the side. If you are going to pay too much for salad you should atleast get a decent plate and a fork. The staff were not very friendly either. They acted like it was a problem if you had to ask for anything. NOT GOING BACK!
Staff needs to be a little more courteous. Games have somewhat improved. Spent significantly less than previous times so there prices are better. Used to dread going to any Chuck E cheeses not so much next time.
I went up there Sunday to celebrate my daughters birthday party I had called the store Friday night and talked to the store manager to make sure I can have my daughter birthday party without a reservation and to be able to bring my own stuff. I get to their place everything was going great the store manager hooked me up on the food and the play points she was awesome. So chuck comes out to sing for the kids and he only sang for one table mind you theres like 2 more families besides mine so I go talk to one of the employees and I asked about how come he didnt come to my table she said to me he didnt come because one my party wasnt a reservation and because that one family payed more than me. I was beyond mad when she said I didnt pay as much as the other family in the 5 years I been with customer service that was no proper respond or way to handle the situation beyond furious I honestly felt disrespected.
Lousy pizza. Over priced drinks. Refused to let my wife face paint at our grandsons birthday party unless we paid for a 25.00 per guest party pack. Not particularly clean either. Tickets kept running out. Did I say nasty pizza? Eat cardboard with catsup on it. It would taste better that way.
Buyer be aware: So you all ways wonder if the ticket counter can count as fast as it takes them in. It cant, I counted my tickets to see. For the ten I stuck in, I got seven. This establishment is ran by crocks! Now you know.
Came for a birthday party. My daughter loved it
1st time at this location. Food was good. Store was clean. Customer service was not good... Maybe they were understaffed??? Kids were out of school early so went here for a treat. Only saw 3 employees in the 2 hours we were there on a Friday afternoon. Dont mean to sound whiney... too late for that I guess.. But had to wait for everything - placing and order, 1/2 hour for pizza, plastic ware, prize redemption and then for someone to scan us out! Whew!
We had a wonderful time!My son and I got here a little late, but we met had an amazing time!We met an awesome woman named Cynthia who was so kind to us.
This location does not even deserve the 1 star! This was my 2nd visit in 1 week to a Chunk E Cheese location with my grandchildren . I must admit I have never complained or written a review however the treatment we received from the Assistant Manager Guadalupe Uribe was unacceptable. The Assistant Manager was very rude, unprofessional and I am in utter disbelief that Chuck E Cheese allows this individual to represent them. This location is definitely not a place Where a Kid can be a Kid.
My grandson and daughter and I had so much fun they werent to crowded . And we won so many tickets for him . Its a shame that would be her last time for she passed two weeks ago . I will continue to take him in her memory
Its a good place for the children to go to
Kid friendly, sure fire way to have a great time, good food too
Always a great place to go to keep the kids busy. And there new stuff crust pizza is so good!
Bad food and the drink just ice when complaining withe the manager hir name sandia she not doing any for my kids Im still waiting but nothing change please dont go this store moor
Good place for bday parties
I have always LVED Chuck-E-Cheese and so have the kids! Chuck-E-Cheese has got even better, now you can purchase Game Time by the minute instead of by credits or points love love love
I visit once a month for my younger brothers and it’s great there, a little pricey but it’s worth it !
I am 54 years old and I love Chuck-E-Cheese. Great place together the family and the grandkids good pizza and fun.
I love how they ensure no child is walking out with the wrong person.
Overall a good deal for the money, go online and pull up coupons on your phone then it isnt too bad, all games are 1 or 2 points and you can get 100 points for cheap, their price selection is pretty weak but other than that kids always have fun
Thought it might be packed on a Sat night but it wasnt and the food was good and it was clean!
Its a very nice place to take the kids. I only spent about $90 dollars with three elementary school aged kids. That is not very expensive to eat and let them have fun for about 4 hours. The service was good but could have been a little cleaner. But there are a lot of kids running around. I like the stamp system that doesnt let kids leave without you. The people that trade in tickets seem like they are trained into tricking kids to buy cheap stuff though.
An absolutely enjoys Chuck-E-Cheese I never booked it cuz its so expensive for birthday party but we did it turned out really great just wish we didnt have such a short amount of time also the only thing that I would like to change or say that I can complain about was you pay for a hostess to be completely at your party and ours was completely Oblivion and gone more than half the time so again I wind up still hosting it
Pizza was good. All but one ticket machine were busted. A lot of games were down as well.
Good place during the week. Not crowded at all and spend less then 30 for an hour. Skylar was super nice and awesome and cute too.
Pizzas gross and their prices for food are way top high.
This is the worst Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been too . Rude young kids working in the front There is never anyone to do the kid check in or out . Scott the manager is a joke his self . Terrible management . Acts like a kid hisself . They need a whole new crew just a joke . They give Chuck E. Cheese a terrible name.
It was good
Very fun have a great time everytime I take my children.
We had a blast especially the kids.
