Great place to let the kids rip, run, jump and collide! Lots of space and obstacles. Comfortable spots for parents to observe.

Our two year old had the time of his life here. When we first arrived it wasn’t too crowded yet; even though it was rainy out. He got to try out all the big kids slides and with a little help managed to get to the top and slide down. Once the crowd kicked in and the older kids were running wild we moved over to the 3 and under play area. It only has a single entrance and exit so once they’re in there they don’t really need you and you can just wait for them to pop back out. Adults are allowed in all of the bounce houses to help young kids get around if need be.

There was a wait at the entrance while everyone had to sign waivers. They have a smaller bounce house area for kids under 3, and also a room turned into a play area for younger kids, with blocks and toys. My kids enjoyed the 4 bounce houses (with slides and obstacle courses) and wore themselves out for a couple of hours. The restrooms could use a good cleaning, as could the carpet in the entire place, but the staff was friendly and helpful and we will return!

Not family friendly. The employees seem nice, but there wasnt any food available as advertised. So dont expect to have anything to eat but chips and candy. No pizza. No pretzels. No mozzarella sticks. No hot dogs. Management didnt like any kinds of questions. Very noisy.

Always a fun time for the kids! But our hostess was pretty terrible today. We had to constantly go find her and remind her of the things needed in our room as the birthday party went on. Shed get one thing and then disappear and forget about the remaining items. Kids didnt care, but it was extremely frustrating as parents.

Loved this place. The prices are low, the inflatables are clean and well-maintained for kids and toddlers. Love the toddler area with bounce house and small slide and the bigger slides as well. Make sure you attend to kids to avoid any injury.

This was the perfect place for us to visit in between specialist visits! We have to visit Charleston again soon for a sleep study, we will be going back to monkey Joes!

Great place to take the kids to have fun & get all their spunk out of them!

The layout of this place is cause for concern. It is too easy to not know where your child is. The arcade is located in a back corner that isnt monitored or in eyeshot and could easily be a place for predators to prey on children. When I followed my toddler back there I had to personally break up a fight between children who werent getting along. There was one referee for the whole place on the day I was there and he was actively monitoring the inflatables, but he cant monitor everything at once and there arent any spots for a parent to sit and relax where you can see all inflatables at once. We had fun, but I dont think Ill come back until my child is MUCH older. It would be great for teens/tweens, but that isnt the demographic they seem to be trying to appeal to.

Great place for a kids birthday party. Weve been here twice in the last month and my kids had a blast both times.

Out of state and brought my 6 and 7 year old grandsons here for the first time. I am very please and satisfied with Monkey Joe’s! Staff are very friendly and the food is good! Here for 2-1/2 hours and still going strong! I’m expecting the boys are not wanting to leave anytime aoon Very clean too!We will definitely be back!!

Maybe Ive only come during non-peak times and that has spoiled me, but we love this place. Its small but clean,.and I can let my daughter run free.

Well, at first it started out great and then it seems as though we were on our own. No knife to cut cake and nothing to cut pizza into smaller sizes for a room full of toddlers!!! We wont go back!!

I can go on and on about my experience at this location because the experience was so good. We went on a Friday afternoon before the crowd comes in but it was so much fun. This facility has a little something for everyone. I have a 4 year old and a infant. I met the owner of this establishment and he is so down to earth and very welcoming. I love that they have a room exclusively for the little ones infants and toddlers that in itself won me over. If you are looking for somewhere to take you kids to burn off some energy pop in and let them bounce around for a bit.

Love this place... My youngest is going to this place once a week and we alway have a blast. The only thing I can think of that isnt up to my standards, which is no fault nor do they have Control of, and that is for parents to watch there kids better. Also what happened to teaching your children manners, tact, respect for others and there personal space... Thanks Monkey Joes.. awesome place..

It was pretty great. My only suggestion is a more separated spot for toddlers. A lot of parents for more than willing to not see our toddler get almost run over by their big kids. We stayed close so it was fine but I still didnt like it. Maybe a toddler room with a tiny jungle gym or something and tiny blow ups.

Had a birthday party there. The staff was great and the kids had a blast! Youngest child was two, oldest was 12

The staff was friendly and there was hardly anybody there on a Tuesday. I am used to going on weekends when its absolutely loaded with kids.

Not a good place for younger children. All children are allowed to run everywhere, no one is monitoring them. The bouncy area for 3 and under doesnt have anyone that even looks occasionally to keep older children out. The people in the area are more interested in standing around the concession area. 5-6 year old children and up should be ok..

My son had a good time! Tables and play areas were clean.

We had my grandson s birthday party here. Its was alot of fun. The people were very nice and pizza was delicious. And he loved when Monkey Joe came in to visit him.

Not horribly expensive. Great place to let the kids get some of the crazies out. Kind of a funky smell and the tables were pretty dirty. Bring wipes if you plan on eating and lots of sanitizer Kids loved it though.

This place is great for kids 3 and up. However, theres little seating near the bigger attractions, and the employees dont enforce the no running rule. I take the kids I work with here once every summer and its a constant argument of well they are running why cant I? Its a necessary rule in the small spaces between bounce houses. Also, employees do not actively monitor the 3 & under bounce house, so bigger kids get in and knock the little ones around. Just a couple honest observations.Overall, though, I love this place for our kids at work. If your child is generally well behaved and energetic, Monkey Joes is fantastic. :)

My son really enjoyed himself. So much so that he did not want to leave. It was jam packed with kids and like 4 parties going on at once.. Kids love coming here. Its filled with jumping castles. The only thing that i didnt like was there was a jumping castle for kids 3 and under but the older kids kept going in there and running over the smaller kids.. Just know if it was one of your kids i did chastise them. It takes a village...

The kids had a great time! You can go in with your smaller kids to help them, but I wish they had something for adults too! I would love to jump around for a little while. The place is pretty clean too. If you register online and do the waiver before you go, when you get there all you have to do is pay and it makes it way easier!

Very nice place to take your kids to burn of energy. They have 5 blow up castles and a small game room. We were there for a birthday party and it turned out nice. The staff is very friendly. Only thing to complain about is that some of the games are either broken or need some kind of repair. Just stay away from those. All in all, good place to take your kiddos

I am from Indiana and not only is this monkey Joes smaller but the staff dont care about safety. The referees were diving through the bounce houses and even playing tag and chase me through the place. My child is almost 4 and loves monkey Joes at home he was knocked over and trampled so much he was terrified to go into the bounce houses. The referees saw it and laughed and did nothing. When explaining this to one of the referees they said well umm..... do you have the app? Because if you dont you download it and the first jump is free. Did not care that I was upset and so was my child

Not very friendly customer service and the jump castles are just plain gross. I would obviously understand messes throughout the day as this is a kid place, but half the stuff that was dirty looks like it hasnt ever been clean. I will give a shout out for having an employee in the two and younger jump castle. They make sure the older kids dont go in.

Took my three year old class to Monkey Joes and they had a blast! Plenty of climbing, jumping,and running around! Great place to take children on a cold or wet day!

Took my little guy here and he loved every minute of it. It was clean and the staff was so friendly!! They were really on top of things with the kids and having them play safely. The food was pretty good and everything was a good price. I loved that the play area wasnt huge and that you could see everything from the parent area.

Great place to take the kids. Awesome for parties as well. Perfect place to go for the price. You can just have your kids bounce all day for one price. Best in the area, especially for the price. Good pizza and concessions and everyone is friendly. Definitely recommend!

Came here for my cousins fifth birthday today...I had to change four times because my grandmother kept telling me that I couldnt wear what I was wearing and jump...I was really looking forward to it but when I got there I learned that I couldnt even jump in the jump castles because Im older than twelve (Im 16)...they didnt have this rule last time I was here and even adults could jump on certain jump castles...I also couldnt play the games because I couldnt afford it and my phone was dead so I had nothing to entertain myself with. I have extreme social anxiety and feel incredibly uncomfortable around even small groups of people so I had to sit alone in the corner and try not to cry as I watched my brother and the other kids play in the jump castles for sbout two hours. I was really looking forward to going here but in the end it was probably one of the worst birthday parties Ive ever been to second only to my own birthday party when none of my friends came and I had to celebrate with only my mother, brother, and grandmother before crying myself to sleep...

Great place to take a younger child 14 an below (older children may get bored fast) price is fair good variety of jump castles and games. Seating areas placed nice an close to the children for good viewing of the children however I do wish there was a bit more for the adults to do . price is fair for activities food is a bit on the pricey side but not bad, however it is super close to other food options.

Had a great time at Monkey Joes! It was perfect for my kiddos who were bummed out with the cold weather during our spring break trip (from Ohio). The staff was amazing, the atmosphere was fun and very clean. Amazing experience from the time we entered until the time we left. We will definitely be back!

We took my 1.5 year old here because they said they had an area for children 3 and under to play in. We get there and there are older children, I’m talking well into elementsry school children, all in the bounce house specifically for smaller children. We got so frustrated with having to police the bounce house that we finally just asked for our money back. They really need to have special color wristbands for the “baby” bounce house and someone there to ensure that older children are not getting into the 3 and under bounce house.

Im rating this with 4 stars simply because I havent booked a party of my own yet. I attended a family birthday party. My kids had an awesome time there. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I waited in line to purchase some cotton candy and was pleased how the young worker behind the counter handled all of the customers. She seemed new to me by the way she quickly would ask a question on ringing an item up but no problem for me. Pizza was delicious along with the cake and I was satisfied with the beverages. Restrooms were very clean. I would definitely come back again. Great fun place.

My son loved. Didnt want to leave and fell asleep in the car. It didnt look dirty or unsanitary (not that Im an expert). We were there for a birthday party and that went really well. All the kids seemed to have a lot of fun.

Kind of pricy. Don’t forget to bring the kids with socks. Otherwise you will need to pay 4 dollars per each. There are not tons of activities. May be dangerous for kids below 2 years old.

I worked here and the kitchen is very dirty and rarely cleaned and the appliances used to cook the food are never cleaned. DO NOT eat here.

I took my 5 year old niece. She loved it and played for hours!! Adults do not pay and for $12.00 she now has a favorite place to burn some energy, lol. Also nice concession stand, friendly staff along with an arcade.

I would give this place zero stars because I will never take my children or recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé and I threw a private birthday party for our daughter here. The host of our party stalked my fiancé on Instagram and Facebook and started sending him pictures of herself also. I hope this company comes up with better rules for their employees when it comes to maintaining a professional relationship with their customers. Monkey Joes is supposed to be a family friendly environment.

Concessions are pricey here and if you use mapquest it doesnt get you to the door. The front door is located on the back side of the building almost like your driving to the rear of the building. I hope that helps anyone else that is visiting find it easier.

This was a great place to take my toddler while he was full of energy. During a holiday visit to my family in Charleston we stopped here and had a great time letting him wear out all of its energy. Id suggest it for anyone in the area and wish we had one in DuPage county

Average playing area for kids with 4 bouncy houses. Its okay to visit this place once but I would not come again. Customer service was good and the kids had a blast. Area is quite small with limited seating for adults.

A fun and safe place to take my active 2 year old. He absolutely loves it! We typically stay about 2 hours. Very cheap entertainment, the arcade games usually cost $0.50. Great place to let the kids run.

We had a good time today bouncing. I was looking for something to let my boys burn some energy in air conditioning! My criticisms are the toddler bounce area and lack of play area for toddlers. In order for my 22 month old to play in the toddler bounce I had to leave my 5 year old to bounce elsewhere. The toddler bounce area is completely closed off from the rest of the bounce houses. It made me uncomfortable. They also had toddler toys in a party room but it seemed only for a specific group of moms. Then when my 5 year old hurt his foot, the staff didnt try to locate me but claimed they did. They couldnt have searched much since I was with my toddler IN the toddler bounce area. They also had the nerve to call me on my phone before looking for me. Why would I have my phone on me in a bounce house? All the girl had to do was LOOK for me. They obviously need more training. Okay, rant over! Overall, we had a good time and they both took naps after lunch.

The kids love it and we went at a great time (it wasnt crowded). We will be back because it was definitely a great alternative to outdoor fun.

Ive had 3 parties here at my sons request. Every party was so smooth, fun for the kids and easy on me. Good place if you want to enjoy your childs birthday and not have to work as a party host.

Good place for kids to play and burn energy. But almost every time I went some of their game machines were broke. Also it can get very crowded and crazy during weekends when birthdays are celebrated. It is very hard to find a place to sit during those days.

My daughter loves it but its pretty pricey. We have one in Virginia thats $15 to bounce all week. Much better bang for your buck and just as many bounce castles.

This place is good to bring kids for a couple of hours but NEVER book Birthdays with them! I booked a BDay party for my son, when I came to look at the venues I wanted the Orange Room for a REASON the guy who showed me around (who was a MANAGER) told me that was fine, he also confirmed it with me when he took my deposit over the phone. I get to the venue for my sons party and the room that I PAID for was not even set up and it was scorching HOT inside. I simply asked the manager that booked my party if he remembers me asking him for this specific room, he looks at me & grins and says oh yeah I do although they tried to rush and get this room ready the room was still so hot it was no way I was going to have my guest uncomfortable. While the other manager on duty called the Owner Tim my sister spoke with him and he was VERY rude and totally unprofessional, the guy who booked my party went into hiding and LIED to Tim telling him he never told me I could have that room, which was a total LIE. Tim wouldnt even get on the phone and speak with me as a Owner should and kept passing messages through the young lady. He had the nerve to tell us either the kids have a good time or we get out Ive never dealt with such disrespect from a professional place! I will NEVER have another party here or either bring my kids to this crappy place to jump. They failed to tell me about the invites that was INCLUDED with my package but I can admit Tim did compensate for that. But other than that he is NOT professional, the managers there are little kids who dont know the meaning of management, they are LIARS and they will NEVER get another DIME of my money

Kids love this place, we have a 2yr old to chase and nobody yells at us or gives us a hard time when we have to go on the equipment and help her out, everyone is friendly and they have a toddler room the little ones can retreat to when they get burnt out running around with the nutty big kids!!

My daughter loved the toddler bouncy house with the small slide! The price is extremely reasonable, considering there is no time limit. I will say supervision is limited, and visibility into the various bounce houses is non-existent. My nephew was being kicked and bullied by bigger kids, and we only found out because another kid told us something was going on. It was happening in an area we just could not see from the ground.

Great place for children. Theres no time limit so you can get your moneys worth. They have 4 different jumping castles. You can also earn free admission if you download the app. Brought my nephews numerous time because they can play for hours and they offer free Wi-Fi.

My two children ages four and six LOVE this place!! You ask them where they want to go, and they say MONKEY JOES! Perfect for rainy days! Price is somewhat fair Id say for an all day play. They recently went up a little on prices, but have NEW JUMPS! And NEW GAMES! Adults are FREE and honestly, if the kids are HAPPY and having FUN...you cant beat that! I havent tried the food yet, so I cant give a comment about that, but have been very pleased and had good experiences every time so far!! But def need gps to find, but when you do its worth it!Id be interested in seeing it change locations with a larger building with more jumps. However it has five or six REALLY BIG JUMPS that keep my two busy and entertained the whole time!...

My boys had a awesome time made new friends and played tag with several other kids and really enjoyed themselves

4 bounce houses. Not many games, its a fun diversion for 30 mins or so. Velocity is a much better value for the time and money
