No one ever moves out. No one ever answers the phone.

Although the residents are generally pleasant, I must give the park a low score due to poor maintenance, excessive speed bumps and terrible road surfaces. In fact, the roads are bad enough that bumps really arent needed. They need to do some improvements in the park to make it more attractive like plantings. It looks rundown overall.

Cute place. Id really like to live there but absolutely no one EVER answers the phone. You end up on a completely different phone number voice mail and if you leave a message, no one will call you back. Very frustrating.

Ive lived here since June. I love the place. Quiet community, great neighbors, awesome management and owner.
