I got tested for Covid19 in the parking lot.Who would have thought such a thing would happen?Test came back negative for Covid19 but google gave me a positive for visiting NRH2O which, is misleading.The parking lot is concrete.

Reasonably priced and lots of fun for the family. During the Covid issue at hand, the park is not as busy and has limited capacity daily. So....as far as being swamped with people...its not. Typically it can be hard to find seated areas and in some cases youll have to find picnic type seating under trees....make sure you bring a blanket. The amenities are fairly good....ice cream, food, and beverage offered at marked up prices considering but its fair compared to any other water park...if not better. There are water areas for all ages, plenty of slides, a lazy river, a large wave pool, and a few climbing obstacles for kids to enjoy. The season pass will give you a lot of benefits. Parking is free (with or without a season pass) but during a regular busy season, it can be a bit of a hassle. One enormous pro is they allow customers to bring plastic and aluminum bottled drinks, food (home made or bagged snacks....no Taco Bell), and bags (subject to search....so dont bring in anything you know wont be allowed). While its not as new as Hawaiian Falls or the other new parks, I find the prices here better. $20 for above 48 inches, $15 for below 48 inches, and 2 years old and younger are free. Its well maintained given the age (especially compared to Wet and Wild), life guards and friendly staff everywhere, a first aid area, food available, aquatic gear and forgotten essentials sold on site, and on and on. Where you have to pay for a pass for a float in the lazy river, theyre free here. Its a perfect spot for families to enjoy a day. For those looking for the ability to booze, I regret to inform you this park doesnt allow it....but it is more family oriented and thus makes for a fun and safe time for all. Highly recommended.

Had a great time today. Went on a Wednesday and the lines werent long at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of shades areas for your chairs or towels. They have plenty of food onsite, but youre welcome to bring your own food and coolers... just no glass containers. Gift shop with lots if things you might need if youve forgotten something. The kiddie area was great. So much to do there for the little ones. We visited that area on our way out. Easy to stay wet, cool, and out of the sun in that area. In-and-outs are allowed (for example, to go get lunch off-site) just be sure to get your hand stamped. Parking is FREE.

FREE COVID-19 testing here if you register online. The workers are efficient and polite. The woman who helped me was very patient with my nine year old daughter when we went for her test today.

Had a fun experience with the rides and overall park. Only thing were the extremely hot pavement from rushing to one side to the other. Some sprinklers would be nice to refresh the kids feet. Really enjoyed it and should be returning soon!

A decent but small water park. Several really fun slides and great areas for little kids. The wave pool is a waste of real estate, one wave and then 15 minutes of water sloshing around like you are at a small lake. Worth doing as long as you arent looking for waves...

I absolutely love this place for my daughter!! Even though some of the staff members made me/us feel unappreciated and welcomed I still like taking here. we had a BLAST

This was our first time and we all enjoyed it. It was only at 25% capacity when we went due to Covid. I went on one of the rides that doesnt require a tube and it was like a jack hammer to my back, do not recommend. I think it was the blue and yellow one.

Nice water park. It was fabulous and amazing.

I recommend a season pass as it really helps get through the lines and enjoy the park. Season pass holders also got in 30 minutes earlier last year which makes sure you get one of the free tables. The paid area is available to purchase and is good if you plan to spend a full day in the sun at a little extra expense but they have excellent perks if you do. Park is clean, staff is good and food is cooked when you order. No complaints had here.

This is a Great place to spend time with the kids and the price isnt that bad. There are lots of shaded areas and something to do for Adults and children of all ages. The wave pool is awesome & the lazy river is really cool. Theres a sand volleyball court and atleast one ride that allows you to actively participate and compete against other guests. We had a great time! I cant wait til next Summer

Great spot to have fun with some kiddos! Its really clean and well kept, but can tend to be a tad pricey so make sure youre going for a full day to make the most of your money. Regardless, its a fun place to hangout and let your family run around while you soak up some rays.

What a gem! This water park is perfect for families. All of the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, everything was very clean, and plenty to do for kids of all ages. We will absolutely visit again.I did feel really bad for the staff though. They were all in masks, and for those lifeguards that were seated in a podium chair no where remotely close to patrons, I do not understand why they have to wear them. I know how hot and miserable it is to wear a mask outside all day, and I am a former medical prof. I watched on poor lifeguard (who was more than 20+) feet on a lifeguard chair pull her mask down for a few moments of reprieve get fussed at by another lifeguard and told to keep her mask on. I feel aweful for the staff, and I would recommend that NRH20 read up on the APPROPRIATE USE of PPE, rather than give in to fear mongering.

Before COVID-19 this place was great! The only issue is that the restrooms were not cleaned or sanitized regularly and smelled really awful. This has always been an issue since I worked there when the place first opened in 1998. I still like to go here for a public pool/waterpark too bad its not safe right now due to COVID-19.

Always clean! I never find Band-Aids or hair tracks or oils floating in the water like i did at hurricane harbor. There is always plenty of staff watching over the childrens area. Sometimes they even do dollar hot dogs and stuff. Its a great place for the residents of North Richland Hills to go and not too bad of prices for out of town residents either.

It’s really fun there and they have reall good food. They are safe as well and they’re life guards are good. Problem: no refunds there.

So much fun. A little pricy but if youre a resident of North Richland Hills you can receive a decent discount. They have the Best wave pool around and dive in movies are super fun for the whole family. You have to check out the Green Extreme while youre there too! Sonic is right next door so you can walk over and eat lunch and then come back!

Very nice place. I do recommend that you wear slides because my feet were burning. Have fun with the plethora of rides and say full with the great food options.

Loved the family friendly environment. Plenty of space. But get the early to get covered chairs or tables. They should definitely have a little more options. But we had a fantastic time. Super clean and the employees are awesome!

I bring my 10 year old here for the birthday but did not do the party rental. They offer lots of options. There were several areas for them to enjoy. The park is not too big so I felt comfortable allowing them to go swim/ride on their own. It was very crowded and the lines for the rides were about an hour long. Two of the rides were not operational. I also have a 5 year old who enjoyed the lazy river, and could also play in the Splashfactory but choose not to. I would bring my own lounge chair if I came back on a Saturday. The food options were skim pizza, enchiladas, or burgers. So we ate before we came and had funnel cakes and dip-n-dots at the park. Overall lots of fun, just crowded.

Fun place for kids, wish they had misters on 100+ degree days, very hot while waiting in line. DONT FORGET SANDALS OR SWIM SHOES walkways and lines get very hot on these days also, they do sell swim shoes etc. Just in case you do forget, thank goodness. And they do have shade ares around to get out of the sun.

We were there for their dog event at the end of the year and it was HEAVEN!! Such a clean and fun, family friendly water park. The staff was great and friendly. We were very surprised with the quality of food too! We are marking our calendars every year for this event!

I was the next person in line on the green extreme when a guy says I have to go all the way back down the stairs cause I don’t have a yellow wristband to stay longer after 6pm .. couldn’t I at least ride the dang slide back down after I waited almost 30 minutes in line like I was the next person and so did a whole lot of people have to go back to. We got in like before six so just cause it automatically turns 6 we have to leave?? Or at least let the next 3 or 5 people go. But other than that it was a good water park .

This park was a lot of fun, and offered rides that are not seen by the larger industry water parks like hurricane harbor. I would have to say my biggest dislike to the park would be the wave pool, it was more of a ripple pool that lasts a minute before shutting off. Trying out the Green Extreme ride was a lot of fun since I have never been on a water slide that propelled you uphill.

Great place if you like being asked to step on a scale in front of a bunch of strangers. Maybe post the 250 weight limit at bottom of the attraction instead of letting g people walk up 5 flights of stairs just to be humiliated. Ive never been so embarrassed in my entire life. First and last time we will go here.

Staff isnt very helpful at all which is why I only gave it 4 stars but other then that its a great place to take the family for any occasion. Prices are good. If you get a chance watch the fire works show, its spectacular. Ill take my family again and again.

Great group rates just a little disappointed that we paid 75 bucks for a table and advised staff that not everyone paid because of name tags nothing was done about it. Then there was a rain check issued but it wasnt for the table. If you issued a rain check then that should go for the table as well. Other than that the park has amazing atmosphere and rides. Kids loved it. We will come back

Ive been to nine water parks, and hands down, this is the very cleanest best run one around. I first went 10 years ago and have never been back to Hurricane Harbor. Safe enough to let your kiddies go off, and the lifeguards are super attentive.

We love this water park! The section for “littles” is HUGE compared to other parks. Our 7 & 3 year old could play all day there! The 7 year old loved the big slides too- especially the Viper and Sidewinder. Fun was had by all!

Family had a great time and it was clean and not over crowded. My only issue is the website nor the staff mention about resident pricing vs non. Ended up paying about $100 more than expected. Just understand that non-nrh residents will pay nearly double for entry and any extras, like the drink armbands.

Love our family time there every year. Im get more fearless with the water slides. I see it as a very safe environment to do so.

Had fun with the rides bit we got ripped off on the lockers. We asked for change for a $11 locker. The girl at the gift shop gave us exactly $11 then kept my other $9 and said policy says no change back. So I had no money for concessions. I am on a school night out with my middle school. This is my dads acct but wanted to let people know to bring your exact change for lockers.

Good place to take the kids on a hot day. Lines were not long like other water parks I have been to. Clean place to chill and get away for the weekend.

Rented the cabanas, and it was great! Lots of shade, and Taylor was amazing. Always checking in on us, refilling all our drinks and food, and going out of the way to make conversation. The pools were fun, and family friendly, and the water slides were fun as well.

Amazing park! Clean, great food, easily accessible attractions and did I mention clean? Ive been to many water parks. Do not spend your money on places like hurricane harbor that charge you for parking, overpriced bad food and is infested with dirty diapers and God knows what else. Here you can bring your own cooler with food and drinks and they have free parking! Lockers here use a code instead of a key to access them which is very convenient and they have a lot of fun slides you dont have to wait hours for to ride. All of the people who work there (with many of them being teenagers or college students) are extremely polite, which sounds like it shouldnt be a big deal but sadly it is. I cant tell you how many kids dont care about their summer jobs and rudely serve you! here they smile, have fun, patiently answer your questions and end it all with a have a wonderful day. Keep up the amazing work! Love this park, will definitely be getting season passes for the family.

I came when it wasnt too busy, and I had an absolute blast! The various rides range from soothing to thrilling. I was able to go on multiple slides and attractions within a couple hours.

Rides okay. Family environment. Horrible staff. Shoes were stolen. Every staff member I encountered had nonchalant attitudes. Was advised to go to guest services and only received an apology. You would have thought that would have offered some kind of compensation.

I was there on a occasion for my nieces birthday get together as I was going into the entrance Igreeted the front ticket ppl.. and they had no eye contact what so ever didnt even welcome me in the only one who even said anything or spoke to me was a boy who saidmaam maam you cant bring that in here as if I had an illegal product lol when I just had a McDonalds cup my sister handed me my ticket to enter as i went n threw my cup away. Poor customer service I felt the rest of time was a kill switch.. I couldnt feel comfortable.. just because of a bad Impression on their end.. needs better customer service!

Fun place, had fun on the rides. actually has a lot of rides for such a small park.Got ripped off at the gate, buying a weekday ticket says 19.99 online, figured it was a good price so went in person since i dont have a printer. 34.99 at the gate. so that was some dumb stuff.Also their site posts a menu with food items that dont exist anymore, planned on getting the loaded bbq fries but asked all around and staff said they havent had them in forever.overall the park was fun, just didnt like that their online dont live up to the in person experience.

Had tons of fun with their dog day which was a fun way for my puppy and older dog to experience swimming.
