My husband and I stayed at La Casita in our travel trailer for 5 months while we were in the process of changing jobs and house hunting. We always had a great interaction with staff. Apparently you do not have to mow your lawn if you have a travel trailer so keep that in mind haha! It is a very nice quiet neighborhood. Mostly blue collar workers and retirees. Ramona was always a pleasure to work with and speak to! Thank you guys!

This place is hard to get into and for good reason! Its quiet, low key and neighbors are respectful of each other. All residents are home owners, no renters, which helps to account for the nice upkeep of properties. When a home goes up for sale, they dont post it anywhere online so if you want to move here then drive through periodically and be ready to pounce! Homes dont stay on the market for long at all.

Very nice, as local Mobile home parks go. It really depends on how much you spend on your home. $60k buys a very nice place. But youll be renting the stupid lot forever and the owners are far, far away. And they know they are, just try to reason with them. New managers seem nice now, but how long until they move on and are replaced by tyrants? I lived there four years. It happened, more than once. The park itself is nice, but it is still a lower end community, sorry. Still... $60k goes further here than out in the neighborhood. Out there, $60k is a decent kitchen remodel with nice appliances.

I have live here for four years and couldnt be more pleased! The management is awesome!! The community is quite and peaceful. I really enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone seeking a mobile home community!

Leveled a home here and it was a very nice place. People are of more class then a lot of other places we have visited. My tools must have liked it too as they didnt grow legs and walk away!

Hidden mobile home park, not to be confused with a trailer park.Management takes pride in the MHP, and it shows. No trouble makers allowed.

Worst place I ever stayed. Management is rude and prices too high compared to other RV parks. Prices are extremely too high. Management very rude. Lots are too close together. Too many. Bad dogs. Too loud. You have rent and have to pay ALL ultities. VERY. Hateful management. I was crazy to stay there

I live here. It is a nice mobile home park.

Appear nice and a resident had good things to say, but they wont allow dogs larger than 25 lbs so not even good dogs like Labs are allowed, so I cant live there unless the rules are changed.

If any one is of moving in La Cast a dont.the manger isnt playing with a full deck.she is trying to make my daughter take her rent back so she can make her move.

I do not recommend this place at all! If you are looking at a nice mobile community to move to I would recommend the place a few miles down on Davis Blvd. Not La Casita. The management should be the root of the home and it is the exact opposite. They change it every few months. Already since September there has been new management which happens to be a husband and wife.. The husband is as sweet as can be and helpful and spends time to listen to the homeowner, visitors etc... However the wife is the problem and the downfall for that whole community! She is rude and unprofessional. She has absolutely no patience and should not be in the field! She is irate and speaks at you and not to you. Forget trying to work with her because it is her way or the highway.. I highly recommend if you have children, pets, and visitors DO NOT MOVE HER. Heck do not even try to visit your loved one or family here. Also any type of problem that you may have with your area, lot or lawn GOOD LUCK! You will be running in circles. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT and management should be golden at any residential community as it is the foundation of the park!

Convenient to major shopping, residents friendly, clean. .... my husband and I lived there for 2 years .... and he passed away .... I would consider LaCasita in a heartbeat now that Im by myself ..... especially since I do know some of the residents. -- Ginger Moore

Rude managers everytime ...even when they got new ones. And the rules are stupid and restrictive aponed kids who live there.
