Pretty Awesome park, with a beautiful pond to fish in, a memorial site to see, and of course a playground to have. Love the fact that it leads to a biking/walking trail not too far away to exercise. My daughter loves going there very much. Go check it out!

Have been going to this park for years, its always clean and well kept. The kids like play near the pond and on the playground. Some times I will walk the path while they play because Im still close enough to see them the whole time.

This place always looks well kept and they added a sign for covid letting people know that the equipment isnt sanitized daily, which is useful information! There was also, of course, guidelines for social distancing and keeping safe as well. Very good addition.

One of the better small parks in North Richland Hills. Tallest slide Ive seen in a long time. Always clean with a covered pavilion, tables and has a water fountain.

Nice playground for the kids and a few picnic tables. Water fountains and a short walkway around the park that includes a bridge. Historic quotes on the walkway and a veterans monument. Also it is a good place to walk, bike or jog on the nearby trail. There are bike racks too. Sometimes there are ducks in the nearby pond that the kids might want to see. Its a nice neighborhood park.

Ive been taking my 10 year old daughter here since she was a baby. Its still 1 of 2 of her fav parks...that we go to literally on a weekly basis.

One of other favorite parks in the area! We remember when it was built and have enjoyed it now for many many years!

My children love playing here. They are not school age yet so I have to convince them to wait until school is out to go to the park iflWaa they dont want to be the only two kids playing at the park, which they never want to be. My only complaint is I wish they had benches closer to the playground that were in the shade. They have a pavilion with picnic tables but it is set back further than I want to be while my kids are playing on the playground. They do have benches set up in a circle around the playground but once the weather gets warmer and the sun beats down they are not my ideal place to sit. I end up leaning against a tree which is close to the play area or even sitting in the grass, but it is totally worth it for the fun my kids have!

My kids and I love this park! This park is new, fresh, clean, well decorated, great for family memories and family photos, and an awesome way to learn some cool history. Its got newer equipment so its extremely safe for the kiddos. Plus being so new the playground has all the new features which makes it to were the kids never want to leave. The park also has a wonderful walking path that gives historical facts on the way.

Nice little city park. Honors our veterans. Bridges and duck ponds. Lots of grass. A quiet place to let your children run. Good play equipment. A couple of covered picnic tables. Benchs to set on. No restrooms.

Its a beautiful GREAT small park with a Veterans memorial. Has good parking lot, picnic tables, water fountain, and playground. Also have a fishing pond. Its always clean. Corner with the Walking Cotton Trail. The only problem is that, dont have a restrooms. I been missing part of the Veterans program the last 2 years for taking people to the restroom. Thats really sad.

Fun playground for kids. Nice gazebo for family cookout/picnic.

Nice and clean park but the natural look to the pond looks crappy with trash in it and specially when it rain. Its called catch me all. I think the city could do better with that since it has the veterans Memorial in the park as well.

Nice park. The coating on the play structures are resilient to the heat which is nice considering the temperatures we get in Texas. Lets the kiddos play without burning themselves on the equipment.
