I’m not sure if it’s the employees lack of knowledge or that they just don’t care. Very poor customer service.

Such a great place. I thoroughly enjoyed going here. Usually its a week turn around atleast, but I received a phone call less than 48 hours later. A perfect place if you hate waiting. So many things I want to go back and do.

Absolutely love this place! Sam is super knowledgeable and nice. Id reccomend it to anyone looking to keep kids busy and make memories!

Palmetto Clayground is a really fun place to paint!

This place is wonderfully happy! Once you walk in you can help but smile at all the color and art from all the children! Organized well and easy to find what we came in for. The customer service was outstanding and accommodating. They really knew what they were doing. The event we went to was masterfully put together and fun for everyone! Will definitely be recommending to my family and other!We will be back! Without a dought!

This place is amazing! The people here are so helpful and nice. If you need extra help with anything they will make it happen. They really know how to make children feel welcome and have alot of fun!

This was my first and last time at this place! I wold not recommend this business for children 5 and under!! My daughters and I decided to go here because our other Pottery Studio was closed. Next time we will just wait!!My 5 year old was painting a 21$ piece of pottery. She decided to use markers to mark where she wanted to paint poke dots on her princess’ dress. The manager came over there and called her down like she had committed a crime!! Of course my little girl started crying!!! She barked at her stating the markers were not for the pottery and put them back!! But they were in the pottery section. At this point the whole experience is ruined! My girls and I use our craft time to be creative and unique! We find great peace by creating our projects! I left this place very upset and the whole experience ruined our girls day!!

This place is an amazing place for a creative outing with children or adults. There are three crafts here. Ceramic painting, canvas painting and glass fusion. You can make amazing bowls, vases and other art with glass. Each ceramic piece is individually priced so you can select the perfect piece for your project. You can walk in ANY time the mall is open in small groups. They also offer classes, parties and one on one assistance in creating your masterpiece. The staff is always available to help start to finish. They fire on site and have a one to three day turn around time on any art that requires a kiln. Theres plenty of holiday stuff available and new items come in frequently!! Its also BYOB!! Check it out, you wont be disappointed!!

When I came to this store I approached it in awe. I was so excited to do art thats similar to the one I did in school! Although they dont offer pottery sculpting, they do offer many other alternatives. Pottery painting, canvas painting and glass fusion. Such a wide variety to choose from and with super staff to help with people of all ages and different skills. I definitely recommend!

Such a fun place to unwind and relax! They have a full class list on their Facebook page and website. They offer summer camps, wine and canvas painting classes, and adult workshops! Plus you can walk-in and do a craft anytime the mall is open! The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. Definitely would stop in for a date night! Oh and you get to bring in wine and food, Im sold!

Emailed to find out info for Christmas Eve day and was promptly responded to.We arrived early and was acclimated to the store right away. It was nice that the 4 of us could do different things! The gal was super helpful with the ceramics, choosing colors and how many coats to do while the other 2 people choose glass fusion. She then transitioned nicely to get us organized, explaining everything well.When we finished and were paying she mentioned that the glass could take longer than the ceramics but after learning we were just visiting she “made it happen” to get it done before we left town! Thank you, thank you, thank you! It really made the experience all worth while!

Great place to relax and be creative! The staff is phenomenal and always eager to help and Its a very kid friendly environment. I highly recommend this place to those love to express their creative side!

Just did my first class and it was a ton of fun! Also a great place to just go in and paint something. This place is addictive!

What a great experience we had! Jessica was so great with my daughter helping her paint a special gift! We will definitely be going back!

Thank you for being so kind and helpful, it really shows what a great business you guys are. They called me to tell me my ornament was ready when it wasn’t. I also didn’t receive the top of my ornament.
