Great place to go for younger kids. My son had a blast for 2 hours and the pizza isnt bad at all.

We always have a great time here. Weve been to them in several different states. The new play as much as you want for an hour pass works great. We buy two for our family of 5 and share, and everyone gets their fill. The pizza isnt half bad, and the salad bar is clean and tidy. For what it is, the reality do a wonderful job.

Sorry! This isnt a good review! It was unorganized, staff was slow and not very energetic. We were not given plates or napkins from our server. She served us pizza and wings with no plates or napkins! It was my granddaughter birthday...im glad kids are about fun in the own way because if she was conscious of the service she would be disappointed...but she is just 3.

Place was packed. But not the hectic mess it usally is with baba kids running around. Our kids had a blast. Too bad no daily buffet. But 10 dollars for 30 minute unlimited play pass we got our moneys worth having a family of 8. Will return couldnt get many pics because of the crowding. Overall loved it.

Gluten free pizza and time based gaming instead of coins... awesome experience. Much nicer than some of the others I’ve been to.

We happen to have a birthday party at the West Ashley location on Friday night. Zero service. zero attitude. The North Charleston location was amazing on Saturday. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The young man Vonn that we had assisting us with the party was amazing and had everything for us that we needed. World of difference between the two locations.

Despite the rough appearance on the outside, the inside is very clean and well maintained. Lots of fun games to choose from, the food is delicious, and the staff is kind and on top of their game.

My 23 month old little one had the best time. The place was beautiful she was so attracted to the colors. The rides and games was age specific. Excellent area for toddlers. The food was hot and tasty.

The party we had as far as the gathering was great, but I can honestly say that the pizza was salty and cold. I didnt like it at all. I could not figure out why the pizza tasted like someone just poured salt all over, baked, and then served it. I only went to celebrate my nieces birthdays. Other than that, no more shows for me to the Chuck.

The pizza left a little to be desired. I dont like that they dont do the combo deals for food and points anymore. The staff left me waiting to order to have conversations and playful banter with one another but they were friendly when they did get to me. I also like that I can set a playtime limit and pause it once to eat. I also appreciate how quickly our food arrived. I will go back again and if the customer service and food is better then I will change my review.

Recently visited again and noticed they added new games and updated the chuck e. party area stage. The people that work there are good would love to see them smile a little more but they keep things running well. Overall the it’s great for families and the kids really enjoy the games. The pizza is great and the purchase of playing time is awesome.

No matter what, your kids will have a blast here! It is wild and full of games and people and excitement. The food, however, isnt good, the service, though the staff is sweet, is not good, the facility is messy, and one or more of the bathroom stalls is always out of order. We just recently had a bday party here and half of what we made online reservations for did not arrive without asking for it, and even when we were trying to spend extra money, our extra pizzas didnt arrive.Pro Tip: Eat elsewhere before arriving and just wear your kids out playing games!

Staff were nice and friendly, but I had to keep reminding them about things for our party. Some issues with most of the ticket machines being out of order. Still lots of fun overall for the kids.

Definitely our go-to place to get pizza on the Fly. Weve had Dominos where the pizza has stuck to the Box. And we have had other pizza places as well but really favor this one over the rest. Budget friendly and kid friendly. Love the pizza portal where you can just go in and put in a code and pick up. The app is very easy to use as well!

We took our kids to chuck e cheese in North Charleston. We had to wait for about 45 minutes for our pizza. The front counter had one person and the staff was slow. When the pizza came it was lukewarm.

Kids loved it. We went on a Saturday and it was insane it was so busy. Adults survived and the kids were happy so Id say it was a success.

Best place for kids to celebrate their birthday parties

Drastic change from when I was a kid. I get that they had to take things like the ball pit. But they seemed to take things out like CHUCKIE CHEESE himself. I think parents take their kids here now just for their own nostalgia. To me not a fun place to spend a birthday. Youll be better off having kids over for pizza and cake and hooking up a bunch of gaming systems in the den.

Poor service sour and old tea asked ti remove item atleast for no one else to vomit and be sick and didnt do so just said and. And.and....I just hate to see how well the food is kept up with and prepared was happy to come here to spend time with kids no matter the cost but not to get food poisoning

It was my sons first time ever going to a chucky cheese and he had a lot of fun running from game to game it was hard to get him to stop playing games and come eat his pizza but thats to be expected there was very friendly staff and they kept the place pretty clean considering all the kids running around making huge messes altogether it was a great place and we had a lot of fun highly recommended

The place is awesome compared to the west Ashley location.The ONLY problem is, is that the service ordering food/play points up front is super slow. It seems like most of the employees dont fully know how to put orders in or dont know what they are doing at all

This Chuck E.Cheese Is The Cleanest, And Most Organized. I Gave It 4 Stars, Because They Changed The Combo Food & Tooken Package!! Everything Is Separate & Very Expensive, So Dont Expect Any Great Deals!! Have Fun!!

Wish they still did coins, because it use to be one coin a game and you could take your time. Seeing they dont do coins no more Definitely get time and not points because some games take 3 points. Games are still very fun, and they have alot of them so still love taking the kids..

Was there for a birthday party. The location was clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. Hostess could have been a little better but was a pretty good trip. The family also like the new token to card system they have. We will be starting to frequent them more often.

Pizza was nasty. The workers there had nasty attitudes and werent helpful most of the machines were broken and didnt give you tickets and when it was time to turn in the tickets the machine broke and had a blank screen, the lady at the desk said best I could do is give you 50 points and didnt seem to care that more people were going to lose tickets.

After a birthday party, I ordered some of their churros to go. After 45 minutes having not got my food, I asked for my money back and had to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to come. Still hadnt made them. They werent even that busy.

Ticket prizes are too high but buying a unlimited game play pass for an hour at $20 is a good deal

My family and I had a great time celebrating my 2 year old sons birthday. Tyler and Evelyn were wonderful! The establishment is clean, well run, and was a ton of fun for the kids. Will definitely recommend your business to our friends.

Glad to see check e cheese is keeping up with the times. Reloadable card system for all the games, yet they incorporated a few nostalgic coin games that I loved as a kid. The food had also gotten an upgrade and I was impressed with the pizza for a kids joint. Staff were attentive and there were plenty of them. Thanks for a great time!

Kids love this place. Not the cleanest but I can understand why. Security is good. Someone is ALWAYS at the door. So I would say its safe in regards to knowing your kid cant leave with a stranger. Food is ok. The machines are not always running correctly. So you have to find someone to help you.

Kids had a blast. Im highly satisfied with the security there, I always see a copy of security guards walking around and ALWAYS one at the door so no one will try and take someones kid. I like the process they have with stamps on the hand when you first come in on the parents and children so they have to match in order for a child to be able to be taken outside. Pizza is good, had a couple of machines down but they had people trying to get them up and running ASAP. Overall good experience and I will be back again.

Got rained out at water park. Called and I. 20 minutes they accommodated 85 kids and 10 counselors. Great place

My son is 1 years old and I was curious to see if he was ready for this level of fun. But the toddler section was perfect for him. We had a great experience today. There was one cashier that was slightly rude. We were inquiring about the packages to see what would be best. She just pointed to the wall. Were new parents and havent been to chuck e cheese since we were 6. She could have took the time to help. But she looked miserable and irritated. It wasnt even noon yet. Lol Everyone else was great though. And I do think the slide area for the toddlers needs to be cleaned .

I would love to Thank the team at rivers ave location for their prompt and quick service. There was a little hick up with online reservation and manager Mr Terrance fix the problem in no time and arranged the party gave the host, Ms Caroline, who was amazing by the way, all was done in minutes. My guests did not have to wait long at all, everything went smooth, lovely and all kids were very happy( what makes my day as mom the best) Visit this location you will not regret.

As always its an experience that never get tiresome!! Love it

Not impressed with the new buying time for game play. Charleston doesnt even have the all day play option that is advertised on the website. Not to mention the hand stamp system is a joke. I walked right in and right out without anyone checking my hand stamp at all. They havent had a shooting there in a while so at least it isnt attracting a criminal element anymore. It just isnt what it used to be and they seem like they are on their way to closing up shop. Good luck, Chuck!

EDIT: the last birthday my friend put on was fantastic! All the staff were on the ball even though I heard they were short staffed. You could tell they really cared to make it a good day for all the kids parties that day.The woman manager was GREAT!Thank you. Im gonna put it from 2 stars to 4 because of how well that party went.The man at the door was fantastic. Food was good. But the party service? My friend had her sons party there. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE and we were not given plates, forks, knives so we mothers had to do it... he wasnt helping clean up, refilling drinks or doing anything he should have. It was awful... but since it was a table of moms we all worked together to keep things on track to make sure the kids has fun.... still that birthday should have been free since we did all the work... not fair to my friend at all!One star cause I liked the door man and 1 cause the kids had fun with the games.

This place was wonderful! Brianna was amazing. My baby cousin lost her token card and she went out of her way to help!!! Not to mention the other cashiers super friendly. I asked for the managers name Whitney and wanted to make sure she knew how awesome her staff is.... thanks again!!

The party that I planned for my great grandson there was great the table was decorated beautiful the server kerrick was pleasant and very accommodating The children had a amazing time most of all Michael was happy . I believe the building itself is WAY too small for the amount of people that come here. The staff are all young, which isnt a bad thing, but they make it obvious that they dont care if you have a complaint. Again, for what its designed to be, its not bad, just feels really tight.

Great time for kids and adults. Definetly not the same chuck e cheeses I remember from childhood. Its a zoo in there after 11, go early. We went as part of a birthday party event. Great show, the kids were enthralled!
