This place is something else. Safety is not a concern here. I had to strap my own children in the go carts because the attendents didnt bother checking. I saw a 3 year old kid ride the adult go cart as a passenger! He was no where near the minimum height and the father had to drive slow since the kid was sliding all over the seat! The attendents would drive in the tracks during a live race without a seatbelt. One time, all the attendents were talking to girls and forgot to open the barrier so all the go carts went back into the staging area. Last, the manager told all guest that if you have been here for more than 4 hours, you need to leave. The reason was it was at max capacity and they needed room for new customers. That is not right especially if you paid for ALL DAY passes! I wish I was kidding.

My family went and played mini golf and did the batting cages. We had a lot of fun and there are 2 golf courses. There was a large puddle on the red course that needs to be covered or at least warned about. 18 holes is a lot of holes, but like I said it was fun. The batting cages were cool, but some of them had an off pitch. I tried 2 different cages and the first was way too high and the other was way too low. They dont pitch in the middle. Prices are fair and its nice to be able to only pay for what you will play. I would recommend and would probably go again if Im in the area.

Friendly, I guess reasonably priced as far as these fun places go but we bought the all day outdoor pass and the rock wall (which is one of the reasons we came) was not open and half the rides my kids couldn’t even ride, the all day pass was on special which included a $5 arcade pass although half of those stole the money. Mostly the low rating because it is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY & WAY UNDERSTAFFED - we had to find someone to open a ride anytime we wanted to ride something..if you can’t afford to keep a full staff can you at least afford a cleaner?

I little run down, a little far out of town, and one heck of a lot of fun. Growing up in the 80s I have fond memories of family fun centers. This is that place and we cant wait to go back

Can you say a amazing Mountasia. It was so many activities. Such as skating, laser tag, arcade games, rock climbing, go karts, bumper cart, battling cage,and mini golf course.They even had little amusement park for the kids. Price I paid 75$I put 40 for play card and brought 2 wrist band for 3 attractions outside. What I love they let ride over and over without rushing you.I had a ball.

We had a Christian Motorcyclists Association Run for the Son golf tournament. We had avery good time. The facility was clean and well maintained.

I visited Mountasia on Sunday, August 30, 2020. The experience was OK, but unfortunately, there were some mishaps.Many of the games were either out of order, temporarily unavailable, or would take your money and not work. Some of the others had glitches or half way worked.Customer service was either rude, lazy, or mediocre. The guy at the go-karts had an attitude, a guy who were tending to managerial duties wasnt friendly, and some of the teenagers sat around/didnt follow instructions when conducting attractions.The prices are decent. I would recommend only paying for what you are going to actually do unless the ultimate pass is worth it.

I wish I could give a zero! The place has no safety protections, and is so ghetto. Manager was arguing and wanting to fight people outside, and employees had to hold her from assaulting the customer in front of children. The manager even took her mask off with complete disregard to customers health. I have never seen management so unprofessional and ignore the Central for Disease Control and Preventions guidelines. Manager there needs to be held accountable, and customer needs to file a LAWSUIT for unsafe practices, threats and endangering the customers with her behavior. I will stay away !

The staff on the go carts didn’t do there job i spun out and the guy was on his phone and i had to get myself out. The staff was also vaping and hanging off signs near the track and they didn’t even check for safety and they would be on the track with no seatbelts then, we went to the batting cages and the employee said we didn’t pay for it when we did, then he said don’t have a f-ing attitude with me and the manager took his side and tried to force us to leave and also cussed us out do not come here they are very unprofessional.

A lil pricy for what it is. But it was fun. Go karts golf course and arcade. Food was ok. Not all that souvenir cups dont last long.. Staff is nice.

This is the best fun center I have been to (and Ive been to a lot). It is certainly not new and shiny, but it looks like things are kept in good repair.The go kart track was the best I have ever been on in my entire life at a fun center. It has two bridges and lots of turns and ramps up and down. It was really a good time, and the karts were pretty fast.The bumper boats were fun but it was more like lake water, which made me feel kind of gross when my kids were shooting each other (and me) with the guns. The water is possibly treated, but it seriously looked like pond scum. The kids had a great time though.We didnt try the climbing wall but it looked fun. There were also lots of kiddie rides for your small people. We also didnt try mini golf but it also looked fun and decently maintained.The laser tag was fun, even if not all of the suits worked great. There was also a roller skating rink that we also didnt try but looked neat. I did notice they have the little walker things to help kids balance if they dont know how to skate.The arcade had some fun games, my kids had to keep asking the staff to refill the ticket dispensers. The staff was more than happy to help.We didnt try the food, either.I feel like we got way more than what we paid for - we did the unlimited indoor and outdoor wristband so the kids could do whatever they wanted to. It was pretty cheap considering what they got to do! We got one of the family packs of 4 wristbands. Overall a screaming good deal.And we will be back regularly!

We had lots of fun and Im glad they are still around. I love the go-karts, getting splashed in the bumper boats, and a nice game of putt-putt. The kids love all the rides too and the games inside. When we went the lady warned us that half the games didnt work, so that was a bummer, but there was still quite an assortment and everyone had a great time.

The mini golf course was lots of fun! We did the blue course and I cant wait to go back and try the red. Lots of outside stuff to do, but the arcade is pretty sparse. Not sure about the skating rink, but it wasnt open when we were there.

Dont Go!! Bought unlimited pass for outdoor access. Only like three employees and theyre all inside. So if some kids want to do one activity and the other another. Will guess what, got to wait for one another to finish. Only one employee available. They all go Inside and leave one employee outside. Horrible !!! We went inside for a break and to drink water. My kids notice someone vaping in the office. Just not a good example at a kids amusement place. Took kids for go karts and we were the only ones there but they kept getting kids off of go karts. dumb place.

Wouldnt even give this place a star. Spent $250 for all the passes and game cards. Everything was broke down. Hardly any games worked. Wouldnt honor tickets that was won. Worst putt putt experience that myself or family has had. Will not be returning and hope this place gets shut down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

This place could be great if they fixed the a/c in the skating ring and fixed the numerous out of service games and ticket counters staff is 50/50 some are great very helpful others are absolutely rude but all in all the kids always enjoy them self here

Too many games down inside. not enough staff available. had to call front desk from bathroom while on toilet because no toilet paper. was embarrassed by that. my kids play card was stolen. staff wouldnt even review camera footage to help, when i said we got lots of tickets won. souvenir cups were okay in the style they were made, but are too flimsy, much like a red Solo cup material. some bumper boats didnt really work to drive and needed maintenance.

It wasnt worth the price at all because for the $20 unlimited was only outside and there arent alot of things to do for older kids . Not even my 11 year old brother could get on alot of the rides.

Customer service was awesome, especially from Skylar. But the arcade.... Over half of the games were out-of-order. Skylar helped where she could, but theres only so much she could do. The go-karts were fun, but they had some that were really slow.

A lot of teens/ young adults work here. They hide inside of the building instead of being outside working the rides. You have to go look for them and even then they are hesitant to come. There were kids driving the gokart and wrecking while the staff were on their cell phones not paying attention numerous times.

The mini golf and go karts were a hot with my 3 year old! We had a blast. We went in, bought $20 worth of games and started to play. It was then we noticed over half the games were not working probably close to 75% were not available to play. We asked the manager for our money back, and she didnt apologize for the lack of game play.

Some of the games here are kind of fun, but some of them may be a little broken down.

90% of the arcade games are broken, games that did work or were at least turned on still caused several trips to the counter to get refunds when they didnt allow for play. Some games had missing pieces making gameplay impossible yet they were turned on, some had signs to swipe card a certain way- which didnt work, one game in particular had a seat that was broken with sharp edges that were exposed, yet it was not blocked off for safety. The card reload machines were broken, signage was out inside, staff stood around talking or playing on their phones, . The poor staff outside (all two of them) were having to switch between rides and left most closed. The course was alright, but several places had broken pieces, tripping hazards, were overgrown with weeds, or had trash that had clearly been there for a while lying around.

Half of the arcade games worked. Mini golf course in need of repairs. None of the slow pitch batting cages worked. Restrooms nasty . Will not be returning any time.

Decent amount of good games, putt putt is fun. The regular staff is nice. The manager, however, very obviously doesnt wanna be there. Also had to wait a good while for just a personal pan pizza. No one really went back there to check on it. Also, there were no cookies. The entire display was gone. The music/radio in the building glitched and it was just all repeating noise. Not the cleanest place either.

30 dollars for broken games?? My brother paid 30 dollars for the ultimate pass, everything was broken. Picked him up after less than an hour. Dont waste your money

Its more like 4 stars, but Im trying to bring up the average.It isnt Disneyland, but there are a lot of fun things to do. It is a little run down, but there is much fun to be had. We didnt try the arcade, but we liked the skating. Bumper boats were a riot. We were soaked and laughed a lot. Go kart track is pretty long. Some of the karts were slow, but it was still a fun time. We spent 3 1/2 hours there and came away with great memories and big smiles. I wrote this review specifically because I thought the other reviews were too harsh and will scare people away from having a good time. It is worth a try for some family fun.

Fine outside attractions, if a bit worn, but most of the inside arcade games were broken down, or didnt function properly. Wouldnt recommend you pay for a game card.

The most amazing place to go golfing and racing on the go carts with your kids.

We paid $130 for 6 people! They only had one attendant outside on the go carts. All the other employees were sitting at the front desk. When I asked to get a refund or to send more attendants they sent one. This one attendant went out to the go carts with the other attendant so I went back in and demanded a refund! This is absolutely horrible customer service! I will be checking my account and that $130 better be in my account within 3 business days!

The place is small..half the arcades were not working..you have to put the card in several times before it works..there was no staff at some of the outside attractions. I would say a bit over priced for whats there. The wristband was $29.99 per person, thats too much for the park it should be $19.99. The go-carts are fun, but the bumper boats, the pool is way too small. Will not be going back there. There has to be something better then this in the Dallas area.

This place is an all in one experience for children. Took my niece and nephew for a birthday party. They had a blast. It wasnt busy so everything was smooth.

It is a shame that this place went downhill. They definitely need to put money into their arcade. More than half of the games dont work and not easy to get any tickets for prizes. Employees were disinterested and not very nice. I could go on but this place is not worth my time.

Workers were to busy hanging out with friends and chit chatting amongst each other than focusing on the rides. We bought the unlimited ride pass for my 4 year old and we waited for attendees more than anything else disappointed this place has sure gone down hill

The go carts is the best thing about this place. The staff were ok to me. The place needs a lot of improvement. One of the baseball machine were broken. If you sign up to get text alert from them you can get a free $10 card to play games.

I love the batting cages, my boys love the go karts!! They need to seriously update the arcade area. Half of the games are not working! The arcade room is never occupied with more than 4 people. Everyone is outside. This place is going downhill. I hope they upgrade soon!

Certain packages allow unlimited amount of fun on the go karts and other activities outside.When we went, there was hardly anyone around. We had the place almost to ourselves. But it was so much fun. It was our 1st time there for a birthday party & we got there 10 min late, when we tried to check in, they told us the party room was still being occupied by the previous party because they told them then could stay there 30 min longer since we were a couple of minutes late. We waited for the room to be cleaned. After waiting 45 min we finally get in. The lady told us we could stay as long as we wanted because no party had a reservation after us. We leave to go outside for the outdoor activities, before we left we ordered for the pizzas to be made. 30 min or so later they tell us to move rooms because a party was here. They moved us out to the lobby when we were promised another room which never happened. 1 hour later we get the pizzas after we were moved to the lobby & it tasted like the frozen pizzas that you buy from the grocery store & just place it in the oven. The ac was not working, it was so hot in there. The cards machines for the game cards were not working majority of them had error messages. This place just sucked. Peter piper or Chuck E. Cheese is better than this. Don’t recommend to any one.

Utterly awful. The pictures are very misleading. Easily half of the arcade games were broken, yet none of them were taken out of service - they sat there to take your money. Rides were broken too. Bugs on/in the air hockey tables. No one was manning the laser tag or roller rink, so we couldnt even use what we had paid for. Mini golf course was puny and disappointing. Will never go back. This place ruined my whole day.Edit: seven months later and this experience still makes me mad. Truly one of the worst venues of any kind Ive ever been to - theres cleaner gas station bathrooms, more fun to be had in a hospital cancer ward, and Ive seen urine sample collectors more enthusiastic about their job.

We were here today for a school field trip and we were so disappointed. This trip was booked in advance and apparently they werent prepared for us. We had 26 children with only 3 go carts working and then the worker told us that there wasnt enough gas for all our kids to ride. I spoke to a manager who said she was handling the gas situation but never offered us any apologies for the inconvenience or the fact that the attractions only had three workers which prevented the kids from enjoying all the attractions bc they werent all running. We also had unlimited video game cards for the kids but more than half the video games didnt work and the ones that did we had to swipe the cards so many times just to get the game to work. The staff wasnt the friendliest and at one point the kids came in for water and the staff that were operating the attractions were now all inside hanging out at the counters....literally. This was a VERY expensive field trip that was absolutely not worth that amount and it is horrible. Dont even get me started about their concessions stand, lol, thats a joke!! Just go to Sonic right next door....youd be safer Im sure. This place needs to be taken care of seriously or shut down completely. Never again!!

All the video games were out of order. Made my 3 yr old so sad. The mini golf course was coming apart, covered in leaves and debris, the hole inside the cave was all wet and smelled awful. Had to jump over a big puddle of mosquito larva to get out. Half the rides werent working either. Will never go again.

Well it rained as soon as we showed up so they closed all the rides outside. I was able to get a refund but we were there already so we decided to play some arcade games. well over 1/2 the games were out of service so the whole trip was pretty much a waste of time. The employees were nice but this was the worst experience weve ever had.

This place was not really a fun place to go. The laser tag session was empty had to play alone with my friend. Every other place was empty as well and the only fun thing to do was the go-kart. I thought it was a waste of my time and money. Never going back there.

NEVER!! Come to this place...I don’t see how this place is in business! From the time we stepped in the room it was bad energy. Not one person welcomed our party! We spent over $450 for a party and was talked to really poorly by a untrained staff. When we went to the manager she didn’t do anything at all! We will stop everyone from spending money at this place! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP our money was wasted!!

I went here today with my band! It was so fun! The staff was incredible the food was not delicious but not terrible. The go-carts go so fast but you can’t ride if your under 10. Luckily, the roller rink was nice and cleaned up for us! The little rides are fun even though I’m 13. So, overall this is a great place to take family and friends for a party. Plus, it isn’t that far away from Azle! Whoever the manager is is doing a great job!

Yes, only half of the games work. The go carts are not that fast. The employees are not that interested in their jobs. The whole place is very dated. The restrolm smell and the food is bad.If youre not too dont of your money and you set your expectations low, then you will have a decent time.

Understaffed and rundown. You cant tell who works here because nobody is in uniform. Took us 15 minutes just to get putters for putt putt. The staff at the front counter seemed flustered. We played putt putt at 7 and it was getting dark and there were no lights on over the course. There weren’t any lights on in the middle of the park either. None of the kid rides had the lights on making it for a depressing ambiance. Just looked really run down. I then decided to take my kid on the go carts as a passenger. That was a mistake. After getting in line again and waiting for another 10 minutes for a go cart ticket and kid ride ticket we couldn’t find anyone to even put my youngest on the train or swings. The go cart line wasn’t long but they were only running about 7 cars at a time. Not even half of what was available. After 2 rotations and 45 minutes later I had to waive down one of the kids and get them to let me on the double car because they weren’t even trying to see if there was anyone in line with kids. This place is a sad shadow of what it was 15 years ago.

Came here with my summer camp today, we booked in advance for 24 kids, showed up with only 19 and they were still unprepared. There was only 3 staff to run all of the outdoor attractions and they kept disappearing, leaving our counselors to go looking for people to operate the rides for our kids as well as the other children and families present. At point all but one employee had gone and disappeared. The employees didnt seem too enthralled with their jobs and didnt treat the children very kindly (with the exception of a nice girl and young man at the concessions), which I did not take well to. At one point I had to do the bumper boats employees job for him, as children were attempting to get on and off of the ride without being secured to the dock first and he didnt seem to care. He asked if I needed a life vest for one of my 5 year olds, and when I said please he just threw it at her, leaving me to climb over the fence to help her put it on. I ended up having to sit at the bumper boats ride to tell the kids not to get on and off without permission as he was just allowing children to do as they pleased. Summer camps and schools - dont waste your field trip money here!

I will say the only reason Id even give this place a 1 star Id because SOME of the staff is helpful.. others are just lazy! But heres my big thing.. if you get an hour long (or any timed) arcade card you do not receive ANY of the tickets you earned while playing!! NONE! My 8 year old was working so hard to get tickets and she could get NO prizes! She was devastated! Most of the time the card didnt even work! We had to get a replacement! The golf course if filthy! And $8 for a tiny personal pizza? Insane!! Will never be back! Its only a matter of time before this place closes down!

Half the indoor arcade games were broken. Half the outdoor events were unattended. Not worth the money. My friends will remind me of this horrible decision for the rest of my like. THANKS MOUNTASIA! Go somewhere else!

This place is pretty awesome! This is my boyfriend and Is new date spot. It isnt really all that expensive for everything they offer! (like the mini golf, go carts, batting cages, etc.) Especially the game card, $7 for unlimited games for a whole hour!The only things I can really complain about is the food is a little overpriced and the place looks a bit run down.Overall though, this place rocks!

Overall, not a great experience. The restroom smelled like an outhouse, the attendant at the go-karts was apathetic about his duties, The golf course was dirty with leaves and sticks, and many of the games were temporarily unavailable, not that they have many to begin with. Definitely did not get my moneys worth, even with the Groupon discount. With Alley Cats somewhat close by, I dont see Mountasia lasting much longer at this rate.

It wasnt too bad of a place for decent family fun. Its really run down though. Some of the stuff REALLY needs to be updated. Especially the Minigolf. The first hole was WAYYYY too hard for the first hole. (Rad and blue course) Some of the holes were just too hard for a FAMILY putt putt. The skating was very very nice. Its just REALLLY freaking hot in there. The laser tag was fun as well. But it still would be a nice place for the family to visit just for a couple of hours of fun.

I asked for a refund and i payed w a card and the manager gave a lot of attitude and ig she didn’t do it right or made is seem like she was giving me my money back but she didn’t. and they will be hearing from me. staff was horrible half the rides were broken and everyone there is lazy and the place is gross. don’t ever recommend going to this place

This place is definitely not managed well. The teens that work here don’t even assist for parties or explain anything. When you tell them a game is broken they don’t try to fix it or put a not working sign on them. So many games were either not working or just take your money, I did get my money back but if you don’t speak up you’re out of luck.

We had a great time! Staff (including the teenagers) was friendly, positive, and helpful. Laser tag staff took the time to explain everything to us newbies and helped us choose the best game play. Go carts staff took the time to help with seat belts adjustments without judgement or pressure to hurry. Went on a cold, drizzly Saturday night, and wasnt very crowded. Spent 2.5 hours there and didnt have time to do everything. Fun family outing with our teenagers .

GROUPON brought me to this place. Cheap fun the kiddos will enjoy when youre on a budget. I definitely got what I paid for. In the arcade, there were several games that needed fixing. Cheap edible concessions, that if your kids dont eat you wont be offended. The outdoor play is more so for 6+. My 36in toddler could enjoy the train & swings. He was pretty pissed about not being able to get on the go-karts & bumper boats, but he lived! All-in- all, we had a good experience.

This place is fun, but only for like 2 hours. Theres not a lot to do here. If you get a pass, you get to do the bumper boats, the go karts, the rock climbing, minigolf, and some little kid rides. The arcade is already small, and half of the games dont even work. The lazer tag, skating rink etc is a separate fee, and they cost a lot. Its not really worth it. I would rather go to Its. I think they are a lot better.

Only rated because i had to. This place is not somewhere ill ever return. Most games dont work, the rides we were told dont work, 2/3, the bath room is HORRIBLE! The counters are cracked and the curtain is BLACK thats covering the sink. We couldnt skate due to lack of sizing for kids, got told we would get a refund by an employee but the manager states he cant refund, the mini golf was aweful it was flooded with mosquitoes, only fun thing is the go carts. After paying over 100 for my childs birthday im highly disappointed go to main event save your money.

Had to find and ask someone to run the rides for us. The attendant was then very helpful and went with us from ride to ride.This place COULD be the best place like it around this area, but there seems to be a serious lack of enthusiasm. Rides were broken down. The pizza was so gross the kids ate half a slice out of hunger. They give you your drinks way before the food and then no refills are allowed, not even a paid refill. You must over pay for a while new drink. Im sorry but that seems to push customers away from concession not towards it. Not to mention we were one of the only familys there that day and had to hunt down the staff and wait and wait. I cant imagine how this place must function on a busy day.I say go for the package deal. Have fun with the things that do work and leave when youre ready to eat.This place has the potential to be the go to place for families. Care about your customers and your business more and I bet this place would stay packed.If a competitor comes to town who can offer what you do but with great ambiance and customer service I couldnt imagine anyone choosing to go to Mountasia anymore. Step it up!

Went here for a birthday party. We did the Roller rink inside. The roof was dripping water on the floor. It was very dangerous. We had little kids there and they didnt even have a key to tighten the wheels to help the little ones out. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received there. Its not what it used to be. Even the mini golf greens are falling apart. Sad to see this place go so downhill.

This was a fun way to spend family time. The kids enjoyed themselves. I would recommend getting the awesome unlimited pass it is well worth it. The go carts are go, the ticket pay out isnt great.

We had a great time today. Everything we wanted to do was open and working. We rarely had to wait in any lines. The staff was helpful at every ride. We played Putt Putt, rode the go-karts, bumper boats, climbed the wall, skated and played laser-tag multiple times. Everything was fun. So much to do that we never got bored. It was a good value. We paid $22 for unlimited rides.

Its an ok place and fun, my 4 year old had a blast, kinda small, little amount of arcades, we had fun.

Theyve really let this place go. I was sad to see how rundown everything has gotten. Ownership really needs to put some money into revitalizing the golf courses and the Midway. Nothing g has been updated since I was a teenager - just bandaids and patches here and there. Its too bad. Mountasia used to be the go-to place for mini golf.

These folks just get paid to goof around up here.. they rather hang and kick it instead of Operate attractions rushed off of rides just so they can hurry up and go by the go karts with their friends. They literally all hang over there. Lied about batting cages being on the Groupon wristband. I called up there twice before I made the purchase. We had to comeback on rain check because stuff was closed.P.s. whatever in that bumper boat water burns your eyes. At least it did to ours

There werent enough workers to operate all of the outdoor rides so a couple of them shuffled back and forth between them. It was dirty, the A/C didnt seem to work inside, and of the small selection of video/ticket arcades most of them didnt work properly. It was less expensive than some of the other places, but I still wouldnt go back. Fortunately, the kids were too small to notice any of this.

Decent place for a 1st time miniature golf player. The cost was not too outrageous; 3 outside activities for 12 bucks. Of course the food and drinks are ridiculously priced. Thankfully Sonic was next door...very strategic of Sonic!
